The team at Woody’s was wonderful and professional. Russell was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Russell and his team came to tow our car and did so with exceptional care to our property and the car. This was not a typical towing and required a crane to remove and extract the car. I highly recommend this team and business for their efficiency knowledge and honesty. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Their only negative reviews dont seem to be real customers. Everyone I’ve dealt with here has been excellent to deal with. They tow our trucks for us at work so we see them semi routinely. They’re a professional shop and there is a reason why people have been using them for years on end. They helped me out with one of my personal vehicles and helped set my mind at ease that my vehicle is safe, and did not falsely claim stuff was broken that wasn’t. I can’t recommend them enough

My daughter's car got damaged during an accident and it needed to be towed away quick. I contacted Woody's Auto Repair (after searching for highly-recommended shop nearby), Russ was helpful during towing and repair process. Prompt communications and clear explanations during the entire insurance claim. Russ even filled up the gas and have it washed before delivering it back to my daughter. Thanks for your service. This service center came highly recommended, and I'm glad I listened. Their pricing was surprisingly reasonable compared to other places I've checked. The headlight bulb replacement was done efficiently, and I'm happy with the overall service. I'll definitely return for future maintenance.

I have been with Wood’s Auto in Pelham NH since 1982 (42 years) even when I moved 10yrs ago to Nashua NH I still had my car serviced by Woodys, they have always treated me with the upmost respect. I would recommend Woody Auto to everyone. They are Honest & Respectful & do Amazing Work.

If there were a 10 star option, I would choose it for Woody's - especially for Russ, the mechanic. My son bought a 2010 Dodge Charger that needed a new axle. Because it was used as a police car in its prior life, the standard axle didn't fit (too short). We had it at two other garages, with multiple mechanics ordering umpteen axles from various junkyards, and no one was able to find the correct part and fix it. Finally, a friend referred us to Woody's, and we were fortunate enough to have Russ as our mechanic. He searched high and low for the needle-in-a-haystack part we needed, even giving up his lunch hour to do Google searches. It was his creative genius that took a whole new approach, leading to success. Not only did he find the axle that fit perfectly, but it's brand new! Without a doubt, if it weren't for his commitment, perserverance, expertise and effort, we would have had to junk the car. I cannot recommend Woody's, and Russ, enough! You won't find better customer service or talent in the state!

The staff here is amazing! They're super busy all the time, but they try to get their work done as quickly as possible. Their prices are also very fair

We pulled in Monday morning having problems with our motorhome. We were traveling coast to coast and had issues all the way. Woody's was super busy but Russ took the time to try to solve the problem so we wouldn't break down again on the way home, some 3000 miles. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give them. Family owned with long term employees. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of mechanical or body work.

First time I went to woody's was for a flat tire that occurred the night before. They were absolutely amazing to take my car first thing the next morning. They were welcoming, accommodating, greatly priced and just all around made me feel comfortable. I scheduled another service with them then and there and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been going to Woody's for over 2 generations and something that has always remained consistent with them is the quality of the work that they do. It's always been done well, and gets done on time. Their prices have always been fair, they don't gouge your wallet, and they won't try to sell you something that you don't need. I also want to agree with another reviewers comment about how long of a day some put in. I dropped my car off at night for a next morning inspection, and the garage door was up with Russ still working. This was quite a few hours after officially closing for the day, and IMO, hard workers are always the best workers. Everyone that works there are all friendly, down to earth people, and pleasant to speak to.

What a great shop. I'm a mechanic but there are somethings where specialized equipment isn't worth it to me like alignment equipment. Only other honest, fair, and experienced I know. I was turned away from 4 shops because they didn't want to deal with how much work it is to do a true alignment of an old diesel truck. All other shops said they'd only do toe adjustment so what's that point of an alignment then. Well Russ here at Woody's will do the job and he is very professional and skilled. I know he works into the night on cars and his turn around time is quick for things he can control(can't speak on suppliers getting him parts). Highly recommend his shop for anything.

Woody’s towed my car after I got into an accident, and although I had never heard of them before after seeing a lot of nice reviews I decided to have them fix my car as well. They did great work, with a lot of attention to detail, my car looks new. They’re a clearly an honest, friendly, and professional family business doing the best work they can, which is clearly great work. I will go back if I need a body shop again and I highly recommend.

