Absolutely outstanding guys...outstanding work. They got my truck in immediately and back on the road faster than expected. They went above and beyond to help out my travel situation and were great to deal with. I will gladly have all of my truck work done by these guys.
Jeff and his team at Parker’s Auto are genuinely amazing. They’ve helped me more times than I can count and have always been upfront, honest, and transparent about costs and what actually needs to be done. I originally chose them because of the reviews, and I really hope this review does the same for someone else.
Let me be clear: this is the kind of shop you’d trust your grandchildren with… and I know that because I am one. I never once felt talked down to or pressured into unnecessary work. They didn’t try to upcharge me, were incredibly patient while I figured out finances, and made me feel like both me and my car were genuinely in good hands.
If you need a mechanic you can trust especially if you’re on a tight budget this is the place to go.
Note: The entrance can be a little tricky to find since there’s no big sign, but trust me, it’s worth it.
Both Jeff and Jared are very knowledgeable, professional, and kind people to do business with. They do high quality work at reasonable prices. They’re very honest with labor times and good with communication. I like that they put in quality parts to ensure the work they do lasts and doesn’t cause repeated repairs down the road. Highly recommended if you’re in need of an honest repair shop with experienced technicians.
I started using Parker for a very difficult repair to remove and replace exhaust manifold bolts on my old Ford truck. The work was outstanding and I had quite a bit of other things done. Since then I have had an engine replacement in my hybrid fusion and other general maintenance. Not cheap but always high quality work. I have all of my work done by these guys!. Trust is everything when it comes to auto repair!
My valet driver (Jaguar LandRover Sudbury)was on his way to deliver a vehicle tona customer and noticed the TPMS lihht had come on and when adding air noticed a nail. The very friendly and accommodating technicians got him in immediately took care of the nail and got him on the way immediately with a smile on their faces the entire time. Great customer service!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Definitely professional and mindful enough to politely inform me of everything I needed to know. They didn't get the inside of my vehicle dirty either!!! So happy!!!! I've had several vehicles in other repair shops for inspection and returned to find handprints that never could be cleaned off on the interior, head liner and visor. Ordinarily, I wouldn't trust any repair shop in my car. I'd take my Mercedes back there any day. Can't say that I'd trust anyone else other than a Certified Mercedes dealership, until I went there.?
Best place EVER to take your foreign car, especially Audi's, Mercedes, and BMW...oh Volvo too! I know when I've found a great bunch, don't go anywhere else for your foreign car, even domestic, this is the best auto mechanic in NH!

So glad I stumbled upon this place when I needed to get my car inspected. They were professional, friendly and able to get the repairs needed to pass the inspection done so I didn't have to come back. Will definitely use and recommend for any services.
Did my NH state inspection here for all three of my vehicles, Jeff and his crew were friendly and honest ! Great people, I also plan to have brand new Michelin's mounted and balanced on all four at their shop for my Son's MB CLS 63S AMG very soon. They are highly recommended, so don't hesitate to give them a call. I have been around cars all my life, and its difficult to find honest and knowledgeable mechanics like Jeff and his crew.
Jeff can do anything from an alignment to an engine swap. I haven't let anyone else touch my car in 6 years has 280,000 miles, and running strong! I would recommend these guys to anyone.
