I recently moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new mechanic after 20+ years with my previous one. I'm so glad I found Like Nu Auto and Joe!
Despite having a very busy schedule, Joe was able to get me in for winter maintenance and an oil change. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by his professionalism and personable nature. He did excellent work on my car and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire visit.
What really stood out was when Joe noticed the icy driveway (typical New England winter!) and pulled my car right up to me so I wouldn't risk slipping. That kind of thoughtfulness goes above and beyond.
Joe was completely honest about what my car needed, and his pricing was very fair. I would absolutely recommend Like Nu Auto to anyone looking for trustworthy, quality service, and I'll definitely be returning for all my future automotive needs.

I had a negative experience with another mechanic in a different location of Chester and had called Like-Nu at 450p on a Tuesday and Joe was kind and accommodating. He was able to get me in the next day and was able to pick it up that evening. He was reasonable, professional and overall a great guy- highly recommend!

Joe is an amazing mechanic and guy. You will not regret your decision. My daughter bought an older benz and it needed work. Our friend recommended him. He was very transparent on what was today important and what to think about as very close future problems and what you could wait on. We did go back several times over the 8 months as the projected problems became relevant and always at the same price predetermined by Joe. We always got the car back within a week, but normally after 2 - 3 days. I have a newer 2022 car I now bring all my common maintenace needs to Joe. He has always been cheaper than other quotes and he has more customer service then anywhere I've been before.

Joe and his crew of young mechanics are nothing short of awesome. I have a 2006 chrysler 300 and I was nothing but issues getting this vehicle inspectable. Joe and his team stuck with me, helped me when I needed it and never gave up. They worked tirelessly getting my car emissions ready and were able to diagnose and fix my issues. It took nearly 6 weeks of them fitting me in here and there but it got done. If you ever need a reliable, honest and hard working team to work on your vehicle, old or new; this is where you want to be. I am a customer for life.

I drive 20 minutes outside Manchester just to get work done here. The guys at Like Nu are truthful and helpful mechanics who are always looking out for the customer. Only people I would send my wife too when I’m out of town even over the dealership!

I am so thankful I found these guys. I bought a "new" (to me) truck, and despite getting a pre-purchase inspection from a dealership, it ended up having a huge issue that they missed. These guys have been honest, and so helpful - I don't know how I woulda navigated this whole situation without their guidance. I won't take my cars anywhere else after this! Highly recommend.
Highly recommend going here. They squeezed me in for an appointment for an inspection sticker same day when no one else could. They were so fast and professional. Explained everything clearly and were just overall really nice people.
I don't trust a lot of auto repair shops, but this shop is a rare gem that will give you the best service at a fair price. They aren't cheapskates, and you pay for the quality of work that you receive. But it is a bargain for the quality of work that you do receive. They won't rip you off or try to upsell you on things you don't need. I trust them with all of my vehicles and I value their professional advice.
