I scheduled a tow with this company for 6:00 AM and confirmed it the day before. I was outside waiting at 5:50 AM. No one showed up, and my calls went unanswered until 6:36 AM when they finally called back, apologized for oversleeping, and asked if I still needed the tow.
I agreed, but the delays continued. At 7:20 AM, I was told they had to go to Saddle Brook to retrieve their truck and were 7–10 minutes away. The truck didn’t arrive until 7:46 AM — almost two hours after the confirmed appointment.
The tow was needed because of a brake issue, not anything related to alignment or steering. Before the brake warning came on, the car drove perfectly straight with no looseness, pulling, or steering issues at all. I had just had my tires changed and aligned, and the shop would have immediately flagged any tie rod problems.
After the tow, my mechanic found that my front inner tie rods were bent. This damage was absolutely not present before the tow. I had no steering issues whatsoever prior to the brake problem, and my mechanic confirmed the damage was consistent with something that occurred during the towing process.
The company offered to pay only for the inner tie rod parts ($206), which doesn’t cover the full damage since the outers also need to be replaced. On top of that, I have yet to receive any payment or compensation at all, despite their offer.
They also refused to refund the tow fee ($200) despite being nearly two hours late and returning my car with damage it did not have before the tow.
I tried to resolve this fairly, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. My car was damaged during the tow, and I was left to pay for almost all of the repairs.
I am happy to have found a local/long distance tow company near Teaneck, NJ. Agusto was very respectful, reasonable (in pricing), punctual and trustworthy. I called, he came, and he did the job! Most importantly he gained a new customer and will definitely contact him in any emergency! Hope my review helps you today. FYI: Agusto does tires, towing & many more. He is your guy!

These guys are one of the most professional towing services that I’ve used in a long time and they know how to leave a lasting first impression. Their prices were substantially lower than their competition ( i price shopped before I used their services ) and even though the prices were lower, the service was top notch from start to finish. They loaded the car with care, took me to the mechanic, dropped off the car and helped me push it into a spot where it was out of the way on the mechanic’s lot, and brought me home after. Conversations were fun with them overall an extremely pleasant experience and I will not be shopping next time, but going straight to these guys. Top notch.
