During an incredibly painful time for our family after the loss of my sister in a car accident, the staff at this tow yard showed us profound compassion and kindness. They were genuinely caring, patient, and respectful as we navigated something we never imagined having to do. Their empathy and professionalism made an unbearable situation a little easier. We are truly grateful for the kindness they offered during our time of loss. My family and I cannot thank them enough.

I must give 5☆'s to express my complete satisfaction and the through work Ronnie & his staff did for me at RGA Tire & Auto! I had repeated engine "codes" on my truck for weeks and after replacing numerous parts by another shop, Ronnie diagnosed my issue was not a parts issue but an electrical issue. If I could give 6 stars, I would — but the internet won’t let me. Let me set the scene. My brakes were crying. My AC was wheezing like a 98-year-old man climbing stairs in August. My car sounded like it was trying to speak its last words every time I hit the highway. I knew I needed help. Not just any help — Jay help. Now, this isn’t just any mechanic. This is RGA in Pelham, the holy grail of car repair. You want a place where they don’t talk down to you? Where they fix your car so well it feels like it’s fresh out of the womb? This is it. Jay — yes, THE Jay — is basically my dad’s best friend, which automatically means I’m contractually obligated to roast him and hype him up at the same time. But for real, the man is a legend. He took my sad, overheated, brake-squealing vehicle and made her feel like a brand new woman. My AC now blasts arctic tundra levels of chill. My brakes? SILENT. SMOOTH. SEXY. I’ve never been so emotionally attached to a pedal in my life. And the service? 10/10. Jay treated my car like it was the presidential limo and me like I was royalty. I came in with a car that sounded like a dying goose and left with a machine so smooth I considered entering NASCAR. RGA is the kind of place where you know they’re not gonna overcharge you or do that weird mechanic thing where they list 17 imaginary issues to scare you. Nope. Jay keeps it real. Fixes what needs fixing. Doesn’t upsell you random muffler fluid (which isn’t real, btw, but some places will try). So if your car is on the verge of a breakdown, a meltdown, or just needs a little love, RUN (don’t drive… unless you already got your brakes fixed) to RGA. Tell Jay I sent you. Or better yet — tell him his best friend’s kid sent you. That should earn you at least one dad joke and a nod of respect. Thanks again, Jay & the RGA crew — you didn’t just fix my car, you restored my faith in humanity. And air conditioning.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Brought my ford F550 because it was making a noise by the front. They told me it was the 4x4 hub and that it needed new brakes, calipers, rotors. When I picked up my truck and saw my receipt I realized they had done other work that I didn’t approve costing me a total of $4.6k. Not only that, the initial problem that my truck had was never fixed! The noise is still there! When I told them to fix it they said to bring it to the Ford Dealership because they can’t do anything about it. These people just want your money and don’t fix what needs to be fixed. I don’t recommend bringing your cars here! They lost me as a customer that’s for sure!

I went here about 15 years ago and said I would NEVER ever go back again because I had such a HORRIBLE experience. Well, it has been a real long time, so I decided to give them another chance, HUGE MISTAKE!! I specifically requested something for them to inspect and diagnose(see attached photo), they wrote it up on the invoice and charged me for the diagnosis but they NEVER even looked at or diagnosed what I asked for and was charged for. Instead, they charged me over $1200 and did a totally different job that they thought would help and ignored what I payed them to check. And what they did, did not help my truck even a single bit. So, I called them and told them that I am still having the EXACT same issue that I went in for and payed them to look at. I asked if they could actually do the diagnosis that I originally asked for and paid for. I was told I would have to REPAY for the diagnosis that they didn’t even do in the first place, but they charged me for it. Plus, I would have to pay even more money than the original diagnosis to get it diagnosed. So basically they did what they wanted, did not do what I asked and paid for. Did NOT fix my issue at all and won’t actually diagnose what they were supposed to diagnose, UNLESS, I REPAY them to do what they already charged me for and NEVER did and they want WAY more money than the first diagnosis they never did, that I already paid for. Now I have to bring it to another shop to have them actually diagnose what I paid this shop to do. And I told the new shop what this shop did and they were very shocked and agreed that RGA should be doing the actual diagnosis I paid for and asked for and not charging another penny.

I have gone to RGA for all of my car and tire needs. They have always been great to me as far as timely service and price. So far, I have no complaints.

My starter crapped the bed on me and me and my three-year-old son we’re stranded at the gas station in Cole. I called four different tow companies in the area that all turned me down. I called RGA and they were great. I was able to leave my car at the gas station for no more than 40 minutes before a tow truck had it loaded on there, the tow truck driver David did an incredible job strapping my car up and delivering it straight into my garage bay He even turned the lights on for my son and made him smile. I definitely recommend this company when you are in need of a tow.

My car broke down on 93. I Called RGA and they were there faster than any towing company I’ve dealt with. David, the driver, treated my vehicle with respect and was very kind to my 5 year old son. Speedy/good service with a very fair price. I would recommend RGA to anyone.

Needed a tow because AAA wouldn't touch my truck. Called RGA and they said they would turn my truck around for free if I perfer to go with AAA. I decided to just have RGA tow it and they sent over a guy named David. Nice guy. Loaded up my truck in 5 mins and made me wish I just called them in the first place.

RGA Tire and Auto Repair is hands down is the most professional auto repair shop I've ever been have ever been to. It has been family owned since 1967 and is a staple of Pelham New Hampshire. You will often see the employees and owners of RGA volunteering and giving back to the community to which they serve. Please check them out. You will not be disappointed.

In and out in an hour with a set of new tires and 4 wheel alignment. The dealership where I bought my car told me 2 years ago that I needed tires. RGA advised that I could wait. Thanks for giving me 2 more years on my original tires. Been a customer of RGA for 40 years and trust them completely!

