Outstanding ! Professional and Honest expertise! Diagnostics, repairs and overall vehicle maintenance is the best. I travel 45 miles from home to continue my services even though I moved to the Seacoast. Nothing these guys can’t diagnose and repair at very reasonable cost!
Thank God for the crew at Victory Auto! My car wouldn't start when I had to leave for work last week and so I called them since they are really close to my apartment. The sent a tow truck to scoop up my car while I was at work and they had my car good as new the next morning! The owner was flexible with payment arrangements too! I am making weekly payments since this came at a horrible time right after Christmas. For that reason alone I will always be a loyal customer, but everyone there was great and I'm just happy to have my butt back in my own drivers seat so quickly LOL I know nothing about cars so they could have hosed me but the price they charged me was actually on the lower side of what Google said my repair should cost.
If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. If you are going by reviews for a new shop please understand that the great reviews were when the previous owner owned this shop. I have spent thousands of dollars at this shop & even recommended them previously. They’ve now had some management changes & I can’t imagine they will be lasting long with the way they are now operating. My car sat in their yard for a WEEK, throughout the week I would call once a day to check in, see what was wrong, etc. especially considering I have a toddler, am pregnant & commute 30 mins each way to work everyday. My calls were NEVER answered or even returned when a message was left. It wasn’t until my mom showed up in person that I got any info what so ever. Granted there wasn’t much info because they never looked at the car that whole time! They finally fixed the part (which they previously only did in April, an entire trashed control arm which is wild) they then leave me with “you have all kinds of lights on” including my check engine, ABS, etc. when I asked why because none of those were on before the Control arm incident, I literally received “I don’t knows” matched with shoulder shrugs. Are you kidding me???? I was also only returned my key fob with a missing part. Also told “that’s how we received it” as soon as I got in my car, the piece was on the drivers side floor, just stepped on. Horrible communication, horrible customer service, they clearly didn’t care about me as a customer because they were fixing something that should have been avoided in the first place. Do yourself a favor & don’t ever bring your car here!!!!!!
Victory saved the day - and saved me a bundle! Dealer wanted to charge $4800 for a repair. I didn’t have faith in their assessment, so I brought my car to Victory for a second opinion. For a very small diagnostic fee, they found there was no evidence of oil leaking into the engine as the dealer stated. Alicia listened carefully and asked great questions. I feel like the folks at Victory took great care of me and my car.
I had posted on Facebook page looking for a recommendation for a local mechanic explaining what I thought was wrong with my car on the page. I brought it to a shop they told me I needed to replace my head gaskets. Which I was quoted 4000. Alicia took the time out to reach out to me via Facebook message. She told me to drop my car off and her team would look at it. I’m so glad I got a second opinion and took it there, the fix was just a clip that had broken, she charged me 81 dollars. The best car service I have had in my 25 years of owning a car. Victory will always be the place I bring my car to now. And if you’re looking for a new mechanic I highly recommend you go there.
Do you find yourself taking your car places and no matter what the problem is there is always an expensive repair recommended? It was incredibly refreshing to find a victory automotive, a female owned business. They got us in quickly with a thorough explanation and a recommendation that cost less than half of the other automotive shop we went to. Highly recommend
I really like working with Alisha. She is trustworthy, honest and has very fair pricing. I recently took my truck that needed multiple jobs completed and expected it to be at least 2 weeks and she had it completed in less than a week and under budget.

Excellent! First time going to this shop today. I called for a quote last week and scheduled online which was easy and convenient. Dropped my vehicle off and was ready at time promised. Will return for other work as needed. Glad they are in our neighborhood!
Easily some of the best automotive mechanics in Manchester, NH. As someone who has always done work to my car I'm always frightened of giving it to a mechanic. However the honesty and kindness of both Alisha and the gentlemen who work there gave ease to my stress. They did an excellent job doing a full brake job including rotors, calipers, brake pads, and much more. Definitely recommend them if you're out there looking for your new go to mechanic.
Miss Alisha, her boyfriend and the gentleman that work there, were amazingly helpful, empathetic and kind, they helped me during my time of struggle, got the part I required, installed the starter I needed and got me back on the road in just two days! This to me has been a first in my lifetime experience and would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of help with their vehicle, give them a call to see what can be done.
