Absolutely top notch service at a great price and timeline. Bill got a laundry list of stuff done I needed to get done as well as a few things I hadn't noticed. And got my camper trailer ready for a road trip. Will definitely be using them for any needed repairs in the future.

I always go here for winterization because he’s cheaper and fast. I called him up and he squeezed me in with a tight window that I missed, but he took me anyway. If you need parts, you’re going to pay the premium, but he probably has what you need squirreled away somewhere. Bill and his crew have many years of experience and can fix any RV.

Bill runs the WORST business I have ever experienced. Does not want your business and literally told me that he didn't remember anything about a phone call we had or the email I sent with picture of the damage that needed to be repaired and told me to call someone else. I would NEVER recommend this guy and would stay clear of his business. If he treats a potential customer this poorly I can't imagine how poor his work is! One star because zero isn't allowed!

Some of the best service I have ever gotten in my life! Bill is so helpful and kind! He squeezed us into his busy schedule to fix the wiring on our trailer that was poorly done! These very skilled mechanics care a great deal about getting things done right, the first time, as well as honest diagnostics and recommended services/repairs. Whether it be from winterizing your RV or a major repair, Bill and his customer-focused staff do not try to upsell services or misguide RV owners of the work that need to be done to keep their units operational and enjoyable go for years. I greatly mistreated by one of their corporate-driven competitors and made weary of RV service centers as a result. Bill's RV Service redeemed my faith that there are still honest businesses that look after an owner's best interest and not how much they deposit in their bank account every evening.

I needed to replace a 19’ power awning and a leveling jack. We are full time RVers so it was a little extra challenging. I called Bill from North Carolina and made arrangements to get the work done while we were in New Hampshire. Bill and his guy Scott got the parts on time and manages to get all the work done in one day. The price was much less than I thought it would be. If you need work on your RV don’t waist your time with the big National chain stores. Make your life easier and just Call Bill’s RV Service.

Motorhome lost all 12v power inside while traveling between campsites on a 6 wk vacation in the New England states. Stopped at camping world just up the road and was told they would not even look at it because the motorhome was more than 10 yrs old. They told us about Bill's RV Service so we pulled in there. Bill was busy under a van repairing something with epoxy so had to wait for him to finish. Told him what happened and it took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem (turned out to be a bad battery disconnect solenoid). He did not have one but he did switch the wires so that the solenoid was bypassed and that took care of it. I expected a minimum of $100 charge but it was less than $60. This was actually the 3rd or 4th this happened and no one else could find the problem but Bill seemed to know exactly where to look. Wish he was here in Indiana. We need repairmen like him here.

Big Shout out/ Thank you! I had called Bill last week to look at our camper with an issue. Our neighbor also needed him to look at there’s. Left us s message Friday night he would be up at our campground Saturday finishing up a another job and would look at our issues. He didn’t finished up with them until 7pm and still came over to ours and my neighbors. Long day for him and Thank you for taking care of us! 😀

A hole in the wall repair shop. BUT they got me in trouble shot my issues, dropped 25 ft travel trailer off Tuesday picked it up Thursday, new awning, new hot water tank installed! 1300.00 was fair. Faster cheaper and much more friendly than camping world that wouldn't be able to get me in until September. Great folks, recommended

Fantastic experience here at Bill's RV in Chichester! Very responsive to all of our concerns with our used Class C & so easy to work with. We feel fortunate to have a great resource like Bill's nearby!

We took our 2003 BigFoot to Bill’s RV when the place down the road refused to work on anything that old. We got awesome service at a great price at Bill’s - even the slide-out bracket looks brand new and works better than it has since we bought the RV. Thanks!!

I have taken my tow behind camper to Bill's a couple of times and also bought parts for the camper there. You can do business with the other camper places but you will pay a lot more for parts and services! I found that out the hard way. At Bill's Rv they did a great job for me. They had the parts I needed and they were very friendly unlike down the road. I will be doing all my business with them from now on!

Took me right in on time just like he had scheduled seems like a very good shop my next experience didn't go as well paid 100 $ for a estimate 9 weeks later no estimate now I no Covid 19 and all ,but not even a call back after leaving messages went to Patsy autobody free estimate got the work done.

Worst RV shop in area! They don't return calls-non of them. Not Bill, not Sean and Scott well I dont not why they keep him. Went in for an accident estimate 3 weeks ago, by the way they charge you $100 for it. They took photos wrote down what they thought would be need and told me they had to research the parts. Then I recieved a call from Scott asking me what I wanted researched? Stay clear of Bill's RV, that is unless you want to get screwed out of $100

Stop in once and you will never go anywhere else. If you own a trailer or RV of any kind what would anyone consider going anywhere else? They bend over backwards to fit you in to a very busy schedule and always deliver when promised. Reasonable prices. From Bill to the front office to every technician they take the time to educate you and make sure you understand your rig. Far superior over any dealer new or used.

