I've been shopping at Mr. G's in North Walpole as long as it's been in business. Probably 20 plus years now. There our always good deals but you have to know your prices. Sometimes you find really, really, really good deals. One of my favorite places to shop for bargains!
Really great prices especially for the clothes. Be aware that sizes might not accurately describe the actual size (not the store’s fault!). We got some nice shirts here!
Sometimes good sometimes okay hard to tell never the same stuff twice... There are deals to be had... Carefully check the date on anything food related you buy.
Honestly, in this day and age, I don’t understand why more people aren’t visiting these types of discount stores to buy goods for their home or as gifts. They offer so many items—clothing at half price, diapers, food, holiday items including kids' costumes for Halloween, pharmacy-type goods, tools, furniture, and great deals on groceries. They even have small appliances for your house. Even if you’re a little hesitant, I recommend taking this advice and giving it a visit. They have several locations, and this one in particular, Walpole, New Hampshire, is a very large store—it's their original location. You can stock up on your monthly supplies here without breaking the bank on brand-name products. My family enjoys Duncan iced coffee, and last week, we bought the eight-pack for only nine dollars, which is a great deal. They sell all sorts of sodas and other name brands. You can get name-brand cereals for around two dollars a box and family-sized boxes for three dollars. I’m a big fan of Mutti tomato sauce, and they had mutti pizza sauce available for $1.49——so I bought three jars to stock away. If you’re looking for diapers, they are generally $4 to $6 cheaper per box. You can also buy bulk candy on sale, saving up to $17 on full-size candy bars. I got a box of 30 for $20; at the name brand warehouse, you'd pay $37. There are plenty of savings here, so it’s worth checking out.
A salvage place where you don't shop for what you need, but browse for what they have. The best bargains are the clothes. The food prices are rising to supermarket levels although there are some bargains there.
Interesting selection! Friendly service and clean store. It has a somewhat unique shelf organization structure but asking for help is always easy. Product variety is strong as the items quality is hit or miss. Still a pleasant experience! I walked in looking for two things. I found them, and found two more I didn’t expect to be stocked there! Have a few more items to look for and will be returning!

Incredible staff! Friendly and so helpful. Prices are deeply discounted from chain markets. I frequent the Walpole NH. Mr.G's as a recent widow on her own, I was treated so sweetly by the cashier. Definitely a return customer.
