I forgot to write this review a while ago,but there was a manager there who (I forgot his name) was not only EXCELLENTLY trained in customer service but also had amazing knowledge on the parts he was selling. He had longer hair I think and was wearing a gray manager shirt,I hope he gets the recognition he deserves,not only did he not try to upsell me on a battery when I explained I couldn’t afford a very good one but when he realized they were all out of the cheap option he took his time with me to find one that had the same capacity and similar size for cheaper,excellent service and will always go here for my auto parts,thank you autozone
Mark the manager was absolutely amazing and saved us in a pinch! While on vacation in NoCo our check engine light turned on and the car was running a little rough. After checking with a couple of local auto shops everyone was booked out. Went to AutoZone and spoke to mark. We plugged the car into diagnose it and it was a coil misfiring. Luckily they had coils in stock and mark walked us through changing it out and we were able to get home back to RI successfully!! Mark you were a total LIFESAVER! super helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this autozone if you ever need anything!
Just stopped in to get a new steering wheel cover. Found a great deal and it even came with seatbelt cushions! I don't think I'll be burning my hands after my car's been in the sun!
Was here yesterday around 11am, a coil in my engine needed to be replaced and the man working was so nice, he even let my friend use his tools to install the part since my friend didn’t have his tools with him. Really nice people and service
Thank you so much to John C. from autozone North Conway! I had some car issues and all other auto places were sold. He sold us a couple products to hold over the issue until we could get it looked at by a mechanic! The products were reliable and very affordable.

Today, Allen helped me choose the appropriate NOCO battery starter for my V8 2500 truck. I would never have thought this little charger could do the job. Allen even showed me the boost feature which worked great! It was also on sale and he saved me $50. THANKS! I have shopped here before and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Our truck summited Mt. Washington on mile 1,400 of our family road trip... It then decided that it had enough and the alternator and battery crapped out on us 600 miles from home. I limped it down the mountain to our Airbnb in the dark.
The next morning (sunday) i called around with no success to several repair shops. I got in touch with Craig at this AutoZone and he told me he would hold the alternator until i arrived and gave recommendations for repair shops in the area.
Funny enough, when i limped it to the shop, i ran into Shawn with White Mountian Auto Repair (who Craig recommended).
When i arrived, Craig hooked up my battery to give it a full charge. Before it was done charging, he brought out a fresh battery to test the alternator. The diagnostics indicated a bad alternator.
Having done the same repair 2 yrs before, i decided to attempt the repair on my own in front of the store.
Craig, Alan and Bryan were super helpful, allowed me to use their tools when my roadside kit was deficient, offered a hand when needed and guided me to the right tools, parts and fluids throughout the repair.
Craig even offered to grab me an energy drink on his lunch break and frequently made it a point to check in on my progress.
By the afternoon, John had arrived for his shift and i had the car put back together. We ran another diagnostic to ensure all was good. The test now showed that the alternator was functioning, but that the battery was bad. John walked me through all the possible issues that i could encounter on the 600 mile trip home, talked me through all the things that could have happened to the car as i limped it along 3 times after completely draining the battery.
Craig, John, Alan and Bryan were knowledgeable, helpful, and treated me as a human; not just a day to day transactional client.
If/when i bring my truck back to the White Mountains of NH, i know where i will be buying my auto parts.

