Got a tow from these guys on Rt 16. Were on time, very helpful, and took care when loading / deloading the car. Will request them from AAA if needing a tow in the future

I recently got my vehicle stuck in deep snow on our camp road in Ossipee area. I was given Crowell’s name from another local tow company that initially showed up on a Google search (but he knew that he couldn’t help me). Turned out that Crowell’s 4wd tow truck couldn’t get to me, so they sent their excavator up within the hour (tracks were definitely necessary) and pulled me out with no problem. Response was quick and courteous, and I would highly recommend these folks for any towing/recovery needs. I’m also really glad that word of mouth still works in this day and age!
This is the best, most reliable and trustworthy mechanic in the region. The staff is friendly with a get it done strait shooter vibe. Over the last decade I have had no issues getting all of my vehicles service and work done here and never been surprised when it comes to billing. Located right next to a napa auto parts, they always seem to get parts faster and get the work done faster than other mechanics I have used. After living in the area for over a decade I have used their tow and roadside service several times and they are always prompt and helpful. I found them on the mechanic files on the car talk website, which is a list of the best mechanics in the nation. Can't recommend them enough.
I was on my way home from NH to eastern Mass and the heat shield under my aged SUV came loose and needed to be reattached. The team at Crowell's checked out my car with no prior notice after I drove up, fixed the issue, and got me back on the road in 15 minutes flat. And the cost was less than the fee for a Massachusetts inspection sticker. For my time and money, customer service does not get any better than that. Thank you again to the team at Crowell's.
I had an unfortunate work day which resulted in 2 disabled vehicles. 1 car was dead on the roadside and a large service truck was stuck in a ditch 1/4 mile off the nearest dirt road. Crowell's easily recovered both vehicles and got me back in motion. I am a Facilities Director for a large summer camp and have used them exclusively for years.
Horrible staff and owner . Will try picking up your vehicle and holding it overnight till you’re willing to “work “ with them . After I refused there tow I got a call from the owner trying to insult and threaten me . Wouldn’t give them my business ever

Wonderful experience with Crowell's towing. I was stuck on Rt 16 and they came so quickly. The driver was incredibly helpful and kind. He towed my vehicle a long distance - and me - to a repair shop near where I lived. Thank you so much!
