My left rear tire picked up a nail & leaked pretty flat over the July 4th weekend. So early on Monday morning, I "coaxed" the Tucson, flashers on at 10 m/p/h, down to BA&M on 33rd Street. After I reported my problem to the manager, a mechanic came out quickly, found & removed the nail, then plugged & re-inflated my tire. It's been fine since. All was fixed in 10 minutes & for $20. That's some *stellar* service on a real busy weekday❗

I picked up a screw in my truck tire, pulled into this service station and they plugged it in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. thank you so much for this exceptional service

This morning, a low tire pressure warning led us to Nick. He promptly attended to us, performing a soapy water test and rebalancing the air in all our tires. Despite spending 20-30 minutes on the task, he refused any payment for his helpful service. We are truly grateful to encounter such kindness. Thank you, Nick!

I recently had an electrical problem with my car and did not want to drive at night.. only day time driving for me until I got the electrical problem fixed. Having moved from Penna to Brigantine, NJ I was in search of a local shop for car maintenence, repairs, etc. and Brigantine Auto & Marine was only about a mile from my home. I showed-up mid-morning (unannounced) and told the owner my issue and informed him that night time driving was off limits for me due to the electrical problem with my Buick SUV. He told me to come back at 3pm and he should be able to help me. I ran my errands and returned at 2:55 and the owner greeted me at the entrance and asked that I pull my SUV up just short of the bay door opening. Within a matter of about 2 minutes he was working on my car and had the problem fixed el pronto and the price tag for the repairs was less than what I was expecting. I was treated extremely well and his attitude was helpful, supportive and made me feel like a "regular" customer even though it was my first time there. AFTER the work was done I informed him that I recently moved to Brigantine and was in search of a local mechanic and based on my first experience at Brigantine Auto & Marine, I knew that I found what I was looking for. I have only been there once but freely admit that I was very happy with my one-time experience at Brigantine Auto & Marine and will go back again next time I have an issue with my car. But for what I have experienced to date I have zero complaints and nothing but compliments. It's rare to find a business that actually listens to the customer and has a real "customer service" attitude and that's exactly what I experienced this past month at Brigantine Auto & Marine. I really think I found the "right" auto mechanic shop and wanted to share my experience in a formal written review as they earned my compliments which I don't regularly throw around easily. Craig S. What a great business!!! They fixed my jeep about a year ago and I had to fix it again and again last week, they took care of it with a little extra to hopefully make sure it stays fixed and doesn’t strand me again! You earned my business forever!!

I arrived on a wing and a prayer from Pittsburgh to enjoy a beach week. They diagnosed a bad wheel bearing and replaced it the next day at the standard price. The ride back to Pittsburgh was safe and silent. I would trust them again for fairness and expertise.

I was buying a used jeep Grand Cherokee from a private seller and took it here for a look over before making the purchase. The owner may be the most honest and decent human beings I have ever met. This is hands down the best mechanic shop, and I don't just mean in Brigantine, I mean anywhere.

We've been dealing with Brigantine Auto for the past 7+ years and every time we have an auto issue they always figure out the issue at a fair and reasonable price. Extremely professional, courteous, and always deliver in a timely fashion. It's very rare to find a good, reliable, and honest mechanic like Brig Auto, highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for years to get my jeep checked out when something seems wrong after driving out on the beach here. They are always super fast and get to the root of the problem every time. This is a 6 star review. Definitely give them a call! Most reliable on the island!

I had a nail in my tire and a long trip home. Instead of having to waste my last sunny day sitting in an auto repair waiting room, I luckily came across Brigantine Auto & Marine. Ten minutes and a few bucks later, it was fixed. They were so kind and efficient. 5 stars all the way.

I highly recommend this shop! I was facing car troubles while on vacation and even though I was a complete stranger they went above and beyond for me. They restored my faith in humanity. Not only are they genuine people but honest mechanics and very fairly priced.

Staying at a friend's house in Brigantine for the winter. My truck wouldn't start at a Wawa parking lot. The next day, I went to the shop - Nick was kind enough to drive me to my truck, give me a jump to take the truck back to the shop. Turned out to be a faulty alternator, which needed replacing. Nick once again was kind enough to drive me back to my place and they did the repair in just one day, even though they were actually quite busy. Price was reasonable and pretty sure he gave me a good deal, when he didn't need to. Just a pleasant, human experience all around - highly recommend this place. Thanks, Nick.

Dave and his team are top notch. I stay in the area during the summer and was recommended to them to put in an engine in my Jeep when I ran into issues. They worked with me as I had an engine delivered and they provided updates throughout the time it was there as well as additional thoughts to avoid problems down the road. He prepped me on what to expect over the following weeks and never hesitated to call me back when I had questions. I never felt as though I was bother. These guys really know there stuff and know how to treat customers. Thank you for helping me get through a situation that didn’t involved needing a new car.

I dropped my Audi off to have them look at it when the Check Engine light went on while I was driving. Dave looked at it immediately and found that the car was working fine. He did not charge me for the service and was completely honest with me( unlike other auto body shops I have used). Based on their honesty and service I would recommend this shop to anyone. We were at the 4 wheel beach for the day. Had issues with my husbands truck stuck in 4 Wheel low.We tried to resolve on our own. We finally called for some help! Thankfully google came up with the right place! The owner tried to help us over the phone, then offered to have someone to come to us. We were able to make it there on our own. We pulled up and even though his shop was pure craziness, he knew we just wanted to get our son home! He dropped everything! Within less than 30 mins, he resolved the issue for us to be on our way! Now that is what I call top notch service!! We would go back there without question! Thanks again!!!

I just had to write a review for these wonderful people! My husband ran over something driving on the beach last week and broke his tie rod. We were leaving from a week vacation the next day, and we didn’t know how we would get the car fixed and get all of our stuff home! We called there and they told my husband to bring it right up, it was fixed in just a few hours and we were back in business! Absolutely wonderful service, highly recommend this honest and hardworking business, we were so greatful to find them! Thank you!

Great Place- had a breakdown on a Saturday afternoon. They were quick to respond, diagnose and eventually repaired my issue (Starter) on a SATURDAY just before closing. Brendon went out of his way to come to where my vehicle was broken down and diagnosed it. Before he left, he was on the phone with the parts supply company to arrange a fast delivery BEFORE they closed. Also, gave me his cell phone number too. By the time my vehicle was towed to his station, everything was ready to be repaired. Had my car up and running within the hour. Great job!! Also, did NOT over charge me either! Great mechanic, trusting and now he has a new life long customer- ME!!! Can’t give them enough praise.
