I can not thank this company enough for rescuing me while I was out of town in a rental car with a flat tire. Had I have waited for Alamo to send me a tow truck, I would been sitting at the gas station for hours (in cold weather for this Florida native), but there was a kind gentleman in one of your trucks who changed the tire right on the spot so I was on my way within 20 minutes! Highly recommended. The people who own, operate and work for this company are great people!
Awesome work my company vehcial was on the side of the road. My drivers couldn't a tire off made the call they came looking for a tow however i had asked them to help us out and get the old tire off and put the spare on and like clock work done deal

I work for Terminix and got a flat, our fleet company contracted Mitchell's to help change the tire and while yes they took awhile I understood they were shirt staffed that day and did the best they could. Once on site they were fast, efficient and polite. 10 out if 10 would recommend.

Yes, 10. Excellent service and cooperation. I had a Dr.'s appointment and he got me there on time.... without any whining or a sigh, but he proceeded politely, due to the concern about me being late, he changed my tire probably within eight minutes with everything else. Also, I noticed the very warm greeting when he first showed up. I wish I had employees like this in my business.

I apologize for not getting his name but he showed up quicker than I had hoped and changed the tire and had me on my way in no time. 5-19-25. My new Bronco sat over winter and the battery went completely flat. It was so low in volts that my plug in chargers wouldn’t budge it beyond a couple of volts. I called Ford Roadside Assistance and the connected me with Real Mitchell’s Towing and they showed up promptly and the service from “Mad Mike” was great, he had me up and running in less than five minutes! Very professional and polite. I’ll definitely use their service again if needed.