Dave was very helpful, got the car out of a tight situation after the steering and wheels stopped working. Very nice guy, made things easy in a stressful situation. Got there way before triple A, could have been a much worse night.

Got my car inspected here about a year ago. Was told I needed a new brake light even though I had them all checked when I got my oil changed the day prior. I said it was okay to replace if the car would pass otherwise. Guy came back and told me it failed due to a mirror crack on the right hand side. I showed the man the law on my phone stating NH only required a rear view mirror. He agreed that was the law, but still failed my car and charged me for the bulb to be replaced. A month later I gave this place a second chance. Big mistake. I took it in to get new tires and a technician smoked a cigarette INSIDE of my vehicle. Owner offered to pay for detailing to make things right. I declined. Do not go here.

DJ, was beyond helpful, polite and PATIENT with me even when I was exactly opposite of all of those things. And he's super cute, so cute, single, 20 something ladies, go have you tired checked so you can see for yourself! I've been a customer for over 25 years. The folks at RGA are real pros and never "shot gun" their repairs. They know BMWs and have always been fair and honest. If you have to wait a bit to get your vehicle in because they're full up, it's worth the wait. I won't go anywhere else.

RGA was recommended to me and after using this company, I highly recommend! I used RGA to tow a car I purchased in New Hampshire (I live in another state) ....the car had a dead battery and needed to be moved from a tight location. DJ got the car running and towed 10 miles away quickly and efficiently. Great communication, overall great service!

Employees are very nice but owner has ego. Thinking he owns the world. We all are hard working people and all day in the road and coming to delivery owner yells at you like he owns you. Just to be clear we deal with people like just because we tired and wanna go rest or continue our day. Hopefully you can change ur habit being rude but thats hard to believe. Again employees are very nice.

I want to give my sincere apologize for my prior review on this company. I was given information about my vehicle from a third party that I thought was part of the company. I went there today and found out otherwise. All of the men working there were nothing but awesome, helpful and professional. I truly and honestly feel bad for the mistake that occurred. The RGA men are truly great and I highly recommend them. Very understanding. Again, I am truly truly sorry and I was wrong. Will definitely bring my business there and recommend them to anyone who asks. Bring your business here and you won't be disappointed. Sorry again.

It's hard to find a shop you feel comfortable with. This shop is a good 35 minutes away and I will never go anywhere else. They are professional, helpful and always honest. Every year I come in for an inspection and get any repairs done that I need, tires, oil changes, etc. Years later, I have zero complaints. Thank you RGA for a great experience every time. You guys are one in a million!!

They were professional, efficient/quick and very reasonable on their pricing. I've gone to them twice for two different tire problems over the past few months, the most recent being yesterday. I couldn't be more impressed with their service. I plan to buy tires from them this summer. I'm glad you guys are in town.

RGA tire is by far the most professional and reliable business out there. In the last 20 years I do business with them for service and and repairing all my cars trucks commercial vehicles and construction equipment. They are not the cheapest one but is the best value here your dollar. One-Stop-Shop for all your mechanical needs. And if you in a pinch they have a fleet of recovery vehicle ready to help you at your request. Highly recommended.

I have been going to RGA for over 25 years and have always been treated well. They have gone above and beyond for my family when we have had an accident or a serious repair. They always have "squeezed me in" for oil changes, tire changes or inspections. It is wonderful to see Jason and Shawn keeping the high standards set by their fathers and uncle. They stand behind their work, their prices are fair and they are good people.

Not horrible people or anything, but would only go here for matters of convenience. Had a failed inspection and staff was very vague on how to go forward with fixing the issue. This could have been just bad communication between the mechanic and front desk staff, I don't know. I'm sure the mechanics are knowledgeable there, but when I ran into issues passing the inspection, what was communicated to me was very vague and not helpful. Also had another issue that I knew for sure was only a bad hose, but I wanted to see what they would charge to fix since I didn't have a ton of time on my hands. They quoted $260. They have on their price board that they charge $95 an hour for general repair labor, so instead I made the time to get online, get the part I need for $13 and do about 45 minutes worth of work to get the part replaced. Not sure where they got $260 from, but that would basically be the part, plus 2.5 hours of work. They could have easily done this job for $108 and it would have been consistent with their pricing, but they were going to charge me way more than double that. Again, I didn't have any absolutely horrible experiences here, but with the general vibe I get about this place, I wouldn't want them to be my primary mechanics. I know others around who are more directly involved with the customers and more clearly communicate the issues and how to move forward. And there's certainly more out there that are consistent with pricing and won't just jack up prices for no reason.

RGA cleaned up the scene and towed my car after an accident on the highway. I was hurt in the hospital for 5 days and they worked with me considering the situation, it could have been a lot more expensive. In addition to this I had an article of clothing that went missing in the accident that contained important personal belongings such as wallet with a significant amount of cash, credit cards, license, etc. I can’t recall his name but the owners son went way out of his way to track down this jacket and even more to retrieve it when it was as good as gone as it got discarded because of blood from the accident and not knowing the ownership of it. Any other place would have said sorry your out of luck. If your looking for professional exceptional friendly service that will go the extra mile and fair pricing, use RGA.

I wanted to share my experience with RGA. I had a NH plate but a Mass inspection sticker. So I called at 5:20 to see if they could take me. He said sure! So freindly.. and even with a few cars before mine, they were great. Thank you! Lisa

If i could I would give 10 stars. They are professional, courteous, and are willing to go out on a limb for you. I recently totaled my car and not only did I not know what I was going to do with the mangled mess but also how was i going to pay for it all so soon after Xmas. Thanks to the owner Jay we worked out an inexpensive deal that took care of both situations. Thanks Jay for everything. Also big thanks to Michelle who put up with all of my panicked phone calls during this time.
