Had a PM service done on my tractor, it was done inside of the time frame that I needed it back for (they got me in on short notice too). The price was reasonable the work was fantastic. I will absolutely be back!
This place is a joke first they told me all I needed to fix my truck was bed rails now there saying I need a hole new cad an engine light on and they couldn't give me an answer also had a leaking transmission line witch they refused to replace also a leaking steering line and they also didn't fix that either all they did was change my tires and the charged me over 500 dollars they may b good at a simple tow but would not go there if you need any real work done
I was out of town 3 hours away from Ct. I was bringing my house up to NH for a surgery and my truck would not start. These guys took my call towed my truck and got me running before my horse was ready to go back home. Great service Great communication Great people I would Highly recommend 5star all the way
Had them swap an exhaust for me. Really friendly staff - Jim is a pleasure to work with. Very laid back and approachable. Labor rate is more than fair, work was done exactly as requested. Also they have a friendly dog there and I kid you not it's a small friendly MOON with legs and a face. Absolute unit.

About a week and a half ago, I accidentally locked keys inside one of my business vehicles at home. Enter Brian at HCR. a GREAT guy with a killer sense of humor and the determination to "get in" and get the keys out. Which took about 5 - 10 min approx. The key had been turn in the "on/battery" position so Brian also hooked up the jumper cables and got it running on the first start. I wouldn't hesitate to call HCR just for this 100% professional experience alone. Great job gang! and thanks again Brian!
When you call for a tow, they are fast and dependable- which doesn't happen often when you need a tow truck in a small town. Thankful for a locally owned and professional company, riding in a brand new truck was just an added bonus!
