The service team was great to us when we pulled in with a bald trailer tire. With hardly any wait they came out, jacked up the trailer and got us back on the road quick. The guys were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Awesome group of guys very knowledgeable. I had a trailer picked out put down a down payment. Ended up seeing another one i liked more I called Jeff and ask if he could move my deposit to that trailer. Without hesitation he moved my deposit. I also wanted a spare tire and the mount for my trailer for the tire. It wasn't a problem for them they got my spare tire mounted on the trailer. Hands down the best group of guys.

Great set of businesses. Service, sales all are top notch. Ive bought trailers, sea containers a TYM tractor. Prices can't be beat. Oh... and did i mention how much every employee cares?

After looking at RV toyhaulers, I decided to purchase a 14ft Durabul cargo September 2nd 2025. The purchase went smoothly without issue. At that same time a plan was put into motion to do some upgrades (windows, electric, awning), through the service department. The intent was to pick it up after the upgrades where completed, where i would then begin my process of building the cargo up to meet my needs. The original service manager promised the time frame for completion of their part was supposed to be 2 weeks at most. However this person did not follow through. He would not return calls as promised, which forced me to drive there multiple times to get answers with more promises that failed to happen. Thes delays went well into October on a project that should have been completed 2 weeks after I made the purchase, but now I was already into my first payment on the trailer and still nothing had been accomplished. That was the bad part. In comes Levi Wardner, about October 17th as the new Service Manager, and I have to say "what a breath of fresh air"!!!! Im sure He was taking on a lot walking into probably a number of failed promises the prior manager had left. He was cool and collected and most important, he was genuine and sincere with the follow through and action to get the job done. On October 20 my cargo was finally in the shop, and by October 28th it was done and ready for pick up. YAAAAY! My experience with the prior service manager up until Levi's arrival was frustrating at best. I had deadlines to meet on my end that had come and gone. In my own field of work, customer satisfaction is the most important aspect, and that requires communication, accountability, integrity follow through, and action. Levi displayed every one of those qualities from the moment he took on the position, and he took me from a frustrated customer to a more than satisfied customer who will return again under his watch. I love the work the service department did on the trailer. It meets all the specs that I had hoped for. This experience has gone full circle, and while I may have rated the experience based on the prior manager as horrible, im happy to say that the latter part and the end results are the definition of amazing leadership and management. To that I give 100 stars! Thank you Levi for arriving and heading things up in such a professional manner! And thank you for the management team that you got involved in this to ensure complete customer satisfaction!

Awesome experience. Was shopping around for a new contractor trailer and im glad i made the 3 hour drive to SR1. Called on a thursday/friday and finance/paperwork was all set and picked up trailer on monday. Definately buying future trailers here.

Upon calling SR1 I was fortunate to speak with the parts manager Kelsie Leonard. I explained to Kelsie I was in the market for a drop down trailer hitch. She was very knowledgeable about multiple products and helped me purchase the correct one. The hitch arrived the next day and Kelsie was kind enough to notify me upon it arriving at SR1. I'm super happy with the hitch it works excellent with my truck and trailer. Kelsie had excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to reach out to her for further guidance in the future.

Awesome place! Real easy to deal with. Met Andrew in the lot. I had a few brands in mind and he made the decision effortless. I was in and out of there within an hour. The rest of the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Would highly recommend these guys.

I cant thank Mike Fraser enough for all his help! Outstanding customer service before and after the sale !!! I had A problem with losing my paper work!! (My own doing) and he jumped right in and helped me get it taken care of! Oh ya this was 2 years after the sale and 1500 miles away!! Came all the way from Connecticut 15 minutes before they closed they went above and beyond to make sure I got the trailer and the trailer I wanted I didn’t feel rushed. They were completely respectful and professional thank you guys.

I purchased a trailer from SR1 Trailers and intended to have a 3rd party service delivery it me from Loudon, NH to Northern NJ. The 3rd party arrived with questionable equipment to facilitate the transport. Mike and his team reached out immediately to alert me to their concerns. They were informative, respectful, and courteous. Without question they had my best interest in mind. Quality products and quality people. I would highly recommend them and I'm hopeful to have an opportunity to work with again in the future.

Absolutely amazing work. I met Mike B at an event. Showed him photos of a broken hinge & he put me in touch with Kelsey, the service writer that day. Tyler & Josh met me when I dropped the trailer off and warned me it may take a bit -then more hinges broke when and they opened the door. And Kelsey communicated tjis to me - and that the guys would figure something out. And they did. A few days later and all new hinges. Jeff check me out and I'm back to work. Well worth it! Perfect purchase. SR1 has a crew of smart and helpful people. Chris, Ryan, Mike and the mechanic outside who stands on business helped me get out of the lot with a N & N dump trailer. I have been watching these guys prices for a long time and they are hard to beat. This weekend I finally went up to Loudon to buy a trailer. We ended up with a nicer trailer than we planned on due to great pricing and what was included. The sales staff was easy going and professional. The crew got the trailer checked over and hooked up to my truck, did a walk around and safety check. I have nothing but great things to say. We loved the experience and decided to go down the road and buy a mini excavator from the SR1 Equipment dealership which was also excellent they'll get their own review.

Walking into a dealership and being greeted by a nice, happy individual is unusual these days. Not when you walk into SR1 thought. The nice lady ad the front desk was super kind. I had a couple trailers in mind that I wanted to like at. Paul took me on an adventure to their multiple inventory yards, taking the time to let me look at all the different options! There was no pressure, or rushing. He was super easy to work with and very helpful. After deciding which trailer I wanted, I was introduced to Mike, their finance manager. Mike made everything as easy as possible. He explained everything throughly and answered any questions I had. If you’ve ever had issues with the finance department any dealership, I can guarantee you that you will never have those issues dealing with Mike. Everything was clear and they were upfront about pricing, fees, and any additional items in regards to their sales process. Any trailer I purchase from here on out, will most definitely be through the fine staff at SR1 in Loudon. 10/10 recommend these people to anyone looking to purchase a trailer!

Sean at Central NH trailers was incredible to deal with! The process was smooth and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. We had called a dealership in Maine however they weren’t willing or able to accommodate a Sunday pickup. When I spoke with Sean he happily scheduled a Sunday pickup for us to come from Vermont! Highly recommend them!

We ordered a $80k custom concession trailer. It took about 8 months to deliver because we had many options added. Mike Shore was incredible to work with. Yes, there were a couple hang ups as would be expected on such a new build idea so that’s understandable. I want to really thank Central NH Trailer for their world class customer service. I was trying to purchase a trailer that would intimately become a food truck through another trailer company in New Hampshire. With the funding for my business it took almost 2 months to get done and, in the end, never funded for a variety of issues. I had to go elsewhere and find funding through another company. I tried central New Hampshire trailers in Loudon. Funding was quick. To the point where I called the office to make sure it wasn’t fraudulent. I picked up my trailer the next day, fully funded and exactly what I was looking for with a great price. I would recommend these guys all day long. Great people to work with. My salesman was Mike shore and he was great and extremely knowledgeable of the product he was recommending for me.

Place is awesome!! The staff was great to work with from when I first started looking at what they had to picking up the trailer was simple and a pleasure. Jeff and Rudy are great guys to work with and the guys in the back who go over the trailer with you are great. If you go up on a Saturday make sure you get there early it gets busy..
