We stopped here to replace a 2023 2500 Ram Promaster front turn signal light bulb. Turns out that's a 7444 orange bulb if your wondering. The guys there are great and even installed it for us. You guys are amazing!
I had a warning light on my vehicle, so I stopped here. One of the gentlemen came out with a computer, diagnosed the issue, and gave me the code. I was able to stop on my lunch break for a new battery. They had quite a varied inventory. the employee at the counter was knowledgeable and efficient.
My car wouldn't start when I was leaving Randolph, NH for Connecticut two Sundays ago about noon. AAA didn't seem to be able to get anyone to me, ever (not their finest hour(s)), so I took my wife's car and went to O'Reilly and bought a cheap battery - they had a choice (a pleasant surprise) on the hope that that a bad battery was the problem. It was, and the car fired right up.
I assumed that I would have to return to that specific O'Reilly to get the core charge refunded, and when I asked how long I could take to do so, they said there wasn't a time limit, but I could also turn in the old battery at any O'Reilly. There is one two towns down from where I live, and they happily refunded the charge.
I thought this was excellent service when I needed it.
I was passing through town and lost a wheel bearing on my boat trailer. The team at this particular O'Reilly's where amazing! They not only helped me get the right replacement bearings for my trailer but the offered me their restroom to clean up my greasy hands from my road side repair. On top of that, they were just about the friendliest guys you could find. You could tell they loved what they do and that they love helping others. Thanks guys!!!

Walk in got helped as soon as the guy got off the phone had the part I needed paid for it and I was out of there The people that worked there were really nice knew what they were doing left happy
I went in the morning ans a nice man not only helped me find what I needed he even put thwm on my car. I am so grateful as at 5 feet I could not reach easily. I think his name was Patrick and it started my day with a smile
I was in a pinch I needed to swap my battery it was toast and the fuel pump etc wont work I had very minimal tools on me they got me the battery I nedded and actually helped me replace it. That there made my tough day much better I highly recommend them
Traveling across the country, i had a check engine light. These guys checked the code, gave me some advice, and ten minutes and eight bucks later, i was on my way with the light off. Really helpful.
Great staff super helpful. Had a wheel bearing go bad as I pulled in to the lot and staff helped with finding the parts/tools needed to change it in the parking lot.
Great service! Very helpful and friendly. If there is anything wrong with a product...''which is rare but does happen'', they take care of it no problem right away. Never had a that must have been your fault. Also if you got car problems these guys go the extra mile to try and figure it out for you. Very happy these guys are in town.