BUYER BEWARE!! I just returned from a 6 hour round trip to see a 2004 Thor Windsport 32R with 19k miles on it. The vehicle was being sold on consignment and advertised at $19900. I called 3 days ago to speak with Bill. I put in an offer for $17k. The next day Bill returned my call and stated the least the customer would sell for is $17900. I asked Bill if the RV needed anything and was told it did not and everything functioned as it should. Today I arrived at 11am. The RV was inside their building. We waited about a half hour to be brought in for our "Demo" of the RV. Found that to be kind of shady why we were not allowed to see the RV when we arrived. We were finally brought in by one of the employees. The RV appearance wise was decent. Further inspection of the RV we found that the sides were delaminated, soft up front, rotted near the side view mirrors and decals all cracked. Now we enter the interior.. the interior reeked of mouse urine coming from the heating floor vents. The 2 slide outs did not work and took 4 of their employees messing around with it for over an hour to get then partially opened. Circuit breakers were blowing and the batteries were completely dead. (All 3 of them) This whole time I kept being told that everything worked the day prior... Yet one of the employees slipped while I was talking with him and said they never had never checked to see if anything worked on this RV and he recalled working on it in past years. I looked above the slider and there was a layer of dust where the seal meets the slider from years of never working properly. It's pretty obvious nobody from this dealership inspected this RV the day prior or for that matter ever before listing it for sale! Bill tells his employees to charge these dead batteries and tells me by the time you get back to CT the batteries will be charged. So instead of installing new batteries like I requested to show me that all will be well he tells me I have to pay for them ($400) or I can pay $19900 and he'll fix everything otherwise he has someone coming tomorrow that is going to pay $19k. Instead of falling for his used RV sales BS I walked out of there and headed back to CT. So today 6 hours was wasted traveling back and forth to look at a misrepresented RV. I don't appreciate being lied to and having my time wasted by a dealership that has the nerve to misrepresent a vehicle to a long distance buyer

Can't say enough good about Bill's RV. When Camping World wanted to schedule us 3 weeks in advance he saw us the day we called them. Thanks to Bill, Johnny, Manny, John, Anja and all the rest of your employees for a great experience. On a second visit they worked as a team and addressed most of our list of critical concerns. We will be back and tell everyone about our experience.

Small, locally-onwed and operated facility that I will be returning to. I had my 35 foot class-A inspected as well as oil changed at Bill's recently and I was very happy with the entire experience. Is the place polished and as sharp as a large, national conglomerate? No. But what you lose in window dressing you gain in experience and attention to detail. When in doubt, go with the local option. You will not be disappointed. I'll be returning to Bill's for any and all of my RV needs.

I was a little nervous to take my PopUp to Bills RV because of two bad reviews but took a chance because there were a lot more good reviews than bad, and sometimes there’s just no pleasing some people. Took our camper in for a furnace repair. Bill was able to take our camper in right away and had the furnace fixed in time for our camping trip a few days later. So happy we got the furnace fixed because temps went down to the 30°’s at night. Furnace worked beautifully all weekend. Bill’s prices seemed fair and he charged by the 1/4 hour which I don’t think everyone does. Will definitely being our camper to Bill again in the future.

Best place in nh. I brought bill an old RV to be inspected and it ended up being a 16 hour job of repairs. I needed everything done in a week and bill was not only able to make that happen but he also called many times to give updates on the progress. I highly recommend anyone with a camper to visit Bills RV in Chichester NH!

Down to earth service They were able to work me in during a very busy time of year. Talked me through the issues and were flexible about addressing additional concerns I had. There is a small office staff so return calls are a little slow and I was not quite sure who to talk to when I would arrive. But, eventually it would all work out and everyone was helpful. I think I found my new repair place. No more Campers Inn. Bill's actually found an issue that could have been a major risk that Campers Inn missed.

We were driving to an RV campground near Concord and developed a brake problem. We stopped in at Bill's after trying Camping World who advised it would be days before they could look at it. Since we were on a cross-country trip we really wanted to have it checked out asap. Bill met with us and agreed to do an inspection to determine the problem so he could tell us time and cost. He fit us in immediately and we found out we had a sticking caliper. They located a replacement and got it delivered. We had some angst when the first delivered part turned out to be the wrong one but Bill located a correct one and we finally got it all fixed that day in time for us to get on to our next destination, a few hours later than expected but we made it. Bill's mechanic completed the job outside in the middle of rain showers that hit us in the afternoon. We were very happy with the service, the effort to accommodate us immediately and the obvious expertise. Thanks Bill!

Rented a 5th Wheel from Bill's for the July, 2014 NASCAR race at Louden. Bill and his staff were fantastic! Despite being a relatively last minute decision to rent the RV and camp at the track, Bill went above and beyond to find a unit, clean it completely and get it fully operational for me in 24 hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Big thumbs up for Bill's RV!!
