Eric was great. And the pickup went ok. However... I never received any emails with confirmation number etc. as promised. I even called back several hours after the first call with Eric, having not received an email, and the new rep said he sent it a second time. I asked them to make sure the address was correct and curtly assured it was. All in all, it went alright

The experience was pretty good except in communication. I should have been called beforehand rather than when the driver is already here. Other than that, the experience went well.

Quick, friendly, simple. Car was out of the driveway in a couple of days. Pickup driver was down to earth, very professional and friendly. I don't like to see my cars going off on a flatbed truck but if one of my cars in the future needs to be retired I will use them again.

Verbal communication with three different staffers proved largely ineffective. Their unwillingness to schedule a time window for vehicle pickup created unnecessary challenges. After much wrangling, vehicle was finally picked up five days later than initially scheduled. Of course, they made out the check incorrectly to boot. Tighter management and thoughtful personnel training would go a long way with this outfit.
