Omgosh Lamberts was a heaven sent!! They are super friendly and so adaptable!! I had scheduled for a tow the day before and thought I had my title but when I realized I didn’t we called them back and they understood and told us to call them back when we found it. We found it the next day but luck was not on my side as my fiancé had the keys to our current car (which was locked). I called lamberts back and explained that my ID was in my car and if they could get into it, they got ahold of one of their tow drivers and asked if they could. The drivers name was Mark and he used his own personal lock kit to get into my car so I could scrap my other car. Mark was super friendly and very funny!! I highly recommend lamberts not only for their friendly service but for being understanding and working with their customers at every bend and turn. If it wasn’t for Lamberts willingness to help me with my car it would probably still be there for another week (after sitting all winter!!) there were even wasps we didn’t know about and Mark wasn’t afraid!! I’m definitely coming back to them if I ever need a car scrapped again or any parts sold or anything like that I will forever recommend them to any friends as well

Didn’t buy anything, but had to pull over for the epic American flag made of crushed cars. Red, white, and wrecked—a patriotic masterpiece of the scrapyard arts. Judging by the other reviews, this place is more than just metal piles—great prices, solid parts, and a crew that’s more helpful than a droid translator in Mos Eisley.

In a crunch, a friend that just purchased a truck DESPERATELY needed tires. The rubber was literally coming off as he was driving. Upon his arrival to Lambert's he was referred to a shop across the street that could help him with getting two tires, in a jiffy, at the smaller repair shop Lambert's down the road, Rochester....he bought the tires, and then went to the third referred stop, for the guys to put the tires on his truck at a place down the street called "Low Budget Auto Sales," they were quick to help and got it done. My friend was able to have peace of mind, due to a positive domino effect beginning with Lamberts. So, kudos to all parties that assisted in such a short notice for somebody in need. Thanks guys.
We looked up they're hours on the Google maps and it said they were open till 11:30. We got here at 10 and they were closed and the back gate was locked If the rating system allowed for a negative they would be a -10.
These guys were very accommodating allowing me to park my srap vehicle in the lot after closing so I wouldn't have to miss work the following morning. Paid out exactly what was quoted.
Guys made me wait 1hour and 40 mins for parts to tell me they don’t have the part and wasted my valuable time. I could of gotten else where . They do not update car-parts
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. they sold me the wrong part and they would not even take it back. would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them. unprofessional seller.
This place is great. We drove quite a long way to get here and they did not disappoint. Very well organized, item was ready for us, gentleman who helped us was very very nice. Recommend for parts.

They had the part I needed and it worked fine. Their covid plan is good, too. They are doing business through a walkup window so nobody has to go inside.
Called ahead was told they close at 4:30pm only to get there at 4:25 to be told very rudely that they closed 15min prior and tough so I wasted fuel due to not being informed of this over the phone when I called! They can keep their money I'll continue to make the trip North to a business that treats me,the customer with respect
Called in for a used window on my truck they didn't have one available the manager called back soon enough before I got one the moment it was available they called me good service here
The old owners were AWESOME, however the new guys are just as great. The manager up front has a great personality and really tries to help out customers. They do their best to work with you on prices and getting you what need ASAP!
There's no reason to pay full price for brand new, Lamberts only charges a quarter of the price and they're like new! $150 bucks for four almost brand new! Nobody else even sells used tires and I called around to other places. And everybody else wanted five hundred bucks for four new ones, I've been here to Lamberts a few other times for cheap parts they've always worked and they pull them for you. A+++ Business!
So far the best prices around. Good used goodyear tires kept me going until i replaced all parts on my car. Lol Got a new one used and will salvage the old one. Plan on doing business again with them.
Most reputable and highest paying for your scrap cars in the area. I prefer going thru American instead as the desk lady is much friendlier and informative than the female receptionist at Lampberts. I'd take the money hit for better service. Other than that Lampberts is great. Need better receptionist though.
