i've been going There for years and I'm so happy now with the new mechanic Eric he does such a good job. He's fast and dependable he even figured out the problem with My Mercedes and he fixed it with no problem.
This is a wonderful auto service center!!! I trust these people immensely! They’re intelligent, fast, honest, and fair with their prices!!! I LOVE that I have found an excellent place to take my vehicles when needed!!!
Had a sudden exhaust failure a mile away...turned into the parking lot...and the guys were absolutely awesome. I lucked out being so close to this shop today!
I am highly recommending Complete Auto for all you Mechanical needs .they are fairly priced, very fast well for what we needed. They fit us in last min. The place is clean .the owner went out of her way to make us comfortable, with conversation when she had a spare min. Being Friday the customers were in n out what a busy place. I highly recommend them for all your mechanical needs.
Travis and James are very decent and understanding people. They do excellent work and they are thorough when working on your car. I will most definitely recommend them!!
I recently visited for an oil change and tire rotation. While I waited, the guys found that I was in need of a new wheel bearing - they brought me in to show me the issue, explained it all and offered me a ride home so I didn't have to wait. 100 % satisfied!
I always have a great experience whenever I need things done. Explained first and then taken care of. I recommend this place highly, the guys are great as well as the owners.
Worst place ever. Diane is the office is horrible! Tells customers they lie and that their vehicle was never there… yells at customers in the office. This place is a joke and they are liars. Over $900 in brake lines done that failed but they didn’t do them as Diane said. Even though I have the receipt. If you want to be mistreated and overcharged bring your vehicl
Went in with a check engine light on. It needed an O2 sensor. The tech was a little confused on which one it was. He changed the wrong one. Upon realizing the mistake they immediately took care of the problem and my truck is running awesome! Super nice people, definitely be back for other services.
I called Complete Auto after looking at the reviews and I have to say this place is the best around! I called this morning and they were able to take care of my car before the end of the day--and even stayed late to educate me on my car. These guys went above and beyond for me while walking me through every step of the process (mind you, I did know SOME things about cars before this all started and they treated me like it), being mindful of my time and budget, and being overall wonderful and super friendly! The woman running the front desk is an absolute gem! And the guys in the garage are knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with their repairs. I highly recommend them!
(To anyone worried about the "red-haired guy" some other review mentioned--he's cute now. Don't be afraid!)
Today had new lights replaced. My thinking is just the covers, I’m not a mechanic I do not get repairs at all not my forte! My daughter got them the mechanic put them in! He is kind! Patient! And explained the process to me! I always forget his name! Jim if you read this, just one more reason why I keep showing up! This young man is holding down the fort! Love this place! The service! This place.....if ever someone reading a review would take some advice, please take this. GO NOW! These people are truly amazing. I was royally screwed over by another local garage, and they made it right and did it super fast. They are so kind, prompt, and very fair on prices. I will never use another place and refer everyone I know here!
Starting coming here this year, with a family of 4 vehicles and they have been over the top good to us since we've started. Definitely will continue returning. From inspections to work they've gone above and beyond. Super helpful and friendly.
I went in this morning with an issue with my car spraying oil in the engine. The issue was diagnosed within 20 minutes and 4 hours later, the car was completely fixed. I had a fantastic experience with everyone and can't recommend this place enough!
The lady at the front desk is very sweet. The mechanics on the other hand ( specifically the red head man) very rude for no reason. Failed me for back tires and when I got them fixed said they wouldn’t put a sticker on still and tried telling me There were more things wrong with my car (specifically that I all of a sudden needed new front tires now too) . Accused me of going somewhere to get my check engine light “cleared” when it just went off after getting my oil changed. Talks down to people and doesn’t seem interested in helping, just a miserable guy who’s on a power trip. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure.
EDIT: Went to a different mechanic, got my sticker NO PROBLEM. They said my front tires passed and there were absolutely no issues with the car. Don’t come here if you don’t want to spend money on things you don’t need. Especially if you are a young woman.
A exceptional experience! Finally a auto shop that gives honest, practical, and sound advice and does it with a smile. Outstanding experienced people who don’t try to “just sell you something” but truly listen and give you all the options. Did not even realize the previous shop I went to had given unsafe advice but it was noticed. So Thank You Diane and if you are nearby and want your vehicle issue done right, this is the place!
Just had a bunch of truck work done here. I had a great experience from start to finish. They were very communicative and were able to quickly diagnose and repair several issues and keep me posted throughout the process. Between the front office and the mechanics, thank you all so much!
It was great the first time I went, but last year I had a terrible experience. Workers are extremely hostile for no reason and fail to mention things you need to repair, I was called a liar when I came back and had a surprise item needed to be repaired on my Jeep. :)
