This place is amazing! They made my car look brand new and were so honest with me the whole time. Dave was very thorough and always communicated with me about the status of my car. I would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 experience.

I am so appreciative to Dave for the services he provided when I was at my wits end trying to figure out why my car wasn't turning over when it starts. I had service done by a local mechanic, but he didn't realize when removing parts from the engine could cause the computer system to shut down. Unable to reboot the system because he didn't have the tools, I was left to have the car towed to a shop that specializes in fixing engines and computer systems. Dave's shop was a referral and highly recommended. When I spoke to Dave, he assured me that I called the right place and he was going to help me. He did, and it was beyond my expectations. Just an all around good person, very straight forward and honest. That's very rare these days, especially many places take your money and never fix the problem. Although there is a cost with computer systems, my car is now purring like a cat......when it's like that, the cost was worth it. Thanks Dave, you've got a customer for life.

I evaluate a business by one vital criteria - whether I want to bring my hard-earned $$$ to an owner. And it is resounding YES for Dave and Julio. Not only they are ultimate professionals, it is the welcoming nature of the two that keeps customers coming back. They are the only ones in town who allow customers bring own parts for installation. I am very particular about my brakes - just 2 weeks ago I brought them highly acclaimed Brembo rotors/Akebono pads and they installed them. They would not warrant the parts, since I brought them from outside, but they are proud of their quality installation. I have known the owners for more than 10 years and my approach didn't backfire, though I understand the risks.

I came in for oil change, and new tires and Dave right away said no problem and prioritized my car first. Even though they were busy he made sure that I was taken care of. Oil change was fast and while waiting he talked to me about tires and walked me through 3exact costs, nothing hidden. Honest, Humble and hilarious. If you want straight up honesty and to trus your body shop I reccoment coming to Ultimate Car Care for all your car needs.

My car was broken on the road side.Call them, quick response from Dave and Julio for towing. Checked , explained, and suggested, got the quotes, and tried to help to get all works on time, then charged reasonable prices.Tested the fixed car. Good customer service overall.

I took my GMC terrain into the shop for brakes. After close evaluation Dave and Julio advised I only needed rear brakes and a tire rotation. It was awesome to work with professionals so honest about what truly needed to be done versus trying to upsell me. They are a genuine and trustworthy shop and I’m committed to going back to Ultimate Car Care for future repairs.

I’m so grateful to have found Dave and his team! They fixed multiple leaks in my exhaust system quickly and for an incredible price. Dave took the time to walk me through everything, showing and explaining the issues clearly. He even took pictures to show the work they did. I truly trust this shop. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Had an off rim, flat lawn tractor tire. Drove around to 4 gas stations looking for one that still had an air hose. While still searching, I saw that Ultimate Car Care’s garage doors were still open, at 5 PM on Saturday. Walked into the garage, saw Dave, told him what I had and he just said, “Bring it in.” Even though it wasn’t automobile related, he still wrestled with it, finally getting the tire to stay on the rim and hold air. He wouldn’t accept money for the repair. Great friendly customer service, impressive shop. I’ll definitely be back for my next repair.

This is the “ultimate car service”. No matter which type of car from Honda to exotic cars ie Mercedes, Dave is the ultimate car surgeon. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended , best service, fair price in timely manner. He is now our family car repair specialist. He repaired our 20 year old Hylander car which I was so close to donate to junk. I recently had my car worked on at Ultimate Car Care and more specifically Dave. They were great, honest and gave me a fair and reasonable price! I had the same job quoted at another mechanic for close to double the price. Dave was honest every step of the way and I will be coming back if I ever need my car serviced and you should to, they are good honest people.

The only honest repair shop you will find. Welcoming, Transparent, and negotiable. Dave walked me through process of oil change, getting new tires and i was smooth. For the first time in a long time I felt at ease. Julio, William and the other mechanics are fantastic as well and always go above and beyond in terms of service, and making you feel welcomed and trusting. Today restored my faith in kindness. I had a gash in my tire and local tire shop told me it would cost about $350 for a new tire. But Dave and his staff at ultimate car care patched my tire and offered to help me find a reasonably priced tire. It doesn't end there, he repaired my tire, at no charge, and sent me happily on my way. I will be giving him all my future business. As a single woman he treated me with kindness, respect, and honesty. Thank you Dave. Highly recommend.

