I Got off a plane in the middle of the night to a dead battery in my car at the airport parking garage. Matt showed up right when AAA said he would. Jump started my car and got me on my way home. Very courteous and friendly.

Had my first towing experience with Premier Towing in Brentwood, NH. Their customer support was excellent! Time of arrival was quick and they helped out in many ways! Mathew Tropp was attentive to my needs as it was my daughters Van and she was worried! Matt answered all my questions and was very professional! I would recommend Premier Towing if towing and auto needs are in your future!

Called 3 other companies locally in Sandown who didn't answer finally found Matt and he was there in 20 minutes and fixed my car same night! Awesome job and have already started recommending to everyone.

Amazing service and crazy fast to get out to me even in an area out of service. Driver had an amazing attitude to the situation and made sure I was safe before the job was even started. I dont keep buisness cards but im proud to make an addition to the wallet. Would highly recommend this company because they were there when others refused!

Premier Towing and Auto Repair truly went above and beyond for us! My mother’s car broke down while we were traveling from Maine to Vermont in the dead of winter—dark, bitterly cold, and in a dangerous spot on the highway. They arrived promptly and safely towed us to their shop, immediately easing a very stressful situation. We were greeted by Michaela, co-owner, who was warm, kind, and incredibly reassuring (and her adorable dachshund puppy didn’t hurt either!). The repair was complicated, but Matthew and his team were thorough and determined to fix the real issue, even when it required a dealership-only part and an overnight stay. Michaela went above and beyond—finding us the perfect place to stay, calling ahead, personally driving us there, helping with our bags, and calling the next morning with the great news that the car was running perfectly. She even provided door-to-door service back to the shop. Premier Towing and Auto Repair didn’t just fix our car—they took care of us. Truly exceptional service and genuine kindness. I get out of work at 8pm in Manchester nh and before getting on the highway my serpentine belt snaps. I’m freaking out. It’s January. Super cold. And premier literally rescues me. I was able to trust that my vehicle was being towed properly. I’ve had companies “secure” my vehicle to the bed wrong resulting in issues later on. But Premier was quick, friendly, professional, and understanding of my predicament. I wish they were nationwide and I could call them anytime a situation arises.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the moment they reached out to me, they were professional, friendly, and reassuring during the stressful situation of my car sliding off the road in the snow. The AAA dispatcher was clear about timing, and the driver arrived even faster than expected. On top of that the driver/owner wasn't informed that my car was in a ditch but still pushed through to get it out and onto his truck. The driver/owner was incredibly knowledgeable and careful with my vehicle, making sure my car was loaded safely. What really stood out was the genuine kindness and respect, they treated me like a person, not just another job. The owner/driver was very pleasant to chat with and even helped by driving me back home. Speedy arrival, excellent communication, and top-notch service. If you ever need a tow or roadside assistance, Premier Towing and Auto Repair in Brentwood is the one to call. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the fast turn around time and professionalism of the employees here. I reached out to get a tow and they were at my location (not an emergency) within 40 mins. Quote was very reasonable and they gave me text updates when the driver was on his way to me. Quick, easy, no stress process.

I unfortunately had a flat tire and needed a tow back home. Matthew Tropp professionalism was top class and outstanding! He arrived in a timely manner and had my car hooked up within seconds. Top class service and performance, hopefully in the future, if AAA sends someone out to pick me up for a tow, hopefully it’s him and his business again. 👍

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. I took my car to him in a panic before a long road trip. He not only looked at my car right away, but assured me it was all set. He really could have told me it needed service and I would have paid for it. As it is, he barely charged me to look at the car even with zero notice. I heard good things about him through family - and they were right!

Matt quickly became my number one call. He does quality work and is honest and fair. He’s been very flexible with my crazy work schedule, and that means so much to me. Do not sleep on calling Premier if you need a tow or service.

I wish I could give 10/10 stars- these guys are the best. i spoke with Matthew on the phone a few times- he had honest answers, is well informed with knowledge. he went out of his way to make my situation with an RV calm and straight forward. Cote, the driver, brought the same calm manner, arrived on time, and was clearly experienced and competent. I will forever be grateful for the call and the help I got from Premier Towing, and I can't recommend them enough. thank you guys!!

Unfortunately, I required a tow for my motorcycle on Friday the 17th. But fortunately, I was put in touch with Matthew of Premier Towing and Auto Repair. He is very professional and elevated my worries of not using a flatbed truck for my bike. When he showed up with the truck, he showed me the way the bike would go onto his truck and how it worked. Loading was much easier and safer for the bike as a flatbed would require it to be secured down while the bed is still at a pretty steep angle. The modified car lifter that he used sits flat on the ground making loading and securing the bike much safer. His tow beam acts like a mini flatbed with a wheel chock. He took great care of loading and unloading the bike. I hope not to need his services again, but if I do. I will be calling Premier Towing and Auto Repair. I highly recommend their services.

Had myself a moment and locked my keys in my truck. Matt from Premier came out and got me out of a pinch. This guy was professional, knowledgeable and timely. Was in and out in under 10 minutes. I unfortunately I recently had the need for towing services as my vehicle was disabled on busy Central Ave in Dover. I contacted AAA and Matthew of Premier Towing was dispatched to my location. To be honest, I have not been overly impressed with towing services in the past and was looking forward to get another less than satisfactory experience but thankfully, I was proven wrong. The towing company/driver that responded to my location was outstanding. In my 49 years of driving, and having been involved with multiple towing/roadside service calls, I have never encountered as friendly, knowledgeable, and caring an operator than Matthew. During my one hour travel with him to the vehicles destination we had an outstanding conversation and he has impressed me so much that even though his facility for repair is 40 minutes away from my location I am strongly considering moving my auto repair needs to him. I would recommend him to anybody as being tops in his field.

Premier Towing showed up quicker than expected in the dead of night. My small boat trailer broke an axle on my way to the lake. These guys delivered my broken trailer and boat back home while I continued north. They were polite and took special care of my antique sailboat and even sent me a photo when it was delivered safely. car broke down and i called for a tow, hands down the most efficient and careful company i’ve ever experienced. Called in and in 30 minutes my car was already loaded on the truck and heading to a shop. 10/10 friendly, skilled, and i can tell they genuinely care about the customer service and boy i wasn’t disappointed.

I blew out a tire this morning on 93 North. Matt stopped behind me to make sure I was okay. I had already called AAA but he talked to them and ended up giving me a tow. Very happy with premier, I was stuck in a snow bank almost in a ditch while working, we called AAA and they sent us premier towing. They kept us updated and were very helpful. They arrived way quicker than I was expecting and got right to work pulling me out. They were very kind and professional and got me out quickly. I couldn’t recommend premier enough.
