Kelsey definitely knows the ins and outs of DTS and has been able to help us with 2 snow plow purchases tire rotations and building a snow plow emergency kit. We will not go anywhere else.

Very happy with the tires. I do have a question, how often should they be rotated ? Every 5000 miles like the oil change? Second can I stop by anytime for that lug nut torque?

First time there and it was definitely different then what I'm used to everyone was super chill good vibes and they didn't didn't try to sell you more then what you asked for highly recommended

6 days after having brand new tires put on my car (from a different shop) I got a freaking HUGE nail jammed into one of them. BUMMER. I took my car in to DTS because it was much closer than the place I got my tires done. Showed up the next morning when they opened because I needed to use my car for work that day. They took me right away, patched my tire, and didn’t charge me a thing. I could’ve cried. Thank you to the front desk employees and to the mechanics that worked on my car. I want to bring everyone cookies 😂 thank you thank you thank you!!

I had a leak from the reservoir on my plow. When I went to get fluid and to see if they could replace it, the service writer was very helpful. She provided a quote and was able to schedule the repair before the next storm. The tech did an amazing job as well and had it ready when promised.

Disappointing Tire Service! I brought my vehicle in to get 3 tires looked at due to slow leaking. The 4th was "fixed" a couple of weeks earlier by DTS. I picked up the car to find they installed 3 new sensors without talking to me. I didn't have issues with the original sensors. They told me it was fixed. On my drive home the sensor light was on and store was closing. I returned to DTS, when open, to complain about spending money on a non working system. My one tire did NOT have a sensor in the first place, why would they add 3? I asked to have them install a 4th on their dime. I returned to pick it up and was told - by the way, 1 tire and 1 wheel need to be replaced. In conclusion, new parts were added without consent, and after my return was told half of my issues need replacing. Instead of safety, DTS added extraneous parts instead of fixing the actual issues. Waste of time and money. Very disappointing! I will not be returning for any tire needs, and I suggest people find professional help elsewhere.

I moved up to New Hampshire unsure of where I should go for my new auto shop. I tried these guys out many times & they’ve been nothing but honest, professional, and flexible! I asked for a general run down for repairs I’ll need for my older car, and they did this with no hesitation by sending me an invoice via email! I will continue to seek their support for future car repairs!

DTS has great customer service! Very helpful with choosing tires, explained the work that would be done, kept me updated with phone calls and also reminder texts of my appointment date and time. The work was completed fast and gave me quick appointments too! Mechanics wrote a description of everything they did and also things that they found may be in need of immediate repair, tire rod, oil leak. I'm grateful for my excellent experience here. The waiting room is warm and welcoming if you don't have a ride and wait while the work is done, this waiting room is comfortable and has a nice big tv, comfortable chairs and a coffee station, and small refrigerator with water. Clean bathroom as well. The receipt was printed on the best paper I have ever seen. Nice and thick and also very detailed. This is really the one stop shop for all your car needs! I would definitely recommend and return again!

I have been to a bunch of places to get tires mounted and balanced that always give me a hard time because I either brought my own tires or the tires are not what came with the vehicle. This place asked no questions and just mounted my over sized truck tires on my pickup and just let me know they rub. Thank you for treating me like an adult and performing the service I requested.

I bought new tires and lugs nuts from DTS for my truck. After going to get a TPS sensor changed and a tire rotation, the Technician realized my lug nuts were bad. DTS service noticed that they were less than 2 years old and replaced them free of charge. They really strive towards great customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

DTS never disappoints. They diagnose the problem and give a complete price quote prior to any repair. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. I am grateful to have an honest repair business for my 15 year old truck. Thank you.

Drove in with a flat tire encountered on the way to work. Tesla doesn’t have a spare so I needed a tire replacement immediately. I didn’t have an appointment (obviously) but they accepted my car and replaced the tire. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they didn’t have the tire and I had to wait until after 5pm to get the car. Level of service- 5*. Professionalism- 5*. Quality of work- 5*. Not having tire in stock- 4* Not meeting estimated time -4*. Staff friendliness- 5*. Cleanliness of facility- 5*. If there was a 4.5 or 4.75 I’d give it that, only because everyone can improve. I do recommend this place if you need service on your vehicle.

Amazing experience! Had all 4 tires replaced. It was done timely and efficiently. Reasonable price to! They were friendly. The lobby was spotless as well as the bathroom.

I was having an issue at the gas pump on Friday with my car not starting. When it started I drove directly to DTS and they took it right. They diagnosed it, ordered the part and then fixed it on Monday afternoon! Very impressed! Thank you DTS for the fast service!

I have had several vehicles worked on by DTS and I have always found them speedy, reliable, informative, and competent! I am never "surprised" by a charge after the fact and they stand by their work. When they do the repair, I know it will be done right!

Bought a plow from them. I went to pick it up at 4:30 , they closed at 5pm. When they went to mount the plow on my truck. The mounting plate was 3 inches to low. They stayed late to adjust my plate to the proper hight so I would not have to make an appointment to come back again. Thankyou.

Tire shops and tire service are generally Purgatory or Hell, depending on how unlucky you are. Walking into DTS is like walking into the doctor's office: pristine, and you could eat off the floor. All I said was "Hello" and they addressed me by my name and welcomed me. An hour and some later, I was on my way, four new tires installed. What a find this place is! Make an appointment. Highly recommend.

Always a pleasant experience dropping my car off and having DTS work on my vehicle. They provide excellent service at affordable prices. I've been going to them for everything car related for years now and I plan on continually coming back.

This is my third experience with DTS and I'm doing a third five-star review because I've just been nothing but impressed every time I come back. Eric Johnson this one's for you because you're amazing and you always treat me like VIP. Thank you. That being said, I brought my truck in at 8:00 in the morning and they had it done by 1:00 p.m. and it was just fantastic. I was blown away by how fast it was done and the price was more then fair for what they had to fix. Extremely professional and they by far are the best place to have your vehicle worked on.

Definitely deserves more stars, I’ve had them work on my truck recently and every time they’ve done nothing but the best, everyone I’ve talked to on the phone have been super nice and always got back to me with updates, I’ll be using this place for anything diesel from now on

Cam and the DTS team are absolutely awesome! I’ve had cam work on multiple trucks of mine and after seeing his quality of work he’s the only person I let touch my trucks! Would recommend DTS to anyone for any automotive needs they have.

Had them install my new plow and they did a great job. All hardware installed and secured and the job was completed in a timely manner. I've used them for vehicle maintenance in the past and will continue to in the future. Also the manager was great to talk to when finding the right plow for my truck. Thanks again!

I went to DTS tire to do an alignment after coilovers and they told me they could not do an alignment because of DS lower control arm bushing play so I get my car back and the steering wheel is 40 degrees to the left at which this was not the case as my steering wheel was straight from an alignment they did in October I called they say they don’t have camera in the shop which is very strange for a new establishment location very modern I do not recommend coming here they don’t take responsibility for what they attempt to do I had no play on my lower control arm when coilovers were installed very sketchy now I’m stuck with a car I can’t drive because of this place do not come here go somewhere more professional if they mess something up replace it don’t blame the customer

Having owned and worked on many vehicles I can say that I have never had an automotive repair group that’s better than DTS! They are extremely knowledgable as well as do things right the first time. It’s refreshing to see a business that puts so much effort into their customers and that’s from the front desk to all the folks turning wrenches! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
