Jeremy & crew saved our vacation! The sun was setting and my fiancé and I were stuck; alone in the middle of nowhere, deep in snow we shouldn't have driven in. AAA left us waiting for 4-5 hours on a 0 degree day before flaking out. We called JC and they had us out within a half hour, like nothing ever happened!
My fiancée and I got our Jetta stuck in the snow of all places Dummer NH. AAA canceled our call. After being stuck for four hours we finally started making our own calls. They returned the call immediately and within 30 mins found us! We cant thank you enough for the speedy, expert, professional service. Jeremy and the crew saved our life, vacation !
Jeremy and Josh and Greg and Pat at JC towing and repair are the best in the business. Helpful, honest, kind and excellent at what they do. We had car troubles during a long drive home and called around the area without much luck. JC Towing and Repair picked us and our car up and brought us to the shop. They were very proffesional and had us back on the road in under 30 minutes.

The front of my exhaust came completely disconnected from my car when the bolts all snapped unexpectedly while on a camping trip. They towed my car to the shop, torched out the bolts, and had it reattached all within an hour - and this was around 5PM on a Saturday over a holiday weekend no less. Very grateful they took the time to get my car drivable so quickly so that I didn't have to have it towed 150 miles home. Definitely recommend!

Very great service! Highly recommend. The driver was amazing, got to us quick called and made sure of location and if I needed a ride, and handled car with care. If I break down again (finger crossed I don’t) I will be using this company!

My car broke down on the last day of vacation in North Conway and I had to get towed all the way to Burlington, VT. They were there within an hour and drove me all the way back to Burlington! I was worried I would be stuck in North Conway until I got my car fixed and they helped me out big time. Highly recommend!

Transmission blew in my daughters car, we were going to junk it but they said they would be able to fix it for way less than what we were quoted from another local garage if we didn't want to junk it. there where some issues with the first 2 Transmissions from the parts dealer (nothing jc towing did wrong or had control over) but jc towing made it right both times, they also did some rust work and it came out fantastic, looks like new! Great jobs guys!

We were stranded in the woods at 8 p.m. calling all around and ended up luckily getting Jeremy through our AAA. He came out directly to us, knowing exactly where we were and boosted our battery. My car wouldn't start, and I was stuck in an area with no service. I walked to find service. I was able to call AAA, and initially, a different company was supposed to come out. However, I received a notification that JC Towing would be arriving instead. Pat from JC Towing called my cell to let me know he was on his way. I had a few things I needed to discuss with him about my vehicle and he took the time to listen and make me feel at ease. Just that interaction made a difference in how my evening ended. I even received a text when my vehicle was safe at the shop I wanted it towed to. I am very thankful for JC Towing.

JC towing and repair was probably the best experience I have ever had using AAA. They called me immediately to confirm the arrival time . Pat then showed up to grab my motorcycle from Glen New Hampshire and transported myself , my girlfriend and my motorcycle to masssachusetts. Very pleasant and friendly guy and extremely efficient at transporting my bike.. all around a tremendously positive experience, highly recommend JC Towing and Recovery!!!

My work truck had broken down after a finishing up a job in Berlin, New Hampshire. It was getting late (around 6:30 pm) and I needed to get home to my wife and kids. Jeremy ( the owner) and Pat (the tow truck driver) came to the rescue and towed my car on a flat bed all the way back to Portland, Maine. The professionalism from the owner and the driver exceeded my expectations. They made sure I was ok and came promptly. Pat was a pleasure to be on a 2 hour car ride with, engaging me with conversations of life, family, morals and kindness. Pat you are an amazing representation of your company and god bless you. The starter in my car died. I called AAA and they told me that the tow truck would be there in about 45 minutes, JC Towing showed up in 30 minutes. The driver was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them if you need a tow.
I CANNOT say enough about how amazing JC Towing & Repair is!! A not so good day turned into relief. They responded quickly, the owner and tow truck driver were nice from the very beginning. Towed my car, replaced my starter on a Sunday and even brought my car back to me!! Absolute game changer for unexpected car troubles!! I wish I could bottle them up and bring them everywhere with me!!! CALL THEM!! Not a single hassle through the whole process, extremely attentive, quick, and nice!! Blown away that there is STILL so much good in the world!! THANK YOU!!! Now to head 3.5hrs home :)
My car is a trooper and just turned 20, but sometimes she needs a tow to see the car doctor. I called AAA and the first company couldn't come until the following day, but I received a call shortly after saying that JC Towing could come in a few hours. I hadn't heard of them before, but if AAA trusts them, that's good by me. To my surprise they showed up at least two hours before the quoted time, and promptly delivered my car to the auto garage. Communication was top tier, and I appreciated the photo confirmation that she was safe and sound. The driver did a great job leaving my car in a good spot so not to block anything at the auto garage. Thank you again, I was pleasantly surprised. Although I'd rather not need my car towed at all, but if I do, I'll be AAA for you first.
Very punctual, professional company. Had to have my car towed through AAA and was assigned to JC Towing & Repair. They were very proactive about communicating their estimated arrival time as well as my car’s arrival time and confirmation that it made it to its destination. I was stuck in a stranded situation. These guys were on top of the call an had someone available to send my way within an hr. I was about 3 hrs from home an yet the response time and communication between the company made me very comfortable and I would totally call them in a moments notice