Dave was wonderful to work with. Had a multitude of issues on my car, Dave was very informative with what needed to be done and took very good pictures of what needed to be fixed. Car came out in a timely manner and there were no issues with pickup the car was test driven by Dave to assure there would be no issue. Wonderful service I would come here again with other issues.

My mom was running Saturday errands and after getting gas her car wouldn’t restart, fortunately enough it was in Dave’s lot. She immediately asked for assistance and he was quick to help her out. She was very concerned with the time it would take to repair as well as the cost. She found Dave to be incredibly honest, reliable and knowledgeable. You always hope to never need repeat car repairs done but in the instance she does, she is absolutely going back to Dave. Awesome work, thanks so much Dave!

I have never found a more reliable, consistent and fair place to get my car serviced ( and I've been driving for over 40 years). My entire family uses Ultimate Car Care. Dave is extremely knowledgeable, doesn't waste your time and lets you know exactly what your options are. Dave and Julio were wonderfully professional and courteous when I went in recently. Had a nail in my tire and needed an oil change but they gave me a good price for both issues. I definitely recommend coming here for anyone having car problems!

First time using this shop. Had a great experience today with the shop. As I was working on my car, I ran into an issue I was not able to resolve myself. I stopped by Dave's shop on a holiday weekend, middle of a busy Saturday. Dave took me right in and took care of the issue. I was ready to pay for the labor but Dave did not want to charge me out of courtesy as the work was not very time consuming, yet for me, due to timing it meant a lot and I appreciate his customer service, not something I see often!

Dave and Maryann were both great! Not only did Dave do a great job repairing my Range Rover his prices was very reasonable. I also bought my son a car from Dave at a great price. My son loves his new red Toyota Prius?

I had a wonderful experience coming into the car care center. It was honestly a stroke of luck! My car was on the verge of breaking down while I was still driving on the road, and through sheer luck as it would turn out, I managed to pull off into the gas station where the building was. When I looked for help, the manager David helped me personally and offered me a fair deal to help fix my car troubles. All of the service was friendly and affordable on my part. There wasn't a single moment where I felt over priced or taken advantage of. I felt like I was in a place of excellent hospitality and the service for my car was done so quick, I didn't need to worry about not having any transportation for days on end. If you're ever looking for a great car care center, the ultimate car care in fair lawn will surely help you out with your best interest in mind.

Highly Recommend. Never been there before but asked them to check out a car I was considering buying from local dealership. The owner Dave did a test drive and grilled the car salesman on history and warranty. Then they put it up on the lift and did through check and code analysis. They confirmed the car was solid but found that the battery was ready to die (should have been changed at dealership). I had it replaced before buying--saved me money and from getting stranded so THANK YOU! The gentlemen at the garage were awesome, polite and thorough. thumbs up!

Dave and his team are awesome! Super helpful. I drove in to get gas at the fuel 4 and my license plate was hanging off. They were able to help me immediately. After speaking with Dave I told him some other minor issues that I’ve been noticing. Without being pushy he told me ways they can help fix and replace it. Will definitely be back. I had been neglecting my tires for months, even after numerous warnings about their dangerously bald state. This neglect led to a crisis on Route 208 when my tire pressure gauge signaled low pressure, and I soon found myself at Luke Oil with air rapidly escaping from my tire. Desperate and unsure of what to do, I remembered the mechanic shop on Morlott Avenue and Plaza Road, just a couple of blocks away. Despite my semi-flat tire, I managed to drive there, and thank goodness I did. The owner at Ultimate Car Care immediately assessed my tires and was shocked at their condition but reassured me they’d take care of it. Within five minutes, they had a donut on my car and offered me a quote for new tires. Although they didn’t have the tires in stock right then, they promised to have them by Tuesday, even with the long weekend ahead. Their efficiency and professionalism were impressive—they not only replaced my flat quickly but also provided a detailed explanation about mounting, balancing, and alignment. A few days later, I had two brand-new tires installed. Ultimate Car Care’s kindness, diligence, and expertise turned a stressful situation into a manageable one, and I can’t thank them enough for saving the day. They’ve earned a loyal customer for life!
