Lamentablemente tengo que escribir una reseña mala pero bien merecida sobre este lugar. Este hombre Pablo (peruano) es una mala persona sin palabra y un abusador aprovechado. Hacen dos semanas fui con mi hija para ver si me revisaba el AC no voy a negar que aparentemente fue “amable” me dijo que fuera a autozone y comprará un pote de leak freeze inmediatamente fui y lo compré regresé y él lo colocó. Después me dijo que manejara el carro 2 horas como mínimo lo que desde luego hice, cuando volví me dijo que le sacaría ese líquido y le pondría una máquina si yo así lo quería que el AC me duraría todo el verano y serían $120. O que repararía el compresor por $400. . Obvio escogí pagar los $120. Entonces me dijo que si pasaba algo se lo llevara nuevamente y él se encargaría. Fue lo que hice 11 días después pues no duró todo el verano solo 11 días. Cuando voy me dice que es que el carro tiene una fuga y que Tengo repararlo cosa que ya yo sabía fue lo a que le dije cuando lleve el carro y él me salió con ese cuento. Sin más ni más no me ayudó y pues pagué 120. Por tener AC 11 días. Este hombre no tiene ni palabra y es un abusador y mentiroso. Espero que si vas a este lugar sepas con lo que te vas a encontrar.
This guy not honest , he took off the air flow sensor from my friend car , he make car worse than before , after my friend come back to his shop he put back the piece that he take off and he said he not gonna change him for that , don’t go there , scamming people who don’t know about mechanic . And he he try to buy his car for $2000 , shame on you .
After passing through some flooded areas, my heat shield became loose, I took it to them and they immediately took it in and fixed the shield attachment. A big shout out to Julie for making it so easy and pleasant for me. Thank you.
Regretfully I took my vehicle to this Ocean Repair Felicity knowing these people they know me very well everything time i take my car there and take it back everytime something new keeps popping up and i believe its not a condience. The last time i visit there i had a bad very bad experience (hector) he was actually doing a hour job and supposely the labor was $90 and he charged me $150 dollars for the one hour repair. Then i asked him about it Supposely he said that he charging for the knowledge that he is giving me. Charging your costmer for knowledge is not ethic and, Honestly i do not recomend going to this mechanic. I recomend going to Hi-Tech They are very honest people.
Hector always takes care of my car and gives me options on my parts to put into my car. I have been going to him for years and I will continue to go to him and tell all my friends about going to him also.
Mr. Castillo. And his men are Master mechanics and their prices or definitely affordable. A wonderful man of God who is honest and has Integrity. I will go nowhere else.
As an Atlantic City local resident who lives here for 20+ years, this was the worst experience I've encountered. I purchased replacement parts from Autozone and regretfully, I chose this auto repair to fix my vehicle. Originally the mechanic, Pablo, charged me $100 for labor. When the repair was finished, he claimed that he charged me $190. Furthermore, this incident occurred twice in the past where he would increase the cost of labor from his original fee. I stated that this was the last time dealing business with an untrustworthy mechanic. I would highly recommend avoiding this location and having your vehicle fixed at a different auto repair.
Car broke down on a stormy night. Mitsubishi Outlander '04. Water got into car, engine was dry. Towed to the place. The Timing Belts took a lot of pressure, assuming, from the water pressure (?) of the collisoon into a deep pond of a relatively steep puddle of water.
The air motor/fans also don't work in the car, asked to fix that too.
Friendly mechanics, they also took their time to explain what was going on with the car.
Days past, we get rhe car back;
No AC system repair, (assuming it could not be done, so this is excusable.)
Car takes a lot longer to start up;
(and I don't want to assume the water could cause such concussive damage that start up amd ignition would be affecting such; engine was absolutely Untouched by water, but it is a possibilty--)
Axles of the car are now misaligned (I.e. we have to tilt the wheel to the right a bit to drive straight.)
Reader, make your own conclusions about whether if this placr is a reliable alternative or not.
Maybe another car owner's experience could have been better than mine.
But it seems I am the only one who has left a (relatively) extensive here.

TL;DR: Car broke down after heavy rain storm; drove into deep puddle; towed to OAR; timing belts needed fixing; we asked if we could get broken AC fixed; car back fixed, takes longer to start up, no AC, axle misaligned... Make your own conclusions.
