Located on RT16 such a convenient location They offer Valspar Refinish automotive paint. Custom spray cans can be made to match your vehicle’s color and they have variant color chips. Mixed paint is available in basecoat or single stage (acrylic enamel and 2K polyurethane).

Guys there are great. Place always has what I need, or can get it same day. Wish there was not such a separation between corporate and independent stores like this though, as it makes returns/cores a pain to process. Especially since NAPA does not clearly state what needs to be done on their website. Hope this helps and thank you for reading.

Went there a couple days ago to get a wire connector adapter for a new fuel pump that came with a used S10 I bought. The first day the worker helping me, I believe his name was Ted, must have spent 20 minutes helping me find what I needed. Ordered it and picked it up the next day. The part fit and I was impressed with the customer service at the store. I go to auto part stores all the time and don't usually see that much knowledge or determination to help a customer as I saw here.
Just tried to return a Napa battery that you can only get from Napa, they said no warranty without a receipt, I will never buy a thing from this place ever again. Update: just brought it to Ossipee Napa, no questions asked, walked out with a new battery in 3 minutes.
ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! Very poor customer service. Bought some new truck parts it took a few times to get the order right. Finally on the 3rd time they got it right with all the parts. This is where the big problem came in, I did not end up needing some of them. Went to return them with receipts and boxes unopened. They told me that they could not give my my money back because they did not have the couple hundred dollars in the register..(poor way to run a business). Then I go back next Saturday and still no money. I’m starting to get frustrated. I call them on Monday and this is where it all goes down hill, LARY the store manager/owner was extremely rude and unprofessional seemed like he was just looking for an argument. Saying that he can not guarantee they can have the cash for me even if I call in advance..finally got my money back after a 11 days, minus the restocking fee. Maybe LARRY should use the restocking fee to take some business management classes.
Very nice guys! Let me use the potty and put the wiper on my car for me. Four stars and not five because they would not give me the cheaper wall Mart price. Not too much more but twas broke and didn't want to spend all my hard earned pennies. I guess worth it cause they run out to ur car in the pouring rain to put them on wall Mart prob wouldn't. Can do myself but always nice .But anyways guys. Nice job.
Manager Larry is not customer friendly. In fact refused to honor a manufacture warranty. Obviously has a power trip. Went to Rochester, no problems there. Won't ever use Napa again.
The guys working the counter very experienced they take the time to help you out if you have a problem you can ask him questions without feeling like you're imposing good service prices are reasonable