FIVE STARS! Finding a place to fix your car or truck is easy. Finding a place to service your RV or Class C vehicle is a bit tougher.. There's only a few places that can work on these types of vehicles and Woody's is one of them.. I thought the alternator had died so I jumped it for the third time and took it.. I didn't have an appointment but they were kind enough to fit me in.. Thankfully it was only the battery that needed to be replaced. I'll only take my camper to Woody's from now on!!

Extremely knowledgeable and honest. Why? Because they will explain and show you the details! They even helped retrieve my auto window opener that was shoved out of its place on the armrest and down the inner side of the door mold by previous owner. A BIG bonus is the secretary/bookeeper, she has good diagnostic knowledge of the interconnections between devices and purpose. She helps explain the "why." Excellent, honest and very good value!

Went here with my Crown Vic, they replaced the air compressor when it seized and severed the serpentine belt. Cheap and only took a day to do it. Only been going for about a year, but the service is unparalleled.

Very easy,seamless business transaction to have one of the company trucks serviced.We have very specific requirements on attention to detail and how we want things done. Russ was very proactive,handled our service requirements with ease. Very high standards at this facility,if you are fussy about your vehicle this is the place to go. This facility is now our go to location.

Time Tells All! We don't live in Pelham, have three (3) vehicles, have been going to Woody's for 20+ years and have never been disappointed! They are ALL Honest, Trustworthy, Dependable, Friendly, Welcoming, Helpful and more. Yesterday, after expecting a Huge bill base on my own ideas of what was wrong with my F-150, Russ explained what he found. Bottom line, nothing needed attention at this time. He unlike Other Shops, could have taken advantage of me. But as usual, he didn't. If you want to avoid Up-Selling, Dishonest Repair Bills and deal with Honest Auto Service People..... do Yourself a favor and take your vehicles to Woody's Auto in Pelham, NH! What I'm trying to say is that on my List, Woody's is #1.

When I had them put new tires on my car a year ago, I had to buy a longer breaker bar than the one I had, to get the wheels off immediately afterwards (to make sure I'd be able to put the spare on if necessary).

Got into an accident, and the police called wreckers to clear the cars. I was totally surprised that when I went to their office to work out the details that it was clearly a family business, and everyone I talked to was kind, friendly, compassionate and fair. The mechanic I talked to have me an honest assessment of the damage, and gave frank advice that was not in their best interest. If you are unlucky enough to have your car wrecked, hopefully it gets towed here. They also do regular auto and body work, and have friendly dogs on site.

Fairly new to the area within the past year, and a good friend of mine recommended Woody's Auto. I've visited a few times now--for minor maintenance and routine oil change--and I can't recommend anywhere else. Always fast and efficient and most importantly, kind and honest with whatever needs to be done to your car (a rarity to find these days, especially with mechanics).

I have to say that I am not a review type of person (good or bad). But I do think that when above and beyond excellent service is performed, it should be noted. My wife had drove her 09 Mazda on top of a large concrete platforming doing extensive damage to the uncarriage and transmission ect. When woodys observed the damage they took care of me in a timley manner considering the amount of damage done. I was charged an excessive amount of money for the renatl I had after asking enterprise car rental to notify me when I had used up my insurance allowance. They did not do this and I only found out when they charged my card 400$. This was very discouraging and Woodys understood the situation and covered the cost. I couldnt believe it! Not too long after there was more damage that caused more issues, and Woodys repaired without question in only a few day. Woodys is an honest, proffessional, compassionate, and KIND repair/tow Shop. I will not only recommend them, but will be going to them for my future car needs. Thanks so much Woodys!

Russ came and saved me last night while I was stranded on the side of I93-N.....I spent 2 hours waiting for Ford Roadside Assistance, only to find out they couldn't find anyone to assist me...so the state troopers had to come. They called in to Woodys towing & Russ showed up to save the day (well, night!). He was super friendly, helpful and quick. If you are ever in need of a repair facility or emergency towing/roadside assistance, I highly recommend you call Woodys - you wont be disappointed. Thanks Russ!
