Thank goodness for Northern Tire! They took us right in for a snowmobile trailer replacement tire and gave us peace of mind for the long ride home. Amazing customer service!

With winter approaching quickly, we contacted Northern Tire to order 4 new winter, studded, General Grabber Tires. We were immediately connected with Bailen. The interaction with Bailen was a 10 out of 10 STAR EXPERIENCE!!! Bailey was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly competent! He provided pricing, ordered the tires immediately, and reviewed the tire programs such as Nitrogen Plus offered by Northern Tire. Later we spoke with Karen to schedule the installation of the tires. Karen upheld the phenomenal Northern Tire experience with her competence, friendly, professional manner, and got us scheduled right away! Our exceptional experience did’t stop there, 3 weeks later we had a major sidewall blowout. Northern Tire lived up to their exceptional customer commitment by immediately getting a new studded tire in for us under the Nitrogen Plus program, and installed it expeditiously. On this occasion, we were fortunate to meet the owner, Ryan. Ryan was extremely gracious and helpful. We vow to purchase all our tire needs from Northern Tire moving forward!! 10 STAR REVIEW ALL THE WAY AROUND FOR NORTHERN TIRE!

The staff here is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable! I was visiting from out of town and had a nasty noise start in my rear wheel. I called and explained I was from out of town and was scared to drive 4 hours back with the noise . I also explained I was handicapped and disabled so breaking down would be good.They went above and beyond to get me on as soon as possible. everything was explained to be in great detail and what they thought should be done. then the macanic brought out my car and explained everything again and when I checked out the lovely lady at the front explained everything they did. If I lived closer I would bring all my cars here. truly great honest people..Thanks again

Such a great tire store! Enjoyed one of their giant swimming tubes in the Adirondacks. Such nice staff. Very helpful. Best place to go for tires or tubes!

Like the people here for the most part and have been using northern tire since I got my f150 in 2018 but had something happen recently where it made me loose alot of trust I brought my 2016 ford fusion in for a oil change and transmission flush (price of that was crazy high 440 bucks compared to my last flush ) they checked a few other things including rear shocks and mounts determined the mount needed to be done well later on in the week they said both mounts needed to be done but I wasn't able to wait so they parked it outside we picked it up and we started home to concord when we felt major vibration come to find out both the back wheels were loose and almost falling off lost 1 stud on the left and 3 on the right waited 2 hours for aaa was a no go so we decided on 2 lugs to limp it 4 miles to cabot inn and suites didn't get there till midnight at that point we were down to 1 lug talked to Brian the next day super understanding said he would take care of it all just needed to watch his cameras in the shop and ask his mechanic if they took the tires off come Monday he called back said nothing about the video of the shop bay but said his mechanic said he never took the tires off (I got charged 71 for a diagnosis yet they never took the tires off ) ? but he informed me there was nothing he could do ! He tried putting the blame on someone I dont get along with did it possibly (get along with everyone because I dont really talk to anyone ) the whole thing was suspicious to me if he showed proof that they didn't take wheels off would be 100 % cool with it but to not say anything about the video kind of made me suspicious so I'm out 10 studs / lugnuts a wheel and 200 motel stay guess 400 or so dont think I'll come back here really sucks I always liked NT

Got a screw in my tire on a 5 hour shuttle trip and realized both rear tires were worn on the inside and these guys had me in at the end of the day and the tires in stock, saving me a lot of down time. Appreciate the service and getting me in last minute, literally!

They always diagnose the wrong part and you bring it to your shop and they're always wrong its laughable. . They say front brakes but the rear need replacing they say upper control arm but its the lower they say outer tie rod but its the inner. . Go ahead buy tire at the con shop but dont have them work on your car they have zeeo clue .

Always liked northern tire but won't be using them again. My brothers back tires nearly fell off after they charged him 71 dollars for an inspection/diagnostic fee. I tourqed those wheels to ford specs when I switched the car from winter before the car went to northern tire for some work. I used a tourqe wrench , front tires had no issues and we're still tight but the car went into NT to get the rear shocks fixed but the parts didn't come in, in time before my brother needed it. But they had it in to check the rear shocks and a oil change and transmission flush. Goodluck NT I won't ever recommend you again

Im from NJ and hit a rock at my brothers camp. This is the 2nd time Northern Tire and they saved me both times. This time they were busy with a big job and still managed to get my tire mounted and done in less then 2 hours. Great staff and superior customer service!! Love them. Thanks 10000000 times

Nice people, but... What Northern Tire did not know was my car was seen by a Master Mechanic/Technician just prior to my car going to them. A list was made. Then my car was taken in and they gave different numbers, which were outside the numbers given by the Master Mechanic/ Technician. He is calling them about it, having reviewed their findings. It is very unfortunate because they are friendly and even fun. I love that they are easy to access, by location, and are a local business, filled with local people, not some large chain company filled with strangers. I support local businesses and believe in small businesses. I just wish the numbers had matched or were even closely similar. Granted maybe the Master Mechanic/ Technician is wrong, it's a possibility. He manages a very large fleet of commercial vehicles- ranging from small cars to big trucks, for a very well known entity, and a lot of mechanics work for him, trusting his knowledge. But, he could be wrong.

