Had a low tire pressure warning on a rental car…. Auto Trends squeezed us in that same day. They found the leak and plugged it but warned us it was in a bad spot and might not hold. Sure enough, a couple of hours later as we were leaving Ragged Mountain we got a low pressure warning again. They took us back in again a second time in the same day! Ended up putting the spare tire on for us without any additional charge. Everyone was awesome and gave us that “small town, we are going to take care of you feel.”
we had brakes and tires replaced and after driving a couple miles we heard a ticking in the front tire. when we checked to Identify the noise we discovered that the brake clip was rusted and would not stay where it was supposed to be seated and looked bent. we called to see if we could get in quick because it is not safe to drive if it falls out and were told it would be 10 days out with no car. we think we should have been seen sooner. not happy
Everyone at Auto Trends was great. We had a issue with a tractor tires while delivering close to their shop. Everyone there went out of their way to get us in the shop ASAP and repair us. Thank you all for your amazing service and getting us back on the road.
