Scott is a stand up guy, went out of his way on multiple occasions to make my experience perfect. If I lived 2 hours away I’d still make this auto shop my go to. 5 stars.
You know that moment when you know you’re *supposed* to feel like an idiot and just shell out because the price you just got quoted doesn’t make any sense compared to what you thought you knew about the project? Hasn’t happened any of the times my mechanical issues have been hosted here. Instead, as shops go, real good vibes.
Great guys! Brought my truck in on Friday morning for a noise I couldn't find. Scott called me about an hour later and told me the issue.
I assumed I was going to need another appointment but they got it fixed the same day!
These Guys are EXCEPTIONAL! Great team, Great personalities, a GREAT Bunch of fellas... I've known JR since way back at Kaotik Graffiti!
However I will say one time that they were about $100 over even the Stealerships cost on a complete Power Steering Hose Replacement kit (O-Rings, Bolts... and 1 Hardline section was in need of replacing as well) for an Acura TL...
I think it was that whomever their vendor was, or wherever those parts we're coming from at the time they're system was either not updated, or something on the kit was just simply overpriced...
Other than that these guys are Good at what they do and my family has vouched on their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND (if you can get in lol, they are pretty requested I would imagine)
I have used Gendron Automotive for years. They are a great company, with a great auto repair team and are extremely well respected in our area of New Hampshire. I highly recommend them without question.
