My family has been coming here since I met my husband 10 years ago (his family for over 30 years at the prior location). Tom is honest and caring which is hard to find. Trust and knowledgeable on how to work on various car brands is something everyone wants. For great service and family like mentality, you cannot go wrong with this place.

Great service. Got an appointment for 8am on a Saturday. The garage was already open when I showed up at 7.55am. Took my car right away. The car was ready for pick up on time as agreed. Pleasant owner. Will go back.
The crew here are very friendly and professional. The prices are fair and they do an excellent job.
I came in because my 2005 Lincoln SUV was savagely bucking when I was stopped in traffic or red lights, as well as placing it in park. My gas mileage got worse and the engine made a screeching sound when started. These guys fixed it very quickly and properly. Now, my truck runs smoother, much better gas mileage and no more loud screeching engine noise.
I am coming back for an AC recharge.

Been a loyal customer of Fort Lee Tire for years. Recently purchased 4 new tires and new brake pads. Was very happy with the price, time to install and overall service. Would definitely recommend Fort Lee Tire.
Long over due updated review. So these guys got me with personality and sucked me in plus then convenience of close to work so I let them do work while I was working. They did numerous jobs but I would have to have to bring it back because something else would go wrong but I thought nothing of it. Most good mechanics check your car for preventive maintenance but they never told me anything would needed to be done based on what they would see. August 2016 my car dies I call them and foolish me let's them fix it or attempt to fix it. They say it was something associated with the AC and needs a new Compressor. It was a lot of money to fix but I need and love my AC because I hate being hot I need this in the summer to maintain my sanity on humid days. They took 2 days to instal a compressor because they said they got a bad compressor from the parts store. That sounded suspect and should looked at that as a sign of bad things to come.
I used the AC a couple times August 2016 because we didn't have many humid days after it was fixed. The first humid day 2017 I get hot air blowing out What ???? (insert angry emoji) so I take it back to them and they just add freon and send me on my way it last 3 days and hot air again. Now I am very frustrated and they tell me they thy don't know what's wrong soooooo.. I paid you lots of money to fix something that it still not fixed.
I had my cousin who knows his stuff and works for Meineke look at but it is far away he said he thinks the compressor may be bad. Yeah the same compressor I paid a lot of money for those guys to repair. I called him and mention to Tom jr who I was corresponding with the whole time and he says that is not the case and they will look at it again. Result added freon referred me to a guy he says specializes in air conditioning smh. So you are basically telling me that you installed a compressor without knowing what you doing. I should have known better but I admit I got suckered by these guys based on the reviews and friendly nature. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE PERIOD. I had to leave the business after that because I would have done something I would have regretted physically because I was beyond angry. GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK
they suck. tired so many times to schedule an appointment for an oil change, and they are always jammed pack. the woman answering the phone is just plain nasty.
These guys are awesome!!! Anytime I have an issue I pull right up and they take care of it. They never rip you off nor do they take advantage. I pulled in this morning in a panic as 3 out of 4 of my tires had very low air pressure. They filled my tires checked everything and sent me on my way. As I said, these guys are fabulous!!!!
Gave me an inspection a while ago and unlike some other places I've been to, they charged me nothing for the inspection after there were no problems. I usually get my oil filter changed here and it's always done at a reasonable price. Highly recommend trying this place out.
These guys are honest and upfront! Got my oil changed there and they were nice enough to answer all my questions, check out my car completely, gave me a list of everything that needs to be fixed and how much it would cost. It's a family business and the people who work there have been there for many years, even the mechanics from a near-by auto repair shop directed me there. Definitely coming back for due repairs in the very near future!!!
Fort Lee Tire Center was a most pleasant experience after a traumatic blowout on I-80 near the GW Bridge. We are from out of state. They had what I needed in stock, took us without an appointment, and had the tire purchased and installed in under half an hour. They even gave us a great recommendation for lunch. THANK YOU!

I have absolutely no words to describe and/or thank the great people over at Fort Lee Tire. I have dealt with all kinds of repair shops, body shops, machine shops, tire shops and there isn't a single one that compares.
A few weeks ago I needed a set of tires and these guys came through with great pricing and top notch service. Unfortunately life happens and yesterday I popped one of my tires. I made a quick call to them to see if there was anyway they could get me the same tire (which seems to be out of stock everywhere) and less than 24 hours later the tire is in their store waiting for me to drop off my car.
Wish I could do more than just a review but I'm hoping anyone who is looking for a tire shop or just a general repair facility sees this and gives them the business they very much deserve.

Absolutely disagree that prices are fair. I was in a bind and needed new battery. They charged me $140 for battery that costs $79 at auto zone. $60 mark up is outrageous and that's including 10 min of labor. I would definitely urge everybody to price compare with elective repairs. I do hope they use the money to redo that 30 yr old wood paneling....
These guys took out the nail, and inspected the tire, put back the tire, and Charged $0, because there was nothing wrong with the tire.

I dropped off a car for an oil change and was told that it would be completed the same day. I was also told that someone would call me when it was completed so that I could pick it up. Car wasn't completed and I never got a call back and was without a car for a whole weekend. When I called the manager about it, I was rudely dismissed. They do not treat you as the customer. I would definitely not recommend this place, even the dealership has better service. I should have followed the other negative reviews given here. Don't make the same mistake.
Great service! I was surprised when I drove in how fast my tires got balanced even though they looked super busy! I guess that's why they are busy. Keep up the great service!
Fast, honest service, no nonsense, fair prices, no gouging. Are you kidding? It's hard to find that kind of value in upscale restaurants, let alone tire places. Would recommend.
