We needed a tow through AAA and they sent the driver, Matt, from J&J. Matt was very professional and friendly. We had a great experience on a freezing day with a less than ideal circumstance. Matt's great personality made the ride in the tow truck a bonus.
I have had a great experience with any of the tow truck drivers anytime that AAA has sent them out but Jody, the female owner was so rude and unhelpful, she denied to come out saying that it was impossible to get my truck from the lot when THEY have gotten my truck before from the same lot then canceled my tow despite promises from the tow truck driver saying he would come back. She blamed me for the time constraints I ended up being under due to waiting for them to come out for the tow and was rude from the first words out of her mouth on the phone. Do not give them your business.
Guy showed up in 35 minutes, got us out of a snowbank, was professional and courteous. The $285 cost to pull th3 Mazda put hurt the wallet but that lands squarely with the stupidity of pulling off the road to piss in a low SUV..... but when you gotta go, you gotta go.
Show my buddy was towed from Lawrence Street in Winchester New Hampshire to Whipple Hill road in Richmond New Hampshire and was charged $265.02 that's a little much I think you can say that it was after hours but your website shows that the towing part is open until 9:00 p.m. can you pick him up before 9:00 p.m. because he was across the street from my house. If you're going to do that you should be a little more clearer.
I called AAA one day prior to schedule a tow to Steve Wilder (a local mechanic) at 10 o’clock the following day. At 10 o’clock the following day, I had no truck. So I called J & J and spoke to a woman who rudely told me that AAA had no business making appointments, they would get to me when they got to me and if that wasn’t good enough, she would call AAA and cancel the tow. I called AAA and lodged complaint.
Jodie is AMAZING! She was so communicative, honest, and patient with us while we tried to figure things out of my accidents. Her ability to handle everything was top notch and I would recommend her and J&J Truck Service for all your needs!
We were in an accident and Devin towed our car. Great guy. He gave us a ride home before he dropped our car off at the shop. We don't have any relatives living near us so him driving us home was a huge help. Outstanding service. I highly recommend this company.

I locked my keys in my car and as my husband and I were trying to find a AAA station that could come to open the car we saw J&J truck in the parking lot. My husband went over and spoke with the driver who said he would be right over after he finished helping another person. The gentleman came right over and unlocked my car in five minutes. We were so impressed by his professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend J&J Towing!!! They were wonderful!
Great service. Found out about J and J through calling AAA (which I've had for 33 years). They were dispatched to tow my truck after the steering went out. After finding out that AAA would not cover the call due to some ludicrous new rule regarding my trucks body style??? I called J and J back and asked them to do the tow and I would pay out of pocket. Jodie was courteous and understanding and got a truck out in no time. My driver was quick, courteous and friendly and did an excellent job hooking up and towing my truck home. AAA just lost a long time customer. Id rather pay a good company like these guys for a tow than waste it on AAA. Highly recommend
J&J provides towing services. They have towed many of our customer's vehicles to our business. Not only do they use wheel straps (THANK YOU!), but their drivers, especially Cowboy, are very pleasant to deal with.
We recently ran into a situation where we went to pick up a car we were going to buy and it was gone. The gas station said J&J towed it. Jody (sp?) went to the ends of the earth for us at 8pm looking for the car.
As far as towing companies go, they're top notch. Great service. Great people. Very impressed with their customer service.
Shortly before Independence Day 2024 I needed a tow that ended up being in a tough two lane spot outside of Keene. J&J’s driver, Will, came out and dealt with the breakdown by going above and beyond to help out our family. Very thankful for his quick response, and also for making a difficult inconvenient situation better.
The owner came to help when our battery died out in a state park. He took care of us and later drove by as we sat in a gas station parking lot because our old vehicle wasn't moving. He called to check on us even though his slate was full until late that night. His kindness was incredible.

My daughter had to have her car towed and J&J was called through Triple AAA there was some confusion with the membership but after getting the issue fixed with Triple AAA J&J was right there to tow the car to the garage. Thank you to Jodi and the staff at J&J for everything! Highly recommend J&J.
J&J was called by AAA to tow my car a week or so ago...i needed the car picked up around 3PM that Friday afternoon so that it would get to its destination before the garage closed (on the remote chance that the car could be fixed and available for the weekend). I called AAA at 1145 AM but they did not call J&J until 230 and then reported that my car did not arrive to garage until just after it was closed. I got a survey from AAA and basically gave them a negative review not really paying attention to the questions...Unfortunately one of them was about the quality of the towing company. First of all a HUGE public apology to J&J for giving them an unfair review...especially since according to their records the car arrived a half hour before the garage closed, not after. (AAA had told me that it got there after the garage closed. The garage confirmed that the car was there well before closing.) So along with the apology, thank you J&J, especially Jody, for getting my car to its destination on time despite the late notice by AAA.
First off, I am using a preferred name on this review. It is not the name I used for the Triple A call...not that I owe the owner an explanation of this. This company is disgusting. I have only used them via Triple A, but they were dispatched to me on two occasions. The first experience I had with them was when I had a flat tire. The technician was rude when my personal phone died so I could only text to conserve the 12% battery I had left. The technician began to harass me, telling me that he isn't playing games--even after I sent him my work phone number. He then couldn't locate me based on the exact location given by Triple A. Once he arrived he was rude. He made ME take my spare tire out of the back of my car. Once I removed my tire, that he told me to, he demanded the tire lock key. I gave it to him. He then threw my tire into the back of my vehicle and didn't return my tire key. Professionally, he should have handed it to me so that it was not lost. He didn't. I didn't think about my tire lock key until I went to have my tires changed. At that point both Triple A and J&J refused to let me sit in and watch their dash cam surveillance. Once the entire car was cleared out there was no key--anywhere. They refused to acknowledge their error or help in any way. Steer clear of this place. Unprofessional and unethical employees. I was told directly by an employee in the office your company had dash cam footage.
When a tree fell on our car the fire rescue folks recommended J &J Auto as the best service for towing and repairs. They were so competent and kind to us in this time of crisis.
Was set up with this tow company after getting stuck on ice and needing a tow out of a driveway. They were set up by my Geico Roadside Assistance because they're supposedly 24 hrs and I confirmed my location and exact problem with someone from THEIR office by phone (NOT geico) to CONFIRM THEY KNEW HOW FAR AND THE ISSUE. They claimed would be in Alstead in 45 minutes which I didn't expect but after waiting 2 hours and 20 minutes I found out they canceled my roadside help call and no one called to tell me they weren't coming at all. Didn't even offer to come the next morning. Great night getting stuck in a driveway for the night 👎total waste and completely unprofessional.
After getting a flat tire in Dublin (where my husband and i know no one). No towing companies would tow my car with me as well. Noah from j and j was willing to tow my car and let me be a passenger. Being july 4th i am even more grateful for their service. I will use j and j again for sure!
Jody and the crew at J&J, saved my daughter and her boyfriend. They had been towed to another shop that told them sorry cant help you going on vacation tomorrow. After trying multiple towing companies, all said you're too far out we cant/won't help you. J &J not only towed them but also dropped them off at a B&B nearby so they could rest for the night.
