Luke has gone way above and beyond with great service and prompt returns. It is so refreshing to work with someone who truly has integrity. Would (do) refer him to everyone local I love. Two thumbs up.
They do excellent work here! You can't go wrong. They call me and inform me if anything changes in the plan they gave me for the work to be done. Less expensive then the cookie cutter stores and more like a family feel.

My husband & I have been bringing our 4 cars to Luke at Integrity Motors for over 7 years, mostly for new tires and tire change overs.
Always done right and on time.
Today was the first time Norman ( my Husband ) brought his 1988 Mustang GT to Integrity, mostly because he does the work himself on it.
However he go in a little over his head on a new set of 1 piece headlights he bought that came with no instillation instructions.
Luke and Matt got the old 3 piece ones out and wired, bolted in, and properly adjusted the new ones in a couple of hours.
They work great & are much brighter than the stock 28 year old ones!

I have used Integrity Motors twice, both times to mount full sets of tires on my wife's car.
I have had rims damaged by installers so I am picky about this but these folks took ample care and I couldn't be happier with the results and the effort.
"Integrity" does not apply. Luke told me he had to send out the DME and EWS module of our 2002 BMW X5. He told me he sent it to BBA re manufacturing. That he did. He told us they charged him $340 for their work in repairing the module. I contacted BBA. They didn't find any issues with either the DME or EWS module. The invoice directly from BBA re manufacturing instead reflects a charge of $65. That's over a 400 % markup. I could understand 50%... Below he says BBA charged him $340 for it however the invoice from BBA again says differently. He didn't put the vehicle back together completely either. There are missing bolts to the ECU cover, two relays were not fully inserted. The bolts that hold the rear air compressor down were less than hand tight. Two panels to protect the electronics were never reinstalled, the cover over the cabin air intake was left inside the car. DME repair from BBA is quoted less than his quotes below. BBA is also not the only shop that repairs or sells refurbished BMW DME or EWS modules - a simple google search.
Don't just walk away - run away.
$1100 invoice for not actually doing anything but giving an estimate on needed repairs. The vehicle worked for a few days, but Luke didn't /doesn't know why. It's down again. Our Loss, our lesson... Hope you learn from it.
So grateful to Luke and Matt at Integrity Motors for their work over the years on my Audi A4 and now on my Subaru Impreza. It's great to be able to take my car to a place where I can trust the diagnosis and recommendations because they are explained in detail, defective parts are shown to me and explained, detailed diagnostic reports are provided and helpful guidance is given for purchases such as tires.
