Not a repair review… BUT… I rented a Uhual from this location. And the people who work there made my life so easy. When the terrible U-Haul app wouldn’t work and the haul representatives were useless in helping. The guys over at Lemays jumped in to help me out. 5 stars to Lemays. 1 star to U-Haul….
They towed my car, which I went to pick up immediately, and made me wait in the snow for an hour. They then charged me $310 despite only having it for a few minutes. Unprofessional and predatory parasites.
Great tow company. Unfortunately my car was towed this weekend and what turned out to be a challenging time, as anyone can expect. The excellent customer service after a difficult weekend was a relief at the end of the day. They worked with me to find a resolution to a very difficult situation. I was grateful for the good and respectful service. Thank You!!! I highly recommend their services.
My friends vehicle broke down today right in front of Corey's shop and he took the time to look under the hood and diagnose the issue and get us back on the road. Great guy and would recommend anyone that needs brakes or ties & oil changes to go see Lemays Towing & Auto.
My advice is never to go to that shop. They have a terrible treatment, they are informal, they give you the day to do your car and they never follow through.
very bad mechanics. They even called the police on me at night, I was with my car outside the workshop, still broken, because the work they did was bad, waiting for the tow truck. But I'm not a criminal. You are terrible at your mechanical work, you know nothing and your prices are super high.

We, Deb and Sherie, we’re so thankful for your help in this stressful situation! PS, we made it home before our husbands and Brandon turned out to be a big help in the dealership. It was a faulty starter…Go figure.
Corey helped me out in short notice and did fast and amazing work to get me back on the road. I’ve lived here for 3 years and this is the most trusted shop by far. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Lemay’s Towing and Auto Repair! We had to have our sons Volkswagon Tiguan towed from our house to Lemay’s for diagnostic work to find out what was wrong with the car. I was stuck in NH and they absolutely saved me. Their knowledge, attentiveness and kindness was second to none. I was able to get back on the road in one day. If you need a tow/repair. They're simply the best.
