My daughter was stuck in ice on New Year’s Eve. Called AAA and the sent the call to this company. The gave an ETA almost 2 hours out. After those two hours another hour passed. TCB simply stopped answering the phone. AAA said they couldn’t get in touch with anyone there. After over 3 hours of waiting we had to go out and handle the situation ourselves. Never heard a peep from this company
I requested a tow through AAA on Saturday and after several delays was matched with TCB Towing. When I was given the update with the ETA, they had told me if I am unable to be with the car, I can either have someone give the key to the driver or leave the key at the car for them. I received a call from Jim which due to my appointment, I was unable to answer and he left a rather rude voicemail. I then called Jim back when I was able to, to which I was met with a rather rude and disrespectful tone. Despite being told BY AAA that I DID NOT need to be with the car, Jim rudely and condescendingly told me that I needed to be with the car and it was required to see a AAA card.
Myself and my family who have been with AAA for 12 years, have never been asked to show a member card upon arrival of the tow truck and after being assured by AAA I did not need to be there, I figured I did not need to cancel my appointment. There was no point where he tried to get clarity as to what I was told about how the situation was to be handled, just immediately got spoken down to. He also told me that next time, I should either not travel (there was no point where I said I was traveling) or not request a tow. I was planning on being with the car as the original tow time was 10:15 but due to the delays and my needing to attend a medical appointment, I was assured by AAA that I did not need to be there.
Also, the status of the delivery had not been updated through AAA until three hours after picking up the vehicle, leaving me unsure of whether my car had made it to the mechanic. This whole interaction with Jim from TCB towing, was very rude and disrespectful. I will be sure to notify my friends and family who the towing company is and will request to never be matched with this company again for future tows. I could understand the rudeness and disrespect had he been met with hostility when I returned his call. However, I was nothing but polite DESPITE hearing his rude voicemail.
I had TCB towing come out today to have my car jumpstart. Their driver was very nice. He didn’t have enough power to get it going. He called his boss James and then James was able to get my car started. I want to say I will call them again if needed. Thank you so much. I appreciate all you did for me. Jacki Lunderville
We were stuck in the far reaches of Pawtuckaway State Park campgrounds. With our keys locked in the car. We were connected to TCB towing through AAA. They were out and we were unlocked inside of 40 minutes. It was getting close to dark. We are very grateful for such fast and capable service.

Honest and kind!!! My truck threw a belt. He told me it was just the a/c belt, so was safe to drive, and didn't tow it unnecessarily, losing out on the tow. Highly recommend!!!
We had a schedule tow at 10am (after being blown off the day before) and my car needed to be towed to a business before they closed at noon. The business was located 90min way and not only did they pick up my car a little later than 10, but it did not arrived to it's destination until 3pm. There's 3 hours my car was not accounted for in which the owner had to wait around until it arrived in order to close their shop. Completely unreliable.
I highly recommend using these guys! Friendly staff, better priced than others that I've used in the past. Jacob was kind and a true professional, my tow wasn't easy plus it was raining, yet he took the time to get the job done while handling my vehicle with care. If I'm ever in a bind again with my car, I'm calling TCB!
Biggest thank you to the gentleman who came out and rescued me... I ran put of gas on the highway, somthing I'm always so cautious with.. clearly not today.. but the only person who seemed to care I was in a bad place. My roadside assistance didnt even help. So, thank you for being so kind and genuin. There's still good in the world. ❤️❤️
TCB came out and brought me from Nottingham to Concord when my friend’s old MG decided it had had enough of route 4. They came out quickly and maintained excellent communication the whole time, getting me where I was going with a minimum of fuss and a lot of professionalism. I’ll definitely use them again!
They towed me a month ago still waiting for a slip to turn into triple a to get reimbursed called 15 different times also sent messages still have heard nothing all I want is a slip how hard is that
I called them on monday to schedule a a tow they said they would be there at 10am. I waited 5 hours for them and they still never showed up. And what wanted towed was less then 30 minutes away.i will never use them again!!!!!
I made the stupid mistake of thinking I could make it to the next exit before I fueled up. Ran out of fuel on route 101 in Raymond. I did not have cash or credit card to pay the service fee. The owner and I worked out in agreement and what I believe was his son was on the scene within 10 minutes pouring gasoline in my empty tank. Very impressive. And thank you for allowing me to get safely home.
Just drove behind one of their drivers who was swerving, often on or over the yellow line, and changing speeds (+/- 15mph) for no apparent reason. Clearly a distracted driver, potentially drunk. Absolutely dangerous driving.
When AAA told us no one would come to help. I remembered that TCB towing was there for us at 1 in the morning last year. So, after hearing no one will come at 11 from AAA. I called them as soon as his tow was back he sent him right a away. Great people fast service even at 1 am. Thank you for doing as you advertise 24 hours service. You are the best.
Pat and John at TCB were incredibly responsive to our vehicle lockout. Arrived within 30 minutes and had our SUV open in 5. They also dealt directly with our insurance roadside assistance. Stellar!
When my 2021 Buick went off the road and was stuck in Deep Mud on a back road in Nottingham NH TCB Towing responded quickly and was able to get my car out safely, so that I was quickly on my way.
Quick and responsive service by Pat and his team. Owning a repair shop, it is often hard to find a good tow company! We will definitely use them again in the future! Good job guys!!!
Called Pat (owner) on a Thursday, he was at my house Friday to move my 12x16 shed with his tow truck from one spot to another.
Handled with complete care and made sure I was happy with the final destination.

We had 2 Jeep’s stuck off roading and spent hours calling tow companies and no one could come help us. We finally found them at 11PM and they came right out to help us. Got both Jeep’s out and were friendly!

I was so upset when our rented UHaul got stuck. The people from TCB towing were recommended by UHaul. It was the cheapest option given, with the shortest wait time. The owner was friendly and professional. The team worked together and got the truck to safety without rushing, doing the job right! It was very close to trees and they were able to remove it without any damage. Can't explain how worried I had been before they arrived.

My wife andi ran out of gas on rt 1 in a nasty spot. The traffic was whizzing by and we did not feel safe. Eric showed up woth a tow truck and lights and hopped out of the truck and actually stood there and directed people to slow and move over. After the rear tire in my motorcycle blew out at 4:30 am , i called TCB . I regret not getting names but i can say that both the person wjo answered and the young man who towed me were both fantastic. The speed of service outstanding . I definitely recommend TCB.
My auto insurance company sent them. They came from a town next to mine. Very professional nice ramp truck, I spoke with the owner they have ramp trucks. The driver who put my pick up on the ramp did so ease. You could tell he was very experienced. They spent some time to introduce yourselves and took the for me to ask some questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use the again.
