I’ve been coming to this shop for 4 yrs now and honestly cant go anywhere else! They take pride in their work and my cars are my proof. They explain everything thoroughly and give options to resolve issues. Its also the cleanest shop anywhere! Im so glad this place is near me.

7/24/2025 - I've visited Eric's auto repair for oil change for transmission, front & rear differential, and transfer case for my GX460. Eric has done it again! Great job at very reasonable price. Eric and his team member also used torque ranch to close all nuts and bolts according to the manufacturer's specifications. Amazing to see auto mechanics to not only provide a wonderful job for the customer's car, but also did them by the book according to manufacturer's specs. Will always be a loyal customer to Eric's Auto Repair.
If anyone is looking for a honest and trustworthy auto mechanic then look no further. I have been to many other auto mechanics with so many disappointments, but Eric is honest and the most trustworthy. Simply put, you will not be disappointed.
2nd time getting work done here. First time was an oil change for my wife's lexus. 2nd time was a 4 piston brembo brake install for my dodge. They did an incredible job. They were super helpful, fast and efficient. Also very friendly. I will keep coming here. Bruce and Eric are very preofessional. I will definitely kee0 coming here and recommend them to everyone.
Great shop. Our whole family has now been going to this shop for the past few years. We have had tires plugged, tires changed, oil changed, and car shaking looked at. Every time they give a fair price, do a good job, and get the work done quickly.
I visited here for a car repair and tire rotation and found their service top notch.
Eric was very honest and reasonable about the price and he even lowered the final cost from estimated quote following shorter time spent to complete the job.
The facility is also very pleasant with plenty of parking spaces and tidy working area.
I will definitely be their regular customer and will happily recommend to family and friends.

Was a long-time customer of the previous owner (retired) who suggested I give the new owner (Eric) a try. Have had regular tune-up (oil change, etc), timing belt replacement and a tire repair, all done quickly and without issue. VERY reasonably-priced and no attempts to upsell or anything like that. Very happy with the services provided!
I'm so glad to have a new technician in Norwood! I recently visited the shop with a 2016 Subaru because there were so many problems with it, and the technician addressed the issue so well. It was extremely accurate and the handiwork was delicate, along with being very precise. He also clearly explained why the problem was occurring and the price was very reasonable. It is so reassuring to have a reliable auto shop in Norwood now!
I have been going to the previous owner Peter for over 10 years, when he retained last year, I was apprehensive to continue bringing our cars to the new person Eric, but after couple of oil changes and timing belt change, I have to say that Eric does a good job and his price is reasonable. I brought my car in again yesterday and he was able to fix a minor damage under the car in less than 15mins for a very reasonable price! So highly recommend him!

I have dealt with many auto mechanics. There are good, bad, or dishonest mechanics out there. But Mr. Choi is honest, suggest only what are required, and the service cost is reasonable. If you need basic repair work, I recommend this mechanic.
Got a flat and changed the tire of my X5 about 10 days ago. Cash Paid $290 as they asked. It wasn't a bad price nor a good price either. After changed the tire, I felt the vibration on the wheel so I went back to the shop to check for a tire balance which he didn't check the balance as he admitted.
I left my X5 there and 2 hours later, he called me over the phone saying that there was a nail on another tire. When I picked up my car, I had to pay an additional $95 for removing a nail and 2 tire rotation. I think that was absurd price for that. Was I being ripped off?
He never showed me my previous flat tire or a nail he pulled out from another tire. Now, I'm not even sure the owner of the shop has performed the wheel balancing because I'm still experiencing the vibration on my wheel when the vehicle is going over 50mph.
I am not going back to this place, even the shop is located one block from where I live. Of course, I never recommend this repair shop at all.
Honest and very experienced mechanic shop. Brought my (future) car for a pre-purchase inspection, offered a very thorough inspection at a reasonable price. i asked for my other car's coolant flush and replacement and he recommended not to, due to modern 'long life coolant lift span'. Normally any shop will take the job for the money.
