While this maybe out of character for her but, Julie started the conversation very rude. "My computer is already off...we're closed... I'm just doing you a favor." (Selling me a part lol.) Then, when she couldn't be bothered to listen to what I was asking and then she snaps at me with "well so what am I doing?, I need a credit card and an order to check the part". I'm a shop, I've never had to give payment info for a part before having someone just put eyes on it to make sure it's in good shape, they're used parts after all. To me this shows how slow/unconfident they are in their sales, bad sign. Next I'm sure it would be well we can't give you a refund, only store credit. If you can't be personable maybe stick to stripping the cars out back, you seem more suited for that type of work, not dealing with PAYING customers. GOOD LUCK! Just plain rude from start to finish. Honestly I would rather pay more for better service somewhere else. I worked in the used part industry for years and thats not how we would treat our customers. Let this be a fair warning to anyone thinking of coming here. 0/10 Would NOT recommend. My final words of advice. Julie, you're lucky anyone wants to by ANY used parts from you. You should treat everyone with the same respect as you'd like back. I hope you read this and have a change of heart in the future or maybe just don't answer the phone after close if cant contain your attitude. Take care.
Purchased a wheel they had it ready the next day ,
not damaged, and ready for pickup. Julie was helpful at the front desk giving a specific time frame and held to it.
Great customer service and great prices!!! I purchased an engine that was in excellent condition and could not beat the price. The woman at the desk, Julie, was very helpful and knowledgeable. They put the engine on the back of the truck for me And secured it as well. I highly recommend this place. I will be coming here for any parts I need.

I had the pleasure of working with Julie last week for a 2009 Toyota Camry replacement headlight for my Dad's car. She more than exceeded my expectations with her vast knowledge of cars and parts. I appreciated her emphasis on the care they put into the cars and parts they have available. I had been to many yards in the previous days and spent time climbing through piles of cars seeking confirmed parts that were completely missing or broken upon arrival. You won't find piles of junk or confirmed missing parts at 603. It's the cleanest and most organized yard I have ever been to with the most impeccable service. She even noted the sold part before I left the shop. Hopefully, I won't be in need of more parts anytime soon. However, if I do, 603 Auto will be my first stop. Thanks again Julie, you saved my entire week and alleviated an entirely stressful situation. Keep up the great work, you're a Rockstar!

I purchased a radiator for my 2009 Altima,, unfortunatly it leaked,, 603 replaced it without a problem,very kind, I wont use anyone else for my used part needs! Awesome service and attitude, I totally reccomend them for any used part needs! Thank you 603!!!
I am giving this place zero stars because I called a day prior and spoke to somebody about getting a 2008 Camry bumper and they said they had four available two gray and two green and I said perfect. I need a gray bumper so then I got back to the guy the next day to confirm the color match and he said yes I have that it will be $200 so I drive 40 minutes from Manchester to plaistow I go inside and I let them know that I’m here for the bumper Said oh yeah somebody is going out and they’re pulling it off right now maybe 1015 minutes I go wait in my car maybe like 30 minutes goes by. The guy comes out. Oh, we just went to go pull the bumper off and the bumper is not there so either the bumper got damaged or it was sold without being put in the computer. That is such poor Communication And poor service I am not happy and I will not be back. They did offer me a different But was not a color match which I explained on the phone that I would not want that I was looking to get as close as I can to the gray color, not a red bumper, not a green bumper.

Buy a pert 4 days ago lut in no good now they dont want to refund my momey they just want to give me store credit and they are an hour and a half away from me i will never go back there bought a new one for 300 pluse core 40 and there 140 i guess im out 480 because of this bad BUSINESS thats how it works
I had an amazing experience here. I am writing a review to share my expereience becuase the customer service from this team was impressive and unique. I showed up towards closing time and was assisted by two very kind gentlemen who not only offered me parts at a great price, but stayed around after their shifts and after closing time to help me install a new hood and wheel on my car. We purchased a seat belt from 603 Auto Salvage for moms older Buick and had it installed elsewhere. After using the belt one time, it became jammed and unusable. I spoke to Eldie who immediately assured us, he would locate another, and install at no charge, regardless of the fact that the first one was incorrectly installed without warranty. A mechanic name Shyke at 603 Auto Salvage , installed the new belt like a boss !! He was knowledgeable, polite and reassured me the seatbelt would work perfectly fine. Both men went above and beyond to make things right for my elderly moms car. Highly recommend checking this place first, you won't be disappointed at the professional service they provide to patrons.

I bought a transmission for my 2018 nissan rouge a few months ago. Caitlin was very helpful on the phone throughout the whole process. The price (including shipping) was the cheapest around, and up to now, the part works well, and the car drives fine. I'm very happy.
I had engine problems with my BMW 328xi and needed a new engine. I spoke with the owner directly and was able to obtain a replacement engine quickly for a very reasonable price.
