Biggest jokes ever so I had a pickup truck that needed a spindle so I went to them seeking a new one they told me they can find one but it was going to be about $500 to $600 well I heard where they were getting it from and so I called them personally and they told me literally that it was $50 not 500 or 600 like they were trying to tell me it was they were trying to make 450 off of me
I ordered 2 parts from them and got a price for them. I showed up to pick up the parts and the price that the "owner on the phone" quoted me was wrong and the guy at the counter refused to sell it to me at the quoted price. Will not shop here ever again! Nothing worse than being lied to.
Stopped in for a part and bit of info. Manager came out and helped me debug my problem. His advise was perfect and I went home and fixed the problem. Thank you very much.
Understanding how tough competing with large corporations and chain stores is, as a small business owner myself, I try to do as much business as I can justify with the 'little guys'.
These guys have provided me with great small town service several times and the product pricing had been competitive or significantly better than at the other 2 national chain automotive parts stores in town!
Recently stopped in to buy a can of 'fix a flat' to band-aid me through a flat tire in a severe cold snap... but when I mentioned I really didn't want to use the 'goop' and would rather fix the tire right way with a plug repair, the owner told me to meet him in their machine shop with the flat tire. Within a half hour we had properly plugged the leak, changed out the spare 'donut tire', and I was on my way. Awesome!
