Went there with my C10 for an alignment. I towed it there on a trailer and they came right out with pieces of wood to help me get it off the trailer (it was lowered and exhaust was going to catch on the trailer). Did an amazing job on my alignment and have no complaints whatsoever.
Dropped off my van off same day as a problem occurred was ready the same day friendly staff good company was recommended by my father I will be back for sure thank you guys
I am very lucky to work just down the road from Wilson’s. They have done inspections and repairs on several vehicles and have always been fair and honest. It is clear the technicians take pride in their work. I had bought a pre-owned Ford vehicle from a dealership, and after a couple months, I noticed the alignment was off. A different tire shop had told me the issue could not be fixed, and good luck getting the dealership to fix it! Wilson’s took care of it, as the technician had specific experience with how to properly repair it. They put on the replacement tires I had purchased. I fully recommend the shop!
Awesome customer service, work, and prices! I needed to find a new shop after my last place closed, and Wilson’s has been phenomenal. I had my car towed there this week and they have been so great to work with! The friendly staff helped take some of the stress out of a very stressful situation!
This has to be the worst garage I have ever been too. All they do is screw up my vehicle and play guessing games. I came here so many times with the same issue. They keep guessing. But they are to not looking hard enough to see there screw ups causing leaks. They tell me they do the warranty work and they don’t. Very dishonest and unprofessional and always leave messes with Coolant all over the place. Just like how they put my vehicle on the lift crushing my brand new tire. The work they do is not good and they took advantage of me. They completely lost my business.
I have used Wilson's extensively over the last year, and with one of my cars I was faced with an engine code that they tried to repair 4 times. The final repair seemed to have worked except driving it away after, it began overheating. Had a second mechanic check it out and he found a pipe which received a clamped hose had been bent during the prior repair and was spewing coolant. Carol is friendly and kind when receiving keys and calls, but the workmanship, at least in my experience is lacking.
Bruce and his staff do quality work and at great prices. I've been going here for years now and Bruce and Carol have helped me and my family thru out the years. Highly recommended
Wilson's is the best mechanic in Salem! They are very reasonable in pricing and their work is impeccable,they are very professional and courteous. I am so very glad I finally found an Auto repair mechanic shop I feel very comfortable with entrusting my car to.
I was extremely disappointed with the service from the staff and the quality of the work done to my truck.I had repeated problem after problem with the truck and the service received from the front desk was sub par at best. I would definitely not recommend Wilson’s for anything my truck was towed in eight times for the same problem.
This place is amazing. Had a water pump go on my 2013 Ford Taurus and unfortunately it's a 9 hour job. Couldn't find a mechanic willing to do it other then the dealership.The timing chain needed to come off and alot more. Wilson's gave me a quote alot less then the dealership and came in under. They also did spark plugs and alot more. 110% satisfied!! The car runs better then it has in a long time. Would trust them with any large job. Thanks Wilsons!
The best place ever i recommend them to everyone. My boyfriend has been going there for over 15yrs and has never had a problem they are on top of everything. I always feel save with the work they do. I've been bringing my 2011 Kia optima for 3yrs since I got it and they are great with their prices.Carol is always looking to see if I got recalls on what I need done, cause I bought my car used, before they work on it. I've no clue about what is what when is comes to vehicles but I know Wilson's will never do me wrong cause they are on point with everything. Very good work and beautiful customer service and I could keep going on and on about and everything good trust me if I could give them a 10 I would but to close this up. I'm 46yrs old so I've my share of cars and dealt with places that I don't trust or are very high priced Wilson's is the #1 place I've ever been to in my life and that will be the last place I ever go to the prices are great and I've never felt the safest in my car after getting it worked on as I do this place they are the GREATEST and the BEST ever I will never go to another place ❤

Fixed an awful experience with Derry meineke who broke my truck blamed me and made me pay for it wilsons Auto has my business for life great mechanics thorough and clean and left my vehicle like they owned it great place please bring your car to them and the get done in a timely manner
Town Fair Tire botched my tire service to where I was wobbling on the highway doing 60, replaced unnecessary things and just made me hate my car. I brought it into Wilsons to see Billy, and now I won't go anywhere else. I never leave reviews but this place has been so nice and awesome to me and my Honda that I won't spend my money anywhere else!
I love these guys. Quick and friendly service. I even bought a used van through them. And I have to say it was one of the best used cars I've ever owned. I use them for oil changes and general/ regular service and major repairs. All work has been fantastic in thoroughness and value. Mr Wilson is also very good at listening to the customer.
Will not go anywhere else. Period. They are awesome people. They are not intimidating like most mechanic shops are, and they do not price gouge. They do the work in an efficient manner, so you're not waiting a week for something that should be fixed in a day or so. Highly recommend Wilson's.
Without a doubt the most professional and accurate repair shop in the Southern NH area. Never once have I felt like I was being treated unfairly or charged too much for any service. I have three vehicles which I trust to their care a BMW, Jeep , and Honda. All services are done right the first time and you can tell that they treat your vehicle as if it were their own. Don't bother going any place else, you cannot do better that Wilson's.
