Best battery jump experience of my life!! Tyler and Brooke were not intimidated by my challenging hybrid battery issue and persisted until the car started. My car was stuck in the snow in a location that was tricky, a bit difficult for the tow truck to get to, but Tyler did it!!! He didn't waste time, was a smart problem-solver, and careful during the whole process. Terrific service! Also, this occured the second day after the two-day snowstorm January 2026. So much snow and Real Mitchell's was slammed with work - so many people needing assistance. I'm so appreciative they came to my rescue in a timely manner.
Truck was stuck in the snow. About 6 inches from a tree on the passenger side. Came amazingly quick. Took no more than a few minutes to get it out without any issues or concerns.

These guys are the real deal. After two flatbed trucks came and left because they didn't have the equipment or experience to safely tow our car, these guys showed up and had our car towed in under 10 minutes. Professional, competent, and polite service.

My work van broke down on the hour drive home from an overnight job. I called AAA 3 times to try to get a tow. My wife had to get herself and our two special needs children into the car at 12 am to come and get me in 27 degree weather as I had no heat. We waited over an hour for AAA with no updates (the third time). We finally decided to leave the van - AAA said we had to be there to receive a tow. On our way back home after 2 am we got a call from Tyler at Real Mitchell’s. He was polite and caring even at 3 am! He met us at a gas station to get the van key and towed the van without us having to drive all the way back! He was there for us when no one else would take the job. I can not thank this company enough for rescuing me while I was out of town in a rental car with a flat tire. Had I have waited for Alamo to send me a tow truck, I would been sitting at the gas station for hours (in cold weather for this Florida native), but there was a kind gentleman in one of your trucks who changed the tire right on the spot so I was on my way within 20 minutes! Highly recommended. The people who own, operate and work for this company are great people!
Awesome work my company vehcial was on the side of the road. My drivers couldn't a tire off made the call they came looking for a tow however i had asked them to help us out and get the old tire off and put the spare on and like clock work done deal
These guys were wonderful! Stranded two hours from home with a flat tire, I submitted a request for roadside assistance through my insurance company, quickly got a call back from Real Mitchell’s Towing with a very friendly, reassuring person. They gave me a reasonable ETA and showed up exactly on time. Quickly changed my tire and were very professional.

Used my SafeCo Insurance and Real Mitchell’s Towing came to tow my car. I was impressed with the immediate call from them to confirm what I needed and my address. They let me know timing and came when they said they would. They were friendly, professional in communications, and competent, but also quick. Highly recommend.

The driver was very professional and prepared as my car is lower than normal. He was early and communicated arrival time making sure I had time to prepare. The patients and care of my car was definitely appreciated. I would definitely use them again if needed.
I work for Terminix and got a flat, our fleet company contracted Mitchell's to help change the tire and while yes they took awhile I understood they were shirt staffed that day and did the best they could. Once on site they were fast, efficient and polite. 10 out if 10 would recommend.
Yes, 10. Excellent service and cooperation. I had a Dr.'s appointment and he got me there on time.... without any whining or a sigh, but he proceeded politely, due to the concern about me being late, he changed my tire probably within eight minutes with everything else. Also, I noticed the very warm greeting when he first showed up. I wish I had employees like this in my business.
Had a flat tire around 12:30 am last night and was not confident in the jack that was in the car. Used Fords roadside assistance and they contacted Real Mitchell - the BEST! I apologize for not getting his name but he showed up quicker than I had hoped and changed the tire and had me on my way in no time. A true professional and definitely a savior at midnight after a long day. Thanks again!!
5-19-25. My new Bronco sat over winter and the battery went completely flat. It was so low in volts that my plug in chargers wouldn’t budge it beyond a couple of volts. I called Ford Roadside Assistance and the connected me with Real Mitchell’s Towing and they showed up promptly and the service from “Mad Mike” was great, he had me up and running in less than five minutes! Very professional and polite. I’ll definitely use their service again if needed.
Tyler came out quickly and towed my truck off the highway quickly even in the bad weather. He was very professional and friendly and did he job quickly with safety as top priority. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him anytime for a tow. The dispatcher was extremely friendly as well!
