This shop is a money grab!! an does NOT care about your vehicle, They will cause damage to your car on purpose so you have to "keep coming back" I do not recommend anybody do business with Mr Auto!!!!

Mr Auto worked on our van Mike and Denis did a great job My work van needed a lot of work and they got it done and at a fair cost.

No real opinion at this time. I just went in to make an appointment for vehicle inspection. It seemed a nice place and everyone was friendly and professional.

Took care of my serpentine belt which needed replacing. Reinspected my brakes which had been a little off. Despite being busy they were polite and reasonable about work and pricing. my vehicle was back in a timely fashion..they even cleaned my windshield. I'm very happy with them.

Not only did he get me down off the top of the highest mountain in New Hampshire... but Mr. Auto went out of his way to get me back on the road. He knew my exact type of vehicle and the problem it was having. I went from thinking it was totaled to driving away the same night. He is a miracle worker and I'm so thankful.

I have used Mr Auto for my vehicles since I was a teenager and I have always been happy with the service. My Jeep was dropped off early for an inspection and oil change which was completed for me well before my scheduled appointment time. Between the prompt service and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've brought multiple cars of different occasions. They have always been upfront, honest and never tried making me pay more for unnecessary things.

If I could give Mike at Mr. Auto 10 stars, I would. This dude is a professional, helped us in finding the damn near impossible truck and trailer so we could get our car back home after it broke down. He then went out of the way to help us more as a few of the places we found wouldn't stay open an extra few minutes to get us out of this bind. This dude was a life saver!

The service is great. Care is taken to make sure the job is done right. Also the mechanics keep the customer informed of potential problems. I have used this garage for many years and cannot complain about a thing.

Amazing! We needed a deep cell battery for our camper. Sarah came out, looked at the battery numbers, did something on the computer & said it's on it's way. Amazing! Within 5 minutes the exact same battery was delivered!

I called Mr Auto for towing my pickup truck. He arrived in about 10 minutes. The time it would take to drive to where I had broken down. The plow was attached and he had it loaded within 5 minutes. Dropped it off at my mechanics shop and drove me home. I initially tried to have Byrne Auto tow me. They were closer. It took nearly an hour and in the end he refused to tow my pickup with the plow on it. Mr Auto is now on my speed dial. Not that I look forward to using him again but if I need a tow, I know where to go. Thanks for the lift, in more ways than one!

Mr Auto has been servicing our three vehicles and my daughter's car for better than a decade. I've recommend them to family and friends if they want skilled, knowledgeable and honest service.

I could not recommend this shop more. These people are everything I want in people I am doing business with. Not only do they ACTUALLY care about you and doing right by you, they take great care in what they are doing. I got my car stuck in a very precarious place after sliding on ice and instead of just yanking my car out like every other tow place would have done, they used great care in extracting it in order to not cause any more damage. They then helped me get settled into a hotel, arranged for a rental car for me, and went out of their way to help me in every way possible. Given their care with my car extraction I had zero worries about them fixing my car and I was not wrong. I inspected their work and they did a fantastic job. It is not every day you find a mechanic shop with that kind of integrity, both in being good people and helping someone who otherwise would have been up a proverbial creek with no paddle and in their mechanical work. If I could give these people 100 stars I would. And let me tell you, I am a heavy traveler and have had MANY snafus on the road, so I can confidently tell you they are a rare breed. Thank you again for all your help!

Stuck at 5000 feet of Washington Mount with broken Hub Bearing. Mike arrived hour after I send request for help to local rescue team. Loaded my truck, made assessment, call his office to order parts, requested mechanic to stay and wait for his arrival. In a shop truck has been fixed in hour and ready to go. Everything has been taken care even late hours. Price was realy reasonable. Nobody was trying to rip you off even you out of town. Great service, nice people. Very happy to had business with them.

