Absolutely fantastic staff and shop. I came for oil, tires, and an inspection of a newly bought Carvana car, as they are in network with the warranty service. They went above and beyond to get work authorized for me for what they found, and were a pleasure to deal with while they kept me updated. I really appreciated that they even brought me back to show me some issues while my car was in the air. This isn’t a shop that’s going to run you through the coals, and I’d absolutely trust them with my car again. Just genuinely good people. Y’all rock.

Bad experience. I had my tires replaced last week. During that visit, they gave me a vehicle inspection report that didn’t mention any mechanical issues besides an air filter. I brought the car in yesterday because of a noise with left front wheel that started after I got tires. They gave me another inspection report today that listed almost 6k in repairs. When I told the manager, that I would probably just trade it in and get a new car, he reduced the cost down to 3.7k. I said no, and he then offered to buy my car (despite it being a 2016 model that apparently has so many major issues lol). I declined. Then, he called back about 20 minutes later and told me the “area manager” was there and offered me an additional 1k off. I would avoid this place. Based on my interaction, I have a feeling that I was not the first customer that they have tried to take advantage of. **Update**- I emailed corporate several weeks ago after seeing the email address on several of the other negative reviews. They responded back and told me that they would be following up…they never did. Now today, I receive a canned reply to my review that directs me to email them again. The management at this location is awful and it is evident that the corporate PR people that monitor the reviews are just as bad.

Got all my fluids done at a great price. Please ask for technician Matthew as he was super professional and very experienced. Thank you Firestone!!!

Louis and team were excellent. Gave me quick appointment, Explained everything, got work done efficiently and gave me discounts where they could. I think pricing was fair for the work done.

Service was excellent! I broke down on a Sunday and a Holiday weekend. I was out of state and was preparing for major downtime and rental costs but the manager and matainence crew not only got me in the same day but fixed the issue within 24 hrs! Very impressive and very much appreciated!

Luis and Tom are exceptional. Straight forward technicians that tell you exactly what your car is in need of. If you are looking for a team of techs to treat you right I highly suggest giving these gents a try.

Shamani was so helpful! I came in, very upset - very worried, he put me at ease! Very honest, I never felt like I was getting screwed. As a repeat customer , I came in with an emergency. I needed to get a tire mounted for one of our lawn maintenance machines to get it immediately back into service. Louis, the service writer took care of it for me.The staff was very helpful and was able to get the job done in less than fifteen minutes and I was out the door. I highly recommend this place.

Unique review - they couldn't fix my tire though they said they could. 5stars for honesty, effort, and care. New car, with chips embedded in tire, they couldn't get the exact right tire, as it seems no one could - instead of putting on a 600$ similar that would have created problems, kept car safe locked and let me know so it could be sent to dealership. Keeping 100 vehicles rolling up and down the east coast, as far west as the Mississippi, and three in Arizona is a challenge. Firestone is one of the few companies that offers us coverage nationally. Their technicians are capable, as well as customer service oriented. Lastly we have been happy with their pricing. Recently Our Driver in North Jersey jumped in his Van and the Van proceeded to move forward a foot and stopped. We had to get it towed to Firestone in Wyckoff, NJ. Everything was taking longer than one would have liked. No one gave the excuse that Amazon's AWS was making the country’s internet transactions go full slow! But it was. I tried to be as polite as possible calling and speaking first to Shamani, and Louis, and then Tom, and then 5 more times to Shamani. Everyone at my end was chasing me to get our Van back on the road with 7 more stops to make. I give Shamani and Louis and Tom a gold star for maintaining a professional sense of urgency and at the same time remaining calm. I never felt that things were anything but under control. They rose to the occasion. Parts were delivered by companies that were likewise impacted. But progress was made, and we got rolling. Stop going to the Wyckoff New Jersey location 2 years ago because the service was HORRIBLE. I started to hear positive things lately ,and today gave them a chance again. 100% POSTIVE results. My advisor Shamani was lights out !!! He carefully in details explain to me my issues with my car ,and the service was EXCELLENT. This young man must be Firestones top employee . I had such great experiences at Firestone! I went in for some general repairs, as well as new tires and an alignment. The team took good care of me and my car. On the walk in, everyone was friendly and helpful. They explained all that would be done and gave breakdown of the prices. They also got the job done in a timely manner. Most definitely earned my trust.

Never been here before. Just wanted to get rid of my unused but old bottles of engine oil. Waited in the shop while Sha was servicing other customers. He was patient and knowledgeable. He later showed me where to get rid of the oil and I have to say this looks and sounds like a good maintenance shop. Maybe I’ll try them out later on and update this post after the experience. So far so good.

Genuinely can’t say enough good things about this shop!! I am from out of state so I was nervous when choosing somewhere to take my car, but I absolutely lucked out when I picked this Firestone location 🙏 The entire shop is clean and comfortable from the moment that you walk in, and the employees there are some of the kindest people I have ever met while receiving auto care. Shamani was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about everything auto related, and he fully assisted me throughout some challenging circumstances surrounding my car. He was a delight to have a conversation with and made the entire process feel much lighter than it was. He truly went above and beyond for me today, as did the technician Julian that worked on my car, and words cannot express how grateful I am to this entire team. Thank you again for all of your hard work, and making what is usually a stressful experience so much better than anticipated. I've been here a few times. And they are very professional and thorough. This time, I called in advance, placed an order for the exact tire I wanted. It came the next day, Shamani (sales rep) called, set up time and they took very good care of the 4 tires and a wheel spacer. Very reasonable price and the whole team treats you well. Luis, store manager is very attentive and runs a good shop.

I’m deeply disappointed with Firestone Wyckoff. On June 12, I scheduled a June 13 appointment for a tire losing air (34 PSI to 24 PSI). Instead of inspecting it, they misdiagnosed a nail, charged $1,320 for unneeded tires (quoted $1,197), and mounted one on a cracked rim, endangering my family. Manager Luis was unprofessional, and their response was inadequate. Avoid this location!
