Went to check on prices for a few items for my car and Ryan and Gary were really helpful! I left with all the info I needed for the items my car needs. They also were kind enough to help me fill up my coolant reservoir (I didn’t have a funnel). Definitely will be a returning customer, thanks!
I went to this store with car part that had a stripped screw. I asked if there is a way a unscrew the stripped screw. John was very helpful (ex mechanic) who jumped right into it and unscrew the screw whithin a minute. It saved me from buying a new part for my car. I really appreciate the service. Thank you so much.
John is the man. He will treat you with respect, and not make you feel like a knucklehead for what you don't know. And do yourself a favor, and listen to his recommendation this guy knows his stuff! Can't thank you enough John!

I placed an online order and came into the store to grab them to find that 2 of the parts I ordered were not in stock. Melanie the store manager was the one helping me and she looked in the system to find me the parts at other stores. Calling several locations and having them put on the next hub transport to her store all while helping her staff, other customers and directing people to where things were.
She is super kind and very attentive all while running her store like the boss she is.
10/10 will shop here for all my auto parts needs.
Both Gary and Zander were so incredibly helpful to me last week. My car had broken down nearby the store, but 1.5 hours from my home. It was a Sunday in this rural area and AAA towed me here. Gary and Zander took the time to help me figure out next steps, sold me a new battery and then installed it for me on the spot. Thanks to them, I felt safe, taken care of and was able to make it home safely.
Bought an oil pan from a different store. Turns out it had a fat hole in it. When I brought it in to drop off the oil John the manager gave me the same oil pan, no hole, free of charge.
Popped in for an air filter and brakes for my daughter’s car. Got some great help from Scott and Melanie. Both were super friendly and helpful, great crew and would absolutely recommend them and this store!
Very knowledgeable staff, Melanie and Chris were amazing and helped find exactly what I needed . I had to return a few things I ended up not needing , they helped with the refund and made the whole process easy. I will be back to this location for my automotive needs.
The employees are extremely knowledgeable and are eager to help. I come here on a regular basis for many years and It is always a pleasure. If I ever have any questions they will do what ever they can to help me. If I could give more stars I would.
Jeremy The Bearded Guy is the best employee I have ever met...His experience, knowledge is bar none.. willing to go above and beyond just to make sure everything is right and you feel comfortable.... I live three towns away from his location and I still make my way to his location just because of him, that tells you something!!!
Didn't catch the guys name, but he had a beautiful long beard and wore a camo waterproof jacket. He was the most friendly and helpful parts store associate I've gotten help from in a long time. Told me of a couple ways to test parts and a couple things I could try to get my truck running again.
I've been shopping this store for the last 4 years and there is always one guy behind the counter named Jeremy who goes above and beyond excellence in customer service.. He is extremely informative ,
Always goes the extra mile and if he doesn't have the part , he'll will find it Or show me an alternative. He always double checks The fitment of the part hes selling me Unlike some of the competitors the who send me off with the wrong part.
I won't go anywhere else for my Toyota tundra parts.

I had an amazing experience at this AutoZone. Jeremy took time out of his day to step outside the store to check my car and helped replace my battery. He even did extra work and checked my oil and coolant levels just to help me out. I would definitely recommend going to this store for all your car needs!!
Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Store is clean,well stocked and they even offered to help me with battery replacement. They sold me some nice wipers on my last visit and explained why they use them and how good the quality to cost ratio was compared to other brands.
The person waiting on me was a little rude and didn't really know what she was doing. I was a manger of one of these stores a long time ago and we trained our people on customer support, stocking shelves, fronting and facing the stock and how to answer the phones. This apparently is not taught anymore. I called and asked for a part and asked if she could go put her hands on it and make sure it was complete, she told me know and that the part was correct. Zero customer relations anymore. I blame management for all of this. I'm hoping it will change back to the way it's supposed to be.
My daughter and I went into AutoZone this afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy, one of the workers there. He helped us with finding just the right windshield wiper for our cars. Jeremy was extremely helpful and even put the wiper on our car for us in the rain no less. Very friendly and helpful folks in this store. We will definitely be back.
The guys working the counter were very helpful when I called and later, when I stopped by the store to get a part. They were very eager to assist me, pleasant to talk to, and demonstrated excellent customer service. A breath of fresh air these days! Kudos!
