I had an amazing experience at Ken’s They didn’t happen to have the part I was looking for but they made sure they found it for me..Such pleasant people to talk to and answered all your questions.. I had called and stopped at a few other places and they didn’t want to help or made you wait and was just plain rude so I will be use Ken’s all the time.. You can’t find good service or people to help anymore so it was so nice to go there and get such good service And he has the cutest black puppy thank yo so much for all you do Will be back again

He is the best in parts and sometime when he likes you he will put the part on for you. His price for the part was good and his time to put it on was a great help for me. The side mirror, the door handle and realigning a bad door was a huge help to me and his price was great. I recommend him highly.
I needed a part for my SUV, a wiper linkage. After explaining what I needed, he suggested I take a look and specified what to do to possibly make a repair instead of replacing the whole unit. Well, he was correct. I fixed the unit and it works great. Cost me nothing and took about 15 minutes to complete the job. I have got parts from Ken's in the past and never had any problems. All the parts worked with no problems. Very Friendly & knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Kens Auto Salvage.

I hit the garage... UGH... and broke the mirror on my 2018 Highlander.
I was quoted $869 to replace the mirror.
I didn’t have the money pay that much, so I called salvage yards looking for an aftermarket mirror.
Troy from Ken’s Auto Salvage was the only person to find a mirror for the Highlander and at an incredible cost of $200.00
The auto body garage I hired to actually put the mirror back on the Highlander would NOT replace the mirror because they said It didn’t fit.
(At this point I am so upset because I don’t have $800 + to replace the mirror.)
Troy (being an amazing guy) offered to have Ken, the owner of Ken’s Auto Salvage put the mirror on at a much lower cost.

Ken and Gary ( KAS) replaced my mirror for $100.00. What would have cost me over $800, ended up only costing $300. It’s been a few months now and the mirror works perfectly
Ken’s Auto Salvage not only had the part which no one else could find, they went above and beyond to help me out of very costly situation.
I am incredibly grateful to Troy, Ken and Gary for everything they did.

Absolutely horrible business. I live in Maine and had my mom grab a door for my Escalade. On the phone I was told it had all hardware included. Well that certainly wasn't the case. No mirror at all! Electric controls not included and they literally had a huge rip in the door panel. When we called them to inquire about the poor condition the salesman got rotten and flip and said too bad. And that all the parts we mentioned were extra. However that's not what was said when making the sale when they were asked! NEVER AGAIN Ken's NEVER!
Yeah Ken's Auto salvage it was great he keeps a good inventory not like the other places I was at but he checks your bag going in and checks your bag going out he's real honest and I like that price is a reasonable
This please is amazing, I called looking for a part on 5/26/20. The owner answered the phone and I could tell right away that I was dealing with an honest man. Unfortunately he didn't have what I needed but he pointed me to the right direction. It's so amazing that there are still good people out there especially during this pandemic. They found a drivers door for my Subaru and told me to pick it up Saturday morning at 8am. I was there and the door was not. They apologized and said if I paid for it, they would deliver it to Eliot Maine on Monday. On Tuesday they delivered the door minus a mirror, door trim and the interior of the door. The owner Ken said told me to deal with it. NEVER GO HERE
Troy didn't have the part that I needed...But he didn't let me off the phone before providing not one but TWO rival suppliers who DID have it!!
I couldn't help but think of Santa in Miracle on 34th Street!!
Needless to say: Ken's is now my Auto Salvage PORTAL.

I just went to look at a used vehicle that according to one salesman was available but when I drove 35 minutes to see it had been sold by another. Very unprofessional on the owners part to allow this to happen. Troy the parts manager was very apologetic.
Liars just to make a profit. Sold me a car that was supposedly able to pass inspection. WRONG. There is everything wrong with it. Tires, brakes, headlights, etc. Dave sold me the car. I do not suggest this place. Shady and consists of no morals.
