Jim's Auto has always provided excellent communication, a fair price, and do a great job with the work. In one instance, we reached out after we purchased our new car from a dealership and had an issue that they claimed wasn't under warranty. Jim's Auto was SO honest - they didn't want to potentially mess with our warranty, so instead they made some calls and referred us to another area dealership who would good will the issue. They are the epitome of honest mechanics and we are grateful to be their customers.

I wasn’t happy with the last mechanic I used in town who messed up one of my brakes so I went to Jim’s auto after looking at his reviews and I have to tell you living here for 36 years I have never felt more secure than with Jim’s auto. Shannon is amazing. She explained everything to me they fixed my problem at a reasonable cost I’m so happy I went there. I highly recommend them.
Jim's did a great job working on my P3 XC70. They took great care of my car, did a multi-point inspection and gave me estimates for parts same day, honest, to the point, and fair. Thank you!
So basically car wouldn’t start while I was at work , jumped it and brought it over to this place, front desk lady was really nice and helpful, checked that the alternator was working properly with a machine, came to the conclusion that it was a faulty battery, ordered the battery to the shop in about 20min replaced it, everything took about 35 min was short on time and had an hour ride back home so they really came in clutch with the time and charged me a very reasonable price definitely would recommend great customer service will return if my car has issues

Honest, fair, and competent mechanic. I've been going here for years and have never once felt like they were trying to overcharge me or talk me into unnecessary repairs. They're friendly and do a good job of explaining things to someone like me who does not know a whole lot about cars.
Have used Jim’s several times over the past few years. Always reasonable and honest. There have been a few times he’s given alternative options to expensive repairs quoted by other places that claimed there was only one way to fix a problem.
Have used Jim's auto for many years. Always done great work, pretty affordable and close to where I live which is a plus. Can't wait to pick my car back up today and check it out after allot of tedious wiring work they had to do.

Several years ago I had my Volvo worked on here, a head gasket dried out on my Volvo. The place used to be "Hans Auto" but Hans had already sold it to Jim. But it was still called "Hans Auto". Well, Jim is no Hans. I knew Hans and he was a master with the Volvo cars. Jim did a poor job on my cylinder head, and I learned from the machine shop that worked on the head the second time, that he took a short cut. Not even a year later it cracked. While putting the car back together, he put a hole in one of my hoses with his hose pliers, I barely got home with the car before finding it. When I had the repair done a year later, by someone else, the one he did wrong, I learned that he stole some of my more expensive silicone accessory mounts, and put the much cheaper rubber ones on, and they were dried out. Jim is a useless piece of flesh. Disgusting.
