They are also outstanding community supporters who actively help with events and teams in Goffstown. We’re so lucky to have such a great shop so close to home.
They were really good the first two times I went there and then they gave me a quote for $1600 that took me about 40 minutes of my own time and $200 to fix

Great service, very friendly and fair price ! The wife's vw had the brakes done, oil change and sticker. No complaints 👌. Jenn was very nice on the phone and answered all my questions. They also had a pretty quick turn around .
Passing through Goffstown, Brian fit me in for brakes. Jennifer was very responsive, offered me a ride back to the campground, and the brake job was completed within 4 hours of dropping the car off. Reasonably priced, professional, clean and quick! If you are planning on being in the Goffstown area, you can’t go wrong with service at Broken Wrench. Veteran owned.
I absolutely love Brian, Jen and the crew over there! Never ever have I felt like i was being taken advantage of they always do an amazing job on my car with 128k miles on it and literally have been going to them for at least 4 years now and will not go anywhere else. I have heard they maybe on the pricier side of things my belief is you pay for what you get. I have never ever been disappointed with them only delemia now is cats out of the bag that they are awesome so their wait to get in can be a bit long maybe a week at max though but shows how great they really are, but again each time I wait and it's very much worth it love the crew and the hard excellent work they put in each time my car leaves like its brand new again! thanks for always taking fitting me in and getting my car in asap and of course always answering my stupid questions haha ❤️ keep up the great work I will definifely keep coming back. My husband's been using this garage for several years. They have a pretty quick turnaround time. They are honest and will tell you what's a priority vs what can wait.
It's hard to find honest mechanics, we're lucky we have someone local that we can go to when needed.

Great place for alignment took mine to pep boys they said something was messed up and could not do an alignment went to broken wrench they said it wasn't easy but hr 15 min later good to go Tha ks broken wrench!!
Was driving in the evening with my little kids in NH when my car broke down on the side of the highway. Super stressful! It was towed to Broken Wrench and I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. They immediatly made me feel at ease! Brian looked at it early the next morning, was quick to get back to us when we called with more questions and was just a stand-up, honest guy. After my recent state inspection, Brian advised of an outstanding recall notice on my truck and followed up with a personal note. As always Brian comes through for us. Brought a vehicle for him to check over before buying it for my Son. Vehicle looked great.. Brian put it up on the lift and within a few minutes explained the frame was rotted and the seller painted over it so we couldn't see it.. My kids have been soaked a few times buying on FB Marketplace from shady sellers.. wont make another vehicle purchase without having Broken Wrench take a look first. Thank you! You guys are GREAT!!

My first experience with Broken Wrench Repair was last year when my vehicles needed to be repaired prior to my annual inspection. The local repair shop I had been taking my vehicles to for many years had gone out of business and I needed a reputable, honest, friendly, reasonably priced repair facility who performs great work and takes pride in there work and stands behind what they do. Well, I found that in Broken Wrench Repair. Last year in 2014, I was getting tires installed at a local tire shop and while in the waiting room I started asking some of the other customers about auto repair shops. A couple of other customers said to me give Broken Wrench Repair a try. They said I would not regret it. Well, I took their advice and they were correct, I didn't regret it. I found my auto repair home. The owner, Brian Trembly is very friendly and explains everything in layman's terms what is wrong or broken and even tells me what may be coming up in the future. His staff goes over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb and not only diagnoses the issue that brought you there but also let's you know what may fail in the near future or items that should be taken care of before failure. His shop is close by to me (next town over) so it's easy to get there. Though I have never asked him for a ride home I don't know if he would accomodate that request, it has never come up. His waiting room is comfortable, has a TV and even has free WiFi. There is a counter that has a coffee maker and a microwave and a few other items but I think it's there for the employees.
