Recently had a great experience entrusting my car repair with this shop, on my auto insurer's list of partner companies. Everyone working there (unlike at some other shops) was very responsive, laid back and kind but also very organized about arranging my car drop-off and repair. My restored car looks and drives great. It's never pleasant to have to deal with auto repairs, but my experience with this business was about was positive as it can get.

Just had our car repaired by them and they did a fantastic job. They dealt directly with our insurance company and all we had to pay was the deductible. The car was ready before the target date and the quality of the work was top notch. We highly recommend!

Really kind and honest. Called multiple times asking questions and they answered all of them and even reassured me. After my accident they were the right people to go to. Will be coming back from now on.

Unfortunately, we have had to frequent this shop too many times over the past 15 years. And fortunately we found this shop and are still using them. They are professional and understand what is required from insurance. They are fair in their assessments and conscientious about the environmental impact when using parts to do a repair. They are pleasant to deal with and friendly. In the past we always met with Warren, who is experienced and knowledgeable. Recently, we met with his son, who is just as professional and thorough in his assessments. The office staff are friendly and efficient.

Everyone at Midland Park Auto Body is SO nice and professional. When I got rear ended my dad recommended I go through this shop, and while I did have to wait over 2 months for the repairs (my car was drivable so it was not urgent) it was worth the wait. My car looks amazing and everyone I spoke with (Liane, Warren, and Peter) made sure I was taken care of throughout the repair process. Cannot recommend this shop enough. As long as I live in Bergen County, this is the only place I’ll be taking my car for body work. Thank you!

AMAZING service, communication and professionalism!! Would give them 10 stars!! A competitor in Wyckoff said they could give me an estimate appointment in 2 weeks! But work on the car would be a month wait I brought my SUV to MP Auto Body on Wednesday afternoon and by Friday, Peter called me back to say I can bring the car in and the tech would need 45 min to have it fixed. By 4:30pm Friday, I had my car repairs done!! So happy I chose MP Auto Body!!

Peter was very honest with me in terms of how to fix and was very fair. In fact he was able to fix it for a fraction of what someone else quoted me which would have required a new bumper. I took my car here after an accident. They are busy and had a wait time of over 6 weeks. They did a quick fix to get the car drivable in the meantime. During the entire process, good communications and friendly customer service. This is a good body shop.

It is rare to find an Auto Body shop that holds themselves to such a high moral character and utmost professionalism in the way they run their business. These guys are the real deal! Honest, fast and all very reasonably priced. Their paintless dent repair guy is very, very good and was able to get my car looking pretty close to new for 1/3 the cost of body work. Absolutely recommend and hopefully I won’t need to be back in the future. :P

I went to Midland Park auto body this morning. I met Warren who was very warm and welcoming. I told him I needed a piece of trim re-attached to my car door. He said he noticed the trim was missing as I was driving up. Warren told me he would call me and have it fixed today. 20 minutes later he called me. I went right back they put the trim on the car right in front of me. He refused payment, I even offered a tip and he would not accept it. I saw many wonderful reviews online so I took a chance. Warren and staff are very nice and honest. I will definitely return for future repairs. Top notch service and quality. Thank you Warren!

Extremely accommodating (I ran over right as they were closing for the week), and Warren provided a quick quote (no more than 15 mins) and explanation of the work to be completed. They called a week ahead of my scheduled appointment to confirm, and had the car back to me within 2 days - with the car looking as good as new (complete with a wash and vacuum!) My mom has been loyal to this business for years and my car needed a little help so I went from NYC to Midland Park to see Warren and Peter. I was blown away by the office which is comfortable and immaculate and the staff who were all friendly and professional. Warren took the time to assess the issue and gave us a temporary option while we wait for a part to arrive. So grateful for this incredible team and their attention to amazing service.
