I broke down today and I called them to see if they had an alternator in stock and I spoke to KC and explained to him that I'm a homeless disabled veteran and my car is my livelihood and I have no where to do the work so woulld it be alright if I had my vehicle towed there and fixed it in the parking lot and he said that was totally fine. I got there and bought the alternator and borrowed tools so many times from them that I could tell it was starting to annoy them, regardless, they treated me really kindly and I won't forget it. KC busted out the jump pack for me and got me on my way! Thank you KC and the whole Advance Auto Parts team in Jaffery, NH!
I brought my mom's car here today with the suspicion of a faulty battery. They found me a proper replacement and everything went smoothly. The best part of my visit though was one of their employees Casey. He went above and beyond. He ran tests on my battery, helped remove the old one and even installed the new one for me. I didn't have any tools with me, but he came through ! He's definitely an asset to this company.
I came in 10 mins before close (like a jerk) needing a new battery for my keyfob. The worker was extremely helpful making sure I was all set. Unfortunately, didn't catch his name, but whoever the weekend closer is at the Jaffrey store, deserves a big raise!!! Dude is awesome, made my day!
Very knowledgeable down to earth folks, always trying to help. Gave them a very vague description of a part I was in need of and they knew exactly what I was talking about.
I was only at the store to drop off an alternator core and get credit.
While there, I did pick up a few items.
Generally speaking, I haven't experienced the best customer service at Advance Auto Parts.
At a minimum, what you would expect in any store is for somebody to at least acknowledge that you are there and tell you that they will be with you shortly.
