On the start of a girls trip we found a nail in our vehicle. We needed it fixed as soon as possible. The staff were very accommodating, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend.
Update: I reached to the corporate office and got me in touch with the regional manager. Provided him the invoice for the new repairs I needed and after his investigation realized the error and got me a full refund. Doing right by customers and the situation is what i think matters. Mistakes happen but making them right goes a long way.
Original: Staff were nice and they helped us in a bad situation, but now I'm dealing with the aftermath.
Driving home out of state and my serpentine belt flies off. Things do happen and I was able to get a tow. After hours and getting told 3 different prices the work is complete and we're able to head home. When we paid we also see that we were charged a different amount then agreed because they processed the wrong item. It was about the same price but was just another thing. Finally we head home and I am ready to put this behind us.
After only a little over 2 months, serpentine belt falls off again. I took it to my mechanic and he explains that it wasn't installed correctly. So at this point I was charged the wrong amount, for a job that didn't happen and the actual work I did get done was faulty and had to get done again. Tried reaching out to the store and their policy is for me to come in and have them fix it. Not really possible for out of state work. Manager said he would get us taken care of and then haven't heard from him since.
Things happen but others should know how this location operates.
Joseph and the Team were very helpful with assessing a blown tire with 3 punctures, putting on 2 new tires and changing the oil all within an hour of closing on a Sunday. Much appreciated!
Joseph provides excellent service and is exceptionally friendly. Got me back on the road after a tire blew out in under 90 minutes. Highly recommend the shop
I would rather light money on fire than ever go here again - Terrible experience. Would recommend going somewhere with better service to anyone who cares about not wasting their time. Came in to get a screw removed from the tread of one tire. Two hours later they tell me they can’t do it after they removed all four wheels from my vehicle. Total waste. Go elsewhere
I went in with a concern about one of my engine belts. I was quickly addressed, the car was evaluated and the mechanic explained everything. He said the belts were in working order and safe to drive. I was on my way in less than a half an hour. Friendly, quick and professional service.
I went in with new tire pressure sensors already on the wheels. I asked if they could program the sensors. They brought out the scanner to see if it could be done. 90 seconds later everything was done and set perfectly without any issues. They wouldn’t let me pay to say thank you. Exceptional service. I will be going here for future service for sure.

I came in again for more services. I came in to get a leaky tire plugged recently. Today I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake check. I can’t say enough about how good the service here is. Well taken care of. Great service hours as well. Kaliyah and the team hold it down.
They made a mistake by installing the wrong brand tire. I had to come back three times, only to be told they still couldn’t resolve the issue without speaking to their manager. After management finally approved the replacement, I still waited 2.5 hours for the tire to be installed and eventually had to leave because it was taking so long. At this point, they should come to my location and install the correct tire instead of making me continue wasting time driving back and forth. The staff were friendly, but the overall service was disorganized, inconvenient, and unprofessional.
Very frustrating experience. I was shopping around for prices on Continental DWS06 Plus tires, and this location originally quoted me $917 over the phone. Because they couldn’t get me in at the earlier time I wanted, they lowered the price to $867 (after tax and fees) for the inconvenience.
When I arrived for my 11 AM appointment, I was suddenly quoted around $920 instead. After explaining the previous quotes, they eventually brought it down to $890, but it still wasn’t the agreed price.
What made it worse was that after I arrived a few minutes early, I was told the tires weren’t even there yet. I stood there for around 15 minutes while they made phone calls trying to locate them, only to find out they wouldn’t arrive for another 35 minutes. So despite having an appointment, the work couldn’t even begin anywhere near the scheduled time.
The staff was polite enough, but the pricing inconsistency, lack of preparation, and poor communication made the whole experience feel disorganized and frustrating. I expected more professionalism and organization from a company with this reputation. Would. Not. Recommend.
The team here is awesome! Really help me out in a tough situation. Taz hooked me up with a great deal - you should’ve asked for it and they’ll make it work for you. And Kevin was a problem solver on my car, kindly educating me about how they were fixing my alignment. Really appreciate the service here.
Been here twice, both for tire punctures. The first one could not be patched, and they fitted me with a new tire quickly. The second time mechanics attempted to patch the hole, but were unsuccessful. I was not charged for the attempted patch, and they allowed me to retrieve a spare tire I had at my home, and put it on for me, charging me a nominal amount. Unironically had a good time watching Daredevil (2003) in the lobby. Highly recommend.
Kaliph stepped up and helped me get to a travel hockey tournament. We were traveling from Mass and got a flat tire. If it wasn’t for kaliph we wouldn’t have made it to our destination! Great service Kaliph!!!
I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire. I came in with a screw in my tire, and they quickly took care of it by patching it. The service was fast, professional, and stress-free. I really appreciate how efficiently everything was handled. Definitely a reliable spot if you need tire service.
My question to Mavis and Mavis's leadership in the head office is, why have an appointment structure if you don't honor it? As I type this, I'm one hour and 30 minutes past my pre-scheduled appointment. My car has not been touched. You literally have to do better. I will not be using your services again.

Fast and great service, and did I mention fast? The car manufacturers even make replacing a headlight complicated nowadays.The guys at Mavis are knowledgeable and friendly and you matter to them. Two thumbs up!
Came in needing two new tires and was hesitant because I always feel pressured to buy all new tires or feel like they try to sell me things I don't need. Spoke with a Kaliph and he was excellent with providing me with choices in my budget and the pros and cons of each. I didn't feel haggled at all and that's a first for me doing any type of car maintenance. Will definitely return.
Brought my cars here a few times. Always had a pleasurable experience. Came in today for a nail in my tires and appreciated the honesty when they told me it didn’t penetrate and I didn’t need a repair. I was at the dealership a day prior and they wanted to charge me for a brand new tire and I’m sure had a I agreed they would have never told me that it didn’t actually penetrate and a new tire wasn’t needed. Thanks Mavis for the service and honesty.
Mike and Taz hooked it up like crazy for me. They gave me the absolute best deal anywhere, 4 tires mounted balanced and an oil change. And I called 10 other locations, so I’d know. Their service was professional, courteous, and helpful. They answered every question I had (a million of them) and their knowledge on tires and maintenance is unmatched. Can’t recommend or thank them enough. These are the guys you want on your side when maintaining your car. Thanks Mike and Taz!!
I wish I could leave 0 stars. I made an appointment for 8 am on a Saturday because people have other things to do on a weekend. They told me it would be about an hour and 15 minutes. From the coffee shop across the street (Longfellows, which I DO recommend), I could see they didn’t even pull my car into the shop until 840. 18 minutes later (we are at 8:58 now for my 8am appointment), they call to ask which tire they’re supposed to replace, which obviously I told them when I dropped it off. Finally, when I walked back over and asked about it (9:40 now), they said it would just be a few more minutes. When they pulled the car out and turned it back over to me, I checked to make sure they replaced the correct tire and they hadn’t put the valve stem cap back on, which meant going back inside and wasting more time. All in, it was 1 hour and 50 minutes to replace one tire. I’m glad it’s fixed but I will not return there again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! Mike and another worker ( I didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond by removing the splash shield that was hanging underneath my car. He was professional, quick, and made sure everything was safe before I left. I really appreciate the help and great customer service. Highly recommend Mavis!

Roy Ken Mike and Tommy were outstanding when I came in without an appointment to see if they could fix small leaf blower tires. They immediately repaired and inflated both tires even though they weren’t auto tires. This place is spectacular!
