Very rude and unprofessional called for part it took him like forever to find the part kept asking me for vin number over and over and then couldn’t find my commercial account and then started yelling for no reason and told me to not come to that place .

⭐ 1 Star Review I have owned this vehicle for nine years and never experienced major issues until I brought it in for a transmission problem. The vehicle was kept from November until January 8 for a transmission replacement. After receiving it back, multiple serious problems began that were not present before: • Loose and unsecured cables (another mechanic confirmed this was a fire hazard; I paid out of pocket to correct it) • Broken battery carrier • Oil change sensor now constantly illuminated • Emergency brake warning alarm no longer functioning • Vehicle alarm system no longer working Two weeks after the vehicle was returned, someone attempted to steal it. One window was broken and the steering column was damaged. The alarm never activated. Prior to service, the alarm system was fully functional and very loud. Additionally, since the transmission replacement, the vehicle now shakes while driving and the brakes vibrate, especially when the roads are wet. These issues did not exist before the repair. I returned to the service center twice seeking assistance. I was told they needed to drive the vehicle with me to reproduce the shaking, but the problems remain unresolved. After nine years of reliability, it is extremely concerning that so many mechanical and safety issues began immediately after this service. I am very disappointed with this experience. ⭐ 1 Estrella He tenido este vehículo por nueve años sin problemas mayores hasta que lo llevé por un problema de transmisión. El vehículo permaneció en el taller desde noviembre hasta el 8 de enero para reemplazar la transmisión. Después de recibirlo, comenzaron múltiples problemas graves que no existían antes: • Cables sueltos y mal asegurados (otro mecánico confirmó que era un riesgo de incendio y tuve que pagar para corregirlo) • Soporte de batería roto • Sensor de cambio de aceite siempre encendido • La alarma del freno de emergencia dejó de funcionar • El sistema de alarma del vehículo dejó de funcionar Dos semanas después de recibir el vehículo, intentaron robarlo. Rompieron una ventana y dañaron la columna del volante. La alarma nunca se activó. Antes del servicio, la alarma funcionaba correctamente y era bastante fuerte. Además, después del reemplazo de la transmisión, el vehículo ahora tiembla al conducir y los frenos vibran, especialmente cuando la carretera está mojada. Estos problemas no existían antes de la reparación. Regresé dos veces al taller buscando solución. Me indicaron que necesitaban manejar el vehículo conmigo para intentar reproducir el problema, pero las fallas continúan sin resolverse. Después de nueve años de funcionamiento confiable, es muy preocupante que tantos problemas mecánicos y de seguridad hayan comenzado inmediatamente después de este servicio. Charged $238 to be told "Go back to the other dealer." Predatory & Useless. Avoid the Service Department at Jack Daniels Kia at all costs. This was the most insulting and predatory service experience I have ever had. I brought my vehicle here because another Kia dealership had damaged my sunroof during a warranty repair, and I needed a competent dealer to fix it correctly. I explained the situation clearly at drop-off. Instead of helping, they kept my car, confirmed what I already told them (that the sunroof was broken), and then refused to fix it. They told me I had to go back to the original dealer that destroyed it in the first place. The kicker? They charged me $238.55 for this "advice." They literally charged me nearly $240 to look at a broken sunroof, agree it was broken, do absolutely NO work, and send me away. They held my keys hostage for a "diagnostic fee" that consisted of them telling me what I told them when I walked in. This isn't service; it’s a scam. If you have a warranty issue, do not come here. They will find a way to charge you for things that should be covered, or they will take your money and refuse to do the work. I am escalating this to Kia Corporate and NJ Consumer Affairs. I called their service manager a week ago and left a voicemail and no response from him yet. In my opinion, they are professional certified scammers. Proof attached.
