Dale was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by making sure to explain my codes and to inform me about potential warranties on my kia soul. His positive attitude made a stressful situation more bearable. I really appreciate this experience at O'Reilly's.
Went in for new wiper blades front and rear as well as wiper fluid. Took a minute to find the right blade with the correct adapter. Koen persevered with a smile. High five and 5-stars!

I ran into a real problem with my car. Went to go to O'Reilly's which states on Google maps that it closes at 9:00. O'Reilly's is now closed at 8:31. These stores need to keep on top of their information.
We needed a check engine light diagnosed. The gentleman was very quick to look at it and tell us the code. He made a suggestion to spray the gas tank opening (there is no gas cap) with WD40. Being dirty can give an emissions code. My husband sprayed and cleaned the area. An inexpensive and quick fix. Thank you!!
During my vacation, 8/28 at about 5pm, I stopped here to pick up my online order that I placed after my car was acting up on the drive TO vacation. The two guys working made me feel welcomed, joked with me, brought levity to my situation and said goodbye to me by name when I was leaving. it was a small gesture but it was very meaningful. I wish I got their names because they deserve credit for a wonderful customer service experience. one was a man with short salt and pepper hair and the other was a younger guy with somewhat longer hair in a baseball hat. If I ever need to fix my car on vacation again, I know where I'm going to check first. thanks guys!!

It was windy, rainy, and cold ? when we went there to get windshield wipers.
My friends couldn't put the wipers on during this weather. An employee came outside, and he put them on for us. I was happy but felt bad for the employee who went beyond his job.

Saved my ass with a set of blades for my x7. Nobody had these and they had them in stock. Middle of a winter storm warning my blade decides to snap. Super lucky these guys were here or I would have been driving back to Manchester with only one blade on the car.
I was just in the store and the young man at the counter could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He even asked me how my day was going. You could tell he loved his job and I told him that O’Reilly’s is lucky to have him!!
I do t k ow who was working the closing shift on 8-23-24 but worst customer service ever, called them to see if they had a battery for my bike, they said they did, I told them I was 5 min away and the guy on the phone said "doors close in 5 min" I said your supposed to be open till 9pm he came back with "yeah we'll doors close in 5 min" I got there at 8:56pm and the lights were off and the doors were locked... Great way to run a business will definitely never go here again for anything... Seriously, you couldn't stay open till 9 to sell me a battery? ??
Apparently close at 9:00 but I pulled in at 8:45 and as I was removing my dead headlight bulb to take it in and get a new one they locked the door on me and shut the lights off at 8:48 right in my face ?
During our recent trip to Maine, we encountered a heavy downpour, something quite unusual for us since we're from the desert. To handle the weather, we stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts to pick up new windshield wipers for the car we were borrowing. The staff was extremely helpful in finding the exact wipers we needed and even installed them for free. Their assistance made a big difference in ensuring we could drive safely in the rain.
Tried to go there for a quick part grab and it was closed? I went at 5:01pm on a Thursday when the sign clearly says open until 8pm every night and the website does as well. Tried calling to see if the door was stuck although two guys inside watched me pulling it and nobody answered. So that was that.
Wish I had read the reviews for this store before I went. I was having trouble with my car on vacation I checked the store hours on Google and the company website which both state open till 9pm. When I arrived at the store it was closed and there was a hand written hours sign with black sharpie indicating an 8pm close. If they had just changed hours recently I would let it go as things can and do change but read a review on this store from 4 months ago indicating this has been going on for quite some time with no acceptable solution, please update your hours.
You offer a military discount on SOME items and auto zone offer the discount on ALL items, plus auto zone offers competitive prices or better prices. Guess where I will be shopping. I guess we know who cares and who doesn't.

We were traveling from out of state and had a dead battery. The folks here were very nice and very helpful getting the battery changed since we didn't have our tools with us for vacation.
I stopped by to replace a tail light and windshield wipers before a storm was rolling through. Since I didn’t have my tools, Mike went above and beyond the call of duty and replaced everything. He deserves a promotion!
Great experience at this location. Came here with a car battery and asked if the battery was good or not. Associate was more than happy to help me test the battery. The associate told me to come back in an hour for an accurate reading of my battery. Came back an hour later and thr battery tested dead and showed me the reading off the test. So we purchased a new battery of course! Overall, great and friendly customer service!!!
After i went into the store, a family member happened to go in after me and overheard the 2 employees who were working there, who we fdont even know, slandering both me and my daughter-it was really just dispicable and im going to contact their manager about it...
I needed a head light bulb for my car put in the young man Cody that help me did a great job. Very patient with taking the old ones out and new in. Thank you so much for a job well done. Will get my business again.
Needed to replace the running lights in a jeep grand Cherokee. Access to the bulbs was terrible, my big hands just wouldn't fit. The two employees working though pitched in.a got the job done for me. I offered them a tip which they politely declined, saying it's just part of the job. Thanks to Riley and his coworker for a job well done.
