Thought everything was going to work out and was almost ready to excitedly buy a beautiful and well taken care of car. Got to the finance office, and was told my monthly payments were going to be double what I expected. Did quick math and they would have had me paying $36000 total for a $18000 used car with a down payment of $9000. With interest and tax, this did not make sense and they tried convincing us that we were crazy in thinking we would get a lower monthly payment even if we put an extra $1000 down so we left. Employees were nice, but listen to your gut, question it and do the math yourself, and ask to see a print out of the price so you don’t get scammed or pay more than you should with hidden unneeded fees. Notable mention that the whole process also felt extremely rushed and didn’t give time to breathe or think.

Ahileen was our first point of contact at this dealership and she was very honest and responsive. Since we lived out of state, she set up a test drive with a trusted family member and stayed in contact with us up to the week we decided to finally purchase. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted well by several salesman and I have to say I did not feel pressured or rushed at all. I met another family who chatted with us briefly and they indicated this was their third purchase from Auto Spot with no issues. We recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed!

Overall, I’m very happy with my vehicle. Jose, my sales rep was very nice. I settled on a 2021 Kia Soul w one previous owner and less than 100,000 miles. Just be careful when going through the finance process, I know dealers are there to make money but they talk fast. Make them go slowly and read every single line. There were some added fees and charges that were not discussed. I was told I was getting almost $1,000 off the price but in all reality I paid more than that in the end. I’m still very happy with my purchase though and my own personal mechanic looked the car over and said even with the added fees, I got a pretty decent deal. Do your research, read the car fax, and look at every single dollar on your contract to avoid any issues.

i believe they deleted my original review, I bought my 2015 Chrysler 300 from Autospot llc in september, the process was grueling, the car had a broken windshield that Jose said would be fixed at no cost to me. They tried adding their “anti theft protection” and other “premiums” that added to the sticker price. The company they use for warranty and anti theft has reviews that state they aren’t responsive in the case of any real problems. By the end of it I had to pay for the windshield. The process to get my title was even more complicated as Jose continuously changed when to come pick up my title. I was told to come on a monday, came in just to be told to come in on thursday at 2. Come in on thursday at 2 to be told it’ll be here at 2:30, left and came back at 2:50 and was told I had to go get the title myself in Teterboro. Jose is very unprofessional, i wouldn’t recommend working with him. the cars themselves are good but the service is horrid. Stay away from their warranties as they aren’t worth it.

Carlos was lovely to work with as a salesperson, and though the financing portion with Bulent felt very rushed, I do feel we got a good deal. And everyone involved was very kind and polite. I was very sure I wanted this car, and they got me in and out within 2 hours on a Saturday morning. As long as the car doesn't blow up soon, I'd definitely work with them again.

Found a car I liked with their online inventory. A representative reached out that same day. I went to the yard, was immediately greeted and brought right to that same rep. Test drove the car, loved the car. Was then brought to the financing manager and bought the same car. The whole process was about 1 hour and everyone was friendly including my rep (Alex). What an amazing inventory and great people working there!

Came to find a car for my son. It was going to be his first car. As we walked in we were greeted by Abdullah Rahmoun and the rest was history. He wasn’t too pushy, was interested in my son’s view and more importantly very patient so we could make a decision comfortably. The overall experience was amazing and the choice of cars everything I asked for as a parent and all the out of budget wants my son asked for. 😂 Looking at the carfax and the purchase options they had, made the purchase that much easier. We purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 Hatchback and have been very happy since driving it off the lot. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.