I've brought my car there a few times for tires and have never had a bad experience. They are always helpful, especially with unloading and loading tires in my car when it's hard for me.

I purchased a car from them in 2024. It was for a low price so I expected some work to be needed. But what troubles me is that I discovered a year later that there is undercarriage work needed in order to pass state inspection. Indications are that most of the damage was already there when I purchased the car. Northern Tire did their own state inspection. It's odd that it passed their inspection for things which didn't pass inspection 1 year later.

Rare for me to give a 5 star review but these guys get it 100%. Had two trailer tires blow out on the way up, they had new ones in stock, good quality tires and swapped them over within 20-minutes. Would highly recommend for any tires needs.

Recently, I needed tires for my daughter’s Subaru. In conversation with Brian , he asked questions no other tire shop asked and help identify the right tire for my daughter, a commuting college nursing student about to graduate and work in healthcare where avoiding snow and staying home will not be an option. This morning she drove her car in the snow for the first time since getting the tires and sent me this note. “These Tires Kick Ass” I drove 2 1/2 hours each way to get these tires because of the attention to detail and the experience overall was fantastic I was in and out of the shop in one hour. Top-notch people, top-notch service, competitive prices, and a true passion for taking care of customers.

Great place! We take all of our vehicles here for undercoating and, most recently, to install a lift kit on our 4 Runner. Theyve always done excellent work and had amazing customer service.

Northern Tire is a wonderful business with an amazing staff. I don't even live in NH, but it's still my go to tire place nonetheless. They were able to sneak me in when I had a flat conveniently right before my journey home. They even have loaner cars if needed.

First of all,I am a repeat customer, And I travel 1 hour round trip from Stark to do business with Brian and the others, Karen,Brian, and our tire installer Kevin. I called Brian in May of 2022,and made a deal for 4 new winter studded tires. Right after I made the deal, I had to have Major Surgery, Brian and Karen assured me they would honor the agreement no matter how long it took me to get in for the purchase! So after a lengthy recovery period, I called Karen at the end of September-to make an appointment for the tires to be installed. I arrived at the appointed time and Karen welcomed me into the shop, and put Kevin immediately on the task of installing my tires,which he did with efficiency and pleasantly. I can wholeheartedly recommend Northern Tire and all the employees. Especially the fact that they held my tires in stock,and honored the aforementioned agreed upon price. even months later!!! I was up in the Colebrook area with my sister camping and fishing. I was towing a trailer as well and on the way home got a flat tire on the boat trailer. I didn’t have a spare and was quite distraught because I had to be back in Southern NH for work that night. I called Northern Tire with my predicament. They were awesome! I believe the gentleman’s name was Don. He dropped everything and drove right out to us, got us back at his shop, installed two (I asked him to replace both for piece of mind) new trailer tires and had us back on the road within 30 minutes! He didn’t try to over charge us and was so easy to deal with. I can’t thank Northern Tire and Don enough for stepping up for us in our hour if need! Highly recommend them! Thank you Northern Tire!!!

Got an irreparable flat tire while camping in the area and didn’t have a spare. Northern Tire ordered me a replacement tire for the following day and provided us a loaner overnight. Once they had the tire the following day, my car was done in an hour. Very, very grateful they were so accommodating and impressed with their high-quality level of service.

Feb 2022... I have included my previous post as everything there is certainly still true. To add more would be pure hyperbole! Gotta love these guys! Easy to get an appointment. Brought me in on time (how rare). Did a thorough inspection. Nice facility - very clean and neat. Very helpful and competent staff. I will certainly continue to be a client.

From the start I felt confident leaving my car there when I arrived Renee at the front desk was very nice and friendly and Chris also spoke with me before I left to make sure that they were doing the services that I wanted and he was really great about that too and when I got into my car after they fixed everything it felt amazing it felt like a brand new car and for that I will always continue to return to Northern Tire thank you for your hard work and dedication you have a great team! Also a big shout-out to the mechanic who did the work because they're the ones that do all the actual work on the vehicle so I don't want them to go unappreciated so thank you also for your hard work!

What a wonderful experience 5 Star service. Staff was very polite and extremely helpful. Work Northern Tire has done for me is better and cheaper than any dealer can do and the owner Brian is always around if you need to talk with him. Thsnk You for a job well done.

Plain and simple these guys are the best! They provide great service, on the rare occasion there is a problem it is quickly resolved, and their customer service is the absolute best around.
