They give everybody the same amount, no matter if your car drives or not. My brother-in-law had a junk vehicle. They gave him $238. I have a vehicle that starts runs and drives. They want to give me $238 for it. IMO, It's just a big scam. They offer everybody the same price as far as I can see.

I thought I would be spending days on end trying to get rid of a vehicle that didn’t run. Co part made the whole process painless and quick.

Horrible. 1/2 on the phone with two different people only to be told I needed power of attorney for my wife $75 before they took my car for $209. Waste of time

Ford dealer told me I needed a new engine. Trade in value wasn’t much at all. The truck itself is still in fairly good shape. I called and spoke to a rep and she took down the information on my truck and it only took her a few minutes to provide me with an offer. I ended up agreeing to the offer and the transition of the sale went quick and smooth. I would absolutely recommend and use again if needed.

Eric was great. And the pickup went ok. However... I never received any emails with confirmation number etc. as promised. I even called back several hours after the first call with Eric, having not received an email, and the new rep said he sent it a second time. I asked them to make sure the address was correct and curtly assured it was. All in all, it went alright

Had a great experience with Cars for Cash. I requested an offer online, got a call back with a few follow up question and car was sold. Car was picked up and gone in 48 hours. Andreas from CFC, Cory, the dispatcher that scheduled the pick-up and David, who picked up the car were all a pleasure. The offer was competitive with Kelly Blue Book instant offer, but unlike KBB I did not have to go to a dealership to complete the deal.

Although the price was lower than I had hoped, my initial and subsequent contact with Srikar was good. He was easy to work with. The tow driver was amazing. Great attitude and broad smile, even when he had to wade into water to hook up.

They made it very easy to sell my 2013 Hyundai, for decent money even with its defective engine. Pick-up was a different matter, it ended up being the day after they said it would be and late in the day, but at least they did give an hour's notice like they said they would. It was very easy to deal with this company, and I would recommend them to others.