My radiator blew up on the way to Mt. Washington auto road. Mike is very helpful to toll my car, find the parts, overnight ship it and have my car ready in the next day . He is very professional, honest with integrity and charge with very reasonable price. The most amazing thing is his father Richard provided me a ride from Berlin to sugarloaf 1 camp ground (no wifi and signal) ,pick up my camping gears and dropped me off at AMC highland center so that I can enjoy my trip while waiting for my car.The two hours round trip including loading and unloading gears and charge only gas money. That is just grace. I can not appreciate more. I feel they truly want to provide anything they can to help people continues their journey. I have a good experience with them and I hope you too can have a good experience with Mr. Auto. Thank you Mike and Richard for I am able to safely return home after 6 hours drive.

Took a trip to Mt Washington with the family and unfortunately my car broke down at the top. Mr Auto to the rescue in more ways than one. On the way down he had told me his shop was closed and he was busy that day, being the weekend totally understandable. Being from our of town we weren't sure what we were gonna do, we were scheduled to leave the next day. Once we got down to the bottom he pulled over and took a quick look at my car and realized our problem. He decides to call his wife and tell her he was gonna be late because he couldn't leave us stranded and off to his shop we went. He opened up just to help us out. Took him 30 min to fix it and we were safely on our way back to our hotel. Not only was he kind and courteous, he was cracking jokes with my daughter who was quite nervous going down the mountain in a flatbed, which definitely helped calm her nerves. His cost was far less than I expected due to the nature of the tow and having to open his shop just for us. Never thought I'd tip a mechanic, but he deserved it. I HIGHLY recommend this company! If I didn't live 2 1/2 hours away he'd be my new mechanic for sure. Thanks again Mr Auto for all you did.

Had my front brakes and rotors done on my car, took less than a hour and under $230.00. Great service and great people. I'll be back and have recommended you to other friends. ??????

Myself and my girlfriend traveled to Mount Washington, NH over the weekend. We live roughly 7 hours away in New Jersey. My Nissan Versa made it safely up the mountain, but on the way down had some mechanical issues. Mike from Mr. Auto came and towed my vehicle. Being that we were roughly 7 hours away from home, it was late in the day on Memorial Day weekend, and not one auto mechanic was open in sight, you can imagine that we were stressed out beyond belief. Mike towed my vehicle to his shop, worked on it immediately, and he got it up and running for us. Mike is the true definition of what an American Patriot truly is. To take the amount of time away from his family that he did on a holiday weekend to help us is truly commendable. The hospitality he showed myself and my girlfriend at our time of need is truly inspiring. He made it his one and only goal to make sure that we had a working vehicle to drive safely home with that same day. No matter how long it would’ve taken, Mike assured us that he’d get the job done. I can’t thank Mike enough for his professionalism and dedication to helping others. We are truly blessed to have met someone like you in our time of need. We HIGHLY recommend Mr. Auto. I own a 2014 Dodge Avenger it is my ride and I love my vehicle. The car started handling really bizarre and was all over the road after going over a bump. Mike made my appointment for A Thursday morning and found the components that were causing my issue. The price was beyond reasonable and the speed of repair was impeccable. Thank you to Mike, Sarah, Richard and Dave for the amazing work you do and I appreciate you always putting your customer first. I love the multi point inspection and photos that were sent to my phone that is over the top!!

Very over priced! They sold my girlfriend an alternator for 300 dollars when I found the same one at orileys for half that. Total rip off! With so many better places to get your vehicle worked on I would never go there or recommend it to any one.

These guys are great! Mr Auto is a lot further away from my house than some other repair shops and Dealers, but well worth the trip. Mr Auto has Integrity, an art that some of the other shops have lost. I’ve had great experiences with Mike and his crew from towing me out of the woods and replacing entire engines to inspection stickers. This is my new goto shop. Thanks Mike and crew.

My car was making a weird noise. I took it to two other mechanics who couldn't find the problem. These guys(and gal) found it and fixed it at a reasonable cost. I've taken my car and truck there ever since. Mike may be the best diagnostic mechanic I've ever run into. Honest too.

These guys service the ambulances in Berlin. they handle this awesome responsibility very professionally. Great job. Good enough to take care of your emergency vehicles means you can trust them with your car. We do.