I highly recommend this store! My husband and I had an oil leak on the Fourth of July and Craig, the store manager along with his associate went above and beyond to help us find out what was causing the leak and put us in touch with someone who could make the necessary repair within less than 24 hours. Craig spent the evening making calls to help us during the holiday. He saved us thousands of dollars in repairs and saved our holiday trip with our four children. We can't thank him enough, not only is he a great representation of your store, he is clearly a great person!
The manager Craig is phenomenal and definitely knows how to treat his customers. His staff is helpful and always pleasant. Most of them know more than your average Joe, but not all of them. Make sure to cross reference your parts and if you have any doubt, go to the manager, Craig, and tell him Derek sent you!
Great parts store, great amount of stock available and can always get part within a day or two. On top of it all the employees are great to work with. Every since Larry has started driving for them he is always there early to get parts to our shop that opens at 730am. He's a great addition and asset to the store! Keep up the good work guys!
I highly recommend this store for good product but also amazing customer service! I went to Auto Zone for a new battery and windshield wipers. Both Alan and Josh were incredibly friendly and helpful. They replaced my battery and windshield wipers for me and made sure I had the correct items.
We placed an order online and when I went to pick it up the parts the tech explained that I had ordered top shelf brake rotors and bottom shelf brake pads. He explained the difference and after a quick call to hubby we realized our mistake and got the right parts.
The tech saved me the time and hassle of having to return to the store once I got home and noticed my error. Nice job!
I went here three different times to try and find a hose for my car, and the first two times it was mainly unhelpful. I went a last time because there were really no other options, and a different employee, Alan, helped me out and got me the exact hose I needed in less than two minutes. He then went on to give some helpful advice and overall had a positive and friendly attitude. If you ever go to this autozone, make sure you ask for Alan.
Auto Zone has consistently given us excellent customer service - from workers, like Alan, Brian, and others, who combine customer caring with competence. They represent the store and the products they sell very well. Last Sunday I got outstanding customer service from Brian, regarding parts I needed for our Hyundai. He was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and figured out the parts needed, all with a caring and positive demeanor.
Called for a special part. Was told they have it. Made the trip down and they didn't have it and the guy who told me about it wasn't there, just a half hour later. The part he told me he had wasn't even the last I requested. The only reason I have then 3 stars was because the other guys there were helpful in directing me to other businesses in the area that could help.

No need to follow up. I was able to get the tool I needed at another store but I wouldn't have been able to do so if your employees hadn't recommended them, so I am grateful to them for that. Will give your store another try when in the area.
Absolutely love these guys Mark and DJ are my go-to car guys I look forward to seeing them when I have to go to their store. Highly recommend quality products and quality service makes for a quality experience. Skyler and Allen are great additions to the staff. Very helpful yesterday and they loved my dog Marley and gave him treats:)
Had my order ready. Guy at the counter was super nice. Brought out my battery to the car for me. My only complaint was there was not enough staff to install my new battery. I didn't take away a star for that because every business is suffering with short staff. I recommend auto zone.
Short notice on vacation, Battery died, DJ not only assisted us but discounted us the better battery and allowed us use tools in order to pull and replace battery! Had he not been the only 1 there he'd had done it himself at no charge! Exceeded expectation and reassured needs would be meet and comfort to get us home!

I called on may 27 at about 11am
I told the gentleman on the phone that I was looking for a part for my motorcycle ( a condenser usually found in Chevy pickups) his only focus was we don’t sell bike parts. I tried to explain to him that they do cross over and I had got parts there before. His reply was (no you didn’t) with no interest in helping me.
I then pushed him to look it up by its part number and wouldn’t you know it’s something they sell. If this dude cared a little bit more about customer service and less about trying to be right he would have gained a life long customer.
He repeatedly stated how he has worked there for seven years and how I hadn’t got these parts there before. I think he’s worked there a few years to long.

You have a young kid named Tyler working there. Was stranded on my bike looking for a replacement battery and was having no luck. He helped out and got me rolling. He is an asset to your staff, great service and I couldn't thank him enough..
I received excellent service returning a battery. Both of the associates at the counter were very polite and helpful. The Young Man that came out to the parking lot and installed my new battery was so kind and knowledgable.
Amazing staff that know what they are talking about! And they are happy to go out of their way to help you. Returns are easy and they offer a rewards program that you don't have to carry another card for. Sales are great and their regular prices are usually pretty good. I like that when ordering parts thy give you different pricing options depending on what quality you want. Sometime I need to product with the super warranty and sometimes I don't. Thanks for offering options.
