The positive part of the experience was the first man I talked to on the phone askah I believe, and Eric the driver of the truck. The people that work in the office were terrible. Wouldn’t give me an estimated time and kept saying “we have 48 hours under contract to get your vehicle ma’am”. Even though I kept stressing that I took today off for them to pick the vehicle up today. Again, the first man that took all of my info was great! And the truck driver was 10 out of 10! People in the office- negative 5!
Ended up giving $500 more than salvage yards offered. Went off without a hitch and already recommended them to the tow yard, who deals with salvage yards on daily basis.

Overall the transaction went pretty well.
The only issue was that they couldn’t give a day that they would come and pick up the truck.
It took calling three times before they were more specific about when they could come out.
They give everybody the same amount, no matter if your car drives or not. My brother-in-law had a junk vehicle. They gave him $238. I have a vehicle that starts runs and drives. They want to give me $238 for it. IMO, It's just a big scam. They offer everybody the same price as far as I can see.
They made selling my car easy. Everyone was polite and friendly. Didn't give quite the original quote. The tow truck driver was very personable. Would do it again. Thank you!
I have to say... I had my doubts when I got the quote. I was about to spend a bunch of money to get my truck ready to sell and decided to try another vehicle buying company.
I believe that I got a fair price and the entire process was quick, easy and pain free.

Had a great experience with Cars for Cash. I requested an offer online, got a call back with a few follow up question and car was sold. Car was picked up and gone in 48 hours. Andreas from CFC, Cory, the dispatcher that scheduled the pick-up and David, who picked up the car were all a pleasure. The offer was competitive with Kelly Blue Book instant offer, but unlike KBB I did not have to go to a dealership to complete the deal.
Hafsa was the agent that helped me and she was extremely helpful in doing so. I cut contact with her twice while considering the sale of my van because I decided not to. Eric was great. And the pickup went ok. However...
I never received any emails with confirmation number etc. as promised. I even called back several hours after the first call with Eric, having not received an email, and the new rep said he sent it a second time. I asked them to make sure the address was correct and curtly assured it was.
All in all, it went alright
Ford dealer told me I needed a new engine. Trade in value wasn’t much at all. The truck itself is still in fairly good shape. I called and spoke to a rep and she took down the information on my truck and it only took her a few minutes to provide me with an offer. I ended up agreeing to the offer and the transition of the sale went quick and smooth. I would absolutely recommend and use again if needed.

They made it very easy to sell my 2013 Hyundai, for decent money even with its defective engine. Pick-up was a different matter, it ended up being the day after they said it would be and late in the day, but at least they did give an hour's notice like they said they would. It was very easy to deal with this company, and I would recommend them to others.
