Called looking for 2010 Honda Civic coupe parts, was told they had some in the yard. Visited next day and as told, coupes to pick from. Picked up pretty much everything I needed, and the price was shockingly low! Much appreciated man! Was well worth my hour drive and I would not hesitate to visit again! Based upon my first visit here I would recommend to anyone.
Tony was super. He helped with the parts that I needed to order for my Camry and he was up front with the pricing and helped me. I asked him how much each item was and he was honest and very helpful. Also, his Spanish is impeccable. I enjoyed listening him talk to Spanish speaking customers that were in front in of me. He made my whole day. Thank you, Tony.
Unfortunately, I will probably never use them again, even after having been a customer for 30+ years.
The woman who answers the phone and deals with the purchasing of junk vehicles was a total jerk, and she needs to be reminded that she is there to serve the customers, not the other way around...
...she is very unpleasant, rude, and disrespectful.
Perhaps she should find a job better suited for her demeanor, like maybe cleaning the bird boogers off the floors of a chicken coop, netting brown trout at a water treatment facility, or perhaps shoveling up the gravy at a pig farm...?!
I come here two weeks ago for a AC compressor and it was great experience. Got everything I wanted and the guy was super nice. Don't know his name but he's bilingual, speaks great Spanish and just an overall nice guy. The guy tells me to bring back the core for $5, I say to myself that's fine because I got nothing better to do with it. I bring it back with the receipt and everything, a different guy tells me that it's all make believe and there is no 5 dollars, but I can leave it with them if that's and bring up to the other brother when I see him. It's a great place and all, but stuff like that just gets on my nerves. I drive all the way here for a hassle rather than the $5 that incentivised the drive. It's not about the money, it's about the principle, why tell something to a customer, and not follow up on it? At this point I'm all for, "an eye for any eye". So, no five dollars for me? No 5 stars for you. Have a good day.
good selection of scrap, fair prices, and no-nonsense staff. really sketchy clientele though, so don't show up looking like a complete rube or someone's gonna make a buck off ya
I’ve never been a “car guy” but ran up here to help a mechanic friend out. This was the 3rd yard I’ve visited for him over the years

PLUS the guy helping me tried saving me several $100 and time* by “pulling it myself” HOPEFULLY Parts was will be pulled “ready” in next day or two

This is a great yard. You need your own tools. They give you a map and show you where in the yard you need to go. They also give you a list of cars that you will need to find for the part you are looking for. I would only bring the tools you need because the walk is somewhat long when you get in the yard. I bought a battery THEY said to me you have life time warranty.... it was junky battery of course I took it back unfortunately they wouldn't replace it ..... on their documents says life time warranty they know I bought there and their blue pen and number on the battery and still wouldn't replace it . they are scam .

I just went to Brandy Brow for the first time. Nice people and very well run. They pointed me right to the section where my part was and gave me a list of cars that were compatible. No problems, I will go back.
Excellent staff asking poo perfect questions with Tony covering 3 jobs at the same time not to worry even skipped lunch to deal with my issues and I have a few mostly people don't look at where they are going.
Would not recommend. The tow truck driver is rude. The communication between staff is horrible. I will never do business with these people again. If you are looking for well run business with friendly staff who communicate with each other, definitely take your business else where.
Also, the follow up email from the staff when they saw this review was *super* unprofessional.
I’ve only had good experiences here. Tony and the rest of the staff are kind and helpful and make sure that they deliver the best customer service possible. The extended warranty is also fantastic and has allowed me to switch parts that were not working with no questions asked. The yard is clean and well kept, little to no trash or miscellaneous parts are seen lying around. Overall great experience, highly recommended stopping by.
I went to brandy brow today for the first time and Service was great! Huge place with so many cars. They have a huge Honda lot and many other options. best of all everything clean and organized. New favorite parts place hands down.
0/5 stars. Went there for a oil pan on a bmw e46. Guy came out with a transmission pan from the car, luckily my son is in the automotive industry and knew better. Called prior to going there to confirm they had the part and was told they did. Obviously didn’t double check. Wasted a 2 hour drive. Horrible customer service and overpriced.
Went today for my 1st time...broke a plastic part on my wife's truck. They had the part. Great service. Tony made it easy and unbelievably affordable. Friendly staff. Highly recommend it.

Bought a gas tank for a 2004 Nissan. Tank was in great shape and was the only used one I could find. Unfortunately after I put it in, the plastic inside the tank was broken. It was hard to tell without having fuel in the tank. Months later I returned the tank with no questions asked. My shop is in Manchester NH and they deliver which is great. I will continue buying parts from here due to the professionalism and courtesy of the employees.
Unbelievably great place to find deals on new and used auto parts. They have a wide selection and there's a great chance you can find what you need used and if not they can get it new for a great price. Friendly staff and easy hours to work around make this the best place to shop!

This place is great. Plenty of stock, good folks behind the counter, and well organized. Pointed me in the right direction to the car I needed, and I pulled the part out myself. 1/10th the price of getting it on-line (mirror switch for an Audi A6). Plus they have a lifetime warranty on parts. Great resource to save yourself some $$ on DIY repairs.
All the guys there were great and helpful. To leave a lifetime warranty on parts as long as you bring in receipt is amazing. I love this place, I'll definitely be going back.

They let you remove small parts off the cars, just be sure to give the vehicle number when you pay for the parts. :-)
I had a hard time finding new rims for my 05 Ford Explorer. All the prices online were more than I wanted to spend. Speaking to Tony and Eric they researched it out and found new rims at a price that was better then anything I found online and pretty close to what I wanted to spend. When checking out Eric clearly explained the warranty and return process. I had them installed today with no slippage. Thanks guys. Hope not to see you soon, nothing personal. :)
Horrible customer service, unless your over paying. Brandy brow and there employees are dirty and have no regard for for humanity, the only concern they have is getting the extra red cent from you. But... there is a way to slash there prices. Have an attractive woman go pick your parts up. They are wicked Pervs as well. And please! Don't be fooled by the other fake reviews
that the management and their families create. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I have call all the local used auto part and they were giving us really low price for our car as well as giving us a hard time picking it up. But this place was striaght to the point and gave us a good amount for our car. Scott the pick up driver was very on point. He came look in and out of the car and got the old car out of our hand.
